Chapter 4

I woke to the sounds of low voices. I kept my eyes shut as I tried to listen. I felt Jackson in my mind laughing. I know you’re awake my love.

You’re no fun. I smiled and opened my eyes. I was still draped over Jeremy’s chest which surprised me. I sat up so I was straddling him but I could see the other two. Jasper and Jackson were both sitting against the head board watching me. I stretched my arms above my head, all three watched me hungrily. I giggled at their expressions.

“What’s the plan for today gentlemen?”

“Well Chere, we were wondering that ourselves. Today you’re supposed to be with Daryl for tracking but with Isabelle here, we thought you might want to spend time with her.”

“Or. Jay and I thought you could take the day off and spend time with us.” Jackson smiled at me.

“What did you boys have in mind for a day off?” I was curious even if I had an idea.

“Well Jack thought you might need some pampering. So we thought maybe spa day?”

I laughed at their hopeful expressions, that wasn’t what I thought. I looked at Jasper and he was watching me closely. I gave him a questioning look.

“Well I’m the new guy here so I’m not sure what you’ve been working on. I would love to see what you already know. Although pampering you does sound interesting.”

“How about this then. We can talk while we have a relaxing day to ourselves?”

All three of them lit up. Jeremy sat up and wrapped his arms around me. I giggled as he jumped out of the bed while holding me. I kissed him with abandon as he walked us into the bathroom. He growled as he kissed me back. I felt my behind on the counter as Jeremy broke our kiss. I pouted but he chuckled. Jackson began removing my shoes and socks. I guess I fell asleep with them on. I continued pouting as I saw Jeremy running a bubble bath for me. Looking around I couldn’t see Jasper. I rolled my eyes and sighed.

“I think he’s feeling like the odd one out little one. Would you like me to go get him?”

I shook my head and reached out for him in my mind. Jasper?

You can talk to me like this? I could feel his shock.

I’m telepathic. Where are you?

The bedroom. I didn’t think you would want me in there while you bathed. I was merely protecting your modesty.

Silly man. You will see me naked at some point anyway. Get in here. I laughed as Jackson removed my clothing.

“She just got him Jack. Just like the first night with you. Jasper probably wanted to give her privacy. I bet she told him to get his ass in here.”

Jeremy laughed as he turned off the water. I smiled and blushed. Jackson laughed out loud as Jeremy carried me from the counter to the awaiting bath. I noticed that they were still clothed. I frowned as I was lowered into the water.

“We aren’t joining you in your bath chere. Jack told you today was about pampering you and that’s what we’ll do. First a nice bubble bath then we’ll take a shower together.”

I heard Jasper come in to the room but I was still pouting. “What’s a bath without company.”

Jackson and Jeremy laughed while Jasper smirked. “I think a bath sounds relaxing. Shall I? If it’s alright with the other two?”

Jasper sounded polite but I had a feeling he was offering a challenge to Jackson and Jeremy. I sighed as they stared each other down. Jackson motioned to the bath while never taking his eyes off Jasper. I watched as Jasper nodded and began removing his clothing. I was fascinated as he exposed more skin to me. I noticed that his skin changed color when he moved just like a flame. He noticed me looking and smiled. I couldn’t look away as I watched the colors dance under his skin. I didn’t even notice that he was nude until he began to move towards me. Lord and Lady help me.

His body was toned with defined muscles. His six pack was drool worthy but when my eyes got to his member my mouth dried up. Were all of these men well endowed? Jasper stepped into the bath and slowly sank into the water, watching me the entire time. My eyes met his as he relaxed into the water. I laughed at his smug expression.

“Pretty sure of yourself, aren’t you?” I couldn’t help teasing him.

“Well my dear, I’m confident in my abilities. So I guess you could say that.”

Jackson laughed. “Just wait. She’ll humble you quickly. Jay and I are going to get breakfast little one. Enjoy you’re bath my love.”

Jeremy kissed my temple after Jackson, then they walked out. I had a feeling they planned this to give me some time with Jasper alone. I studied Jasper’s face, his eyes were closed and his body seemed relaxed. It might have fooled me if I couldn’t feel the tension coming off of him. I smiled to myself as I thought of a way to break his little charade. I moved to the other side of the tub where Jasper rested. I couldn’t help the mischievous giggle that escaped. His eyes opened as he watched me.

“Jasper? I was just wondering how you were remaining so relaxed with everything going on. I mean you came here thinking you were going to help break a spell, then you found me. I’m sure it’s difficult for you, finding your mate. Especially when I already have two.”

I ran my fingers down his chest as I spoke, stopping just short of his lap. I straddled one of his legs which caused my breasts to come out of the water and bubbles. His eyes landed on my breasts and widen slightly. He was memorized as I moved closer.

