Bad Girl Life

*Aria’s POV* *Alarm Beeping* “Ughh”, rolling off the bed. I started to walk towards my little brother's room, “Nick wake up, it’s time for school”. “Can we just skip today”, Nick said. “Boy it’s the first day of school”, I threw a pillow at him. Nick started to laugh. I started to get dressed, black clothing as usual. I always wear black, grey or maroon. Sometimes