“I don’t know if this is a good idea beautiful. If you push too much, I can’t be held responsible for what happens.”

“Whatever could you mean Jasper?”

The innocent tone of my voice caused him to look at my face. I kept the innocent look on my face as I adjusted myself so that I was straddling his lap. I could feel his member against my core, he was hard and ready. He groaned as I moved a little. I didn’t get much further because Jasper took over. He pulled me to him and kissed me. It was soft and sweet at first, until I moaned into his mouth. It was like something snapped and he lost control. His kiss became more urgent as he lifted my hips up. He aligned himself at my opening but didn’t slide inside of me. I broke the kiss to look into his eyes. He was waiting on me to say yes or no. I bit my lip as I helped guide him into my throbbing core.

I could feel him stretching me as he pushed each inch into me. I gasped and moaned as he filled me completely. Neither of us moved as my body adjusted to his invasion. It looked like he was fighting something when I began to move my hips. I rocked back and forth in his lap as he gripped my hips. I moaned as he cursed under his breath.

“Now I get what they were saying. You are perfection.”

I didn’t get to reply as he took over. I was sitting on the edge of the tub while Jasper took over sliding in and out of me. I moaned as he adjusted himself to hit the spot inside of me. My back arched as he sped up. My skin felt like it was on fire while he drove me closer to the edge. He crashed his lips to mine as he began to pound into me harder and faster than before. I felt the pressure building as I broke the kiss to breath. I realized why my skin was so hot, there were flames dancing across my skin. I looked at Jasper and realized he was producing the flames playing on our skin. He pulled almost all the way out and slammed back into me causing me to fall over the edge. I screamed as my orgasm rolled through me. Jasper grunted and released his seed inside of me.

I marveled at the flames on my skin as my breathing returned to normal. “Will that happen every time?”

Jasper laughed as he pulled us both into the now cool bath. “I’m not sure to be honest. That’s never happened before.”

I cuddled into his chest when I shivered. “Never?”

“Never. Your magic combined with mine and created it. I couldn’t control it if I wanted to, you felt so good.” Jasper wrapped his arms around me. I could feel his body heating up to keep me warm.

“That will come in handy when I’m cold.”

The laughter in my voice caused him to chuckle. I tried to scoot closer to keep warm. Jasper gathered me in his arms and stood. I was laughing as the water caught by my body went everywhere. Jasper just shrugged and went to the shower with me in his arms. I heard the door open to our room. I knew before I could see them it was Jackson and Jeremy. Jasper held me in one arm as he opened the door to the shower. I focused on the knobs in the shower and turned the water on.

Jasper looked down at me, “that will come in handy.”

I giggled as he set me on my feet. Jeremy and Jackson laughed as they joined us in the shower. “It’s great until she flings you across the room.”

“Hey. That only happened once. And if you remember wolfie, you were teaching me how to fight a shifter. So I would say my magic was justified.”

They all burst out laughing as I pouted. Jeremy grabbed my shampoo and started washing my hair while still laughing.

“She has a point Jay. You can’t hold that against her if you were sparing.”

Jackson laughed and grabbed the soap. Jasper helped him lather my skin to get it clean. I tried to return the favor but none of them would let me. Two would distract me while the third washed themselves. I ended up having my hair washed twice and my body thoroughly scrubbed. Jackson picked me up when Jasper turned off the water. Jeremy was already grabbing a towel. They seemed to work well together now that they weren’t sizing each other up. I sighed happily as Jackson placed me on the counter for Jeremy to dry off.

I heard my phone in the other room. I was going to destroy that thing. “It’s been ringing all morning chere.”

I sighed, “So much for a relaxing day. It’s probably Jake. I have to figure out what’s happening with them.”

“Who’s Jake?” I forgot Jasper didn’t know about my crew.

“He’s her human brother. She was found half dead and the guy who took her in trained her to be an assassin. Jake was her partner for a few years. They looked out for each other so they became family.” Jackson explained it better than I could.

I jumped off the counter and walked into the other room. I could hear Jeremy and Jackson explaining my crew to Jasper. I grabbed my phone and saw I had several missed calls from everyone in my crew. I pulled up a group message with all of them. I typed a message saying I am working on it. Give me an hour and I’ll call. That should satisfy them for now. I pulled on some track pants and cami as the guys came out of the bathroom.

“Did you have to put clothes on little one? I enjoy watching you walk around without them.”

“Sorry Jackson. I have some work to do and I don’t think you want anyone outside of this room to see what you get to see.”

Jeremy and Jackson both growled as Jasper laughed. I smiled at all of them innocently. “Low blow my love.”

I giggled as I walked over and kissed Jackson’s cheek. I had to kiss Jeremy and Jasper’s cheeks before they would let me out of their sight. I grabbed my phone and took off toward the library. I could hear Roy yelling at Daryl in the kitchen. I just shook my head and kept going. Roy should just give up, Daryl couldn’t help that he ate like a bear about to go into hibernation. It didn’t bother me. I would rather spend my money on these guys anyway.

I wasn’t paying attention when I ran right into Phillip. “Hang on poppet. Are you alright?” He steadied me as I almost fell on my butt.

“Just a lot on my mind. The whole prophecy thing and multiple mates. Now I’ve heard from my crew that someone’s trying to split them up. I’m just distracted.”

“Any way we can help?”

“Not really. My crew is my problem. The prophecy…well we just have to do what we can I guess.” I smiled at Phillip.

He nodded and followed me into the library. I had a laptop on the desk in here in case we needed it. I sat in the chair and opened a secure line. If John could see me then he couldn’t brush me off. I waited with Phillip standing behind me as the line rang. It connected and I could see my adopted father. He looked stressed and exhausted. His salt and pepper hair was disheveled. His normally immaculate suit was wrinkled like he had been in it for awhile.

“Grace, now’s not a good time.”

Phillip started to say something when I shook my head. “John what’s going on? Are you alright?” The concern in my voice couldn’t be hidden.

John really looked at me then. “My Angel. I’m just stressed out right now. There’s so much to do. I didn’t realize the depth of my son’s treachery. I’m working on righting all of the wrongs he’s done.”

“John.” The reprimand in my voice even hurt me when I heard it.

“Angel, don’t. I know it’s not my fault but I need to fix some of this. It has torn this Agency apart. I won’t have my legacy ruined like this.” I could hear the anger in his voice.

“I understand John, just don’t over do it. I called to see what was happening with my crew. I didn’t realize the chaos going on there.”

“Angel.” The sharpness in his tone caused my anger to spike.

“Don’t start with me John. I’m not trying to make things more difficult but I have a right to know what you’re doing with my crew.” I tried to sound calm but my anger was affecting my magic as well.

“What do you care Angel? You left us.” I looked at John on the screen and could see the anger plainly.

“So you’re blaming me for all of this aren’t you.” My anger wove into my words. John started to say something when I stopped him. “This situation is because Blaine was depraved and everyone ignored it, including you. I don’t care what has happened in the past. You will not divide my crew without my knowledge.”

My voice was boarding on deadly. I was so focused on my conversation that I didn’t notice my mates had come into the room. I heard Jeremy curse under his breath and Jackson suck in a sharp breath.

“You left Angel. I will not answer to you.” John was directing his anger to me. My anger increased and I could feel my magic swirl around me.

“I’m not gone for good. I left according to our agreement when you found me sir. If you insist on pushing me then I will have no choice. I will come there and all Hell will break loose.” My powers were raging inside me trying to break free. “That crew is mine! You will not take them from me!”

“Blaine dumped them on you. Jake is your partner and he will remain so but the rest of them will fall in line.” John narrowed his eyes at me.

My laugh came out evil as I looked at him. “They are mine sir. If you insist on doing this, I will bring down the entire Agency before I allow you to hurt what’s mine. At this time they will come with me until you see reason. Or until I have killed every single person in HQ. You know I will. You will watch as I destroy your legacy. I’ll make you watch as I torture your wife while she begs for you to save her.”

The shock on John’s face calmed me a bit but my anger wouldn’t be controlled. “You wouldn’t.” John whispered.

“You know me best sir. What I’m capable of and the lengths I’ll go to protect me and mine. You should, I learned it from you.” Venom dripped from my words.

I didn’t wait for him to reply. I ended the connection and pulled up another. I dialed out to my crew and waited. Jasper started to say something when I shot him a look. Now was not the time for them to question me. Jackson put his hand on Jasper’s shoulder and shook his head. Jeremy was watching me closely. I noticed that all of the others had joined us.

“Angel! We’re so….what happened?” I could hear Sara’s concern.

I looked at the screen and saw my entire crew watching me. “John has lost his mind, that’s what happened. As of right now none of you are working for the Agency. I told him that all of you will be with me until I allow him to have you again. Pack up and get to New Orleans. If anyone stops you or tries anything, kill them. I’ve declared war on the Agency if they try to take any of you.”

“We’re in Canada right now. We’ll pack up and be on our way. Don’t worry Angel, we’re coming to you. No one will stop us from being at your side.” Jake sounded calm but I could hear the edge in his voice.

“Is Tony still with you?”

“I am.”

“This applies to you too Tony. You are my family as well. Be safe all of you.”

The call disconnected and I looked at everyone in the room. I hadn’t noticed that my powers had levitated almost everything in the room. I was going to have to work on that. I tried to breath and calm down. My anger was like a living thing inside me, refusing to calm. I balled my fists and screamed. The items in the room flew towards the wall at high speed. Everyone hit the floor.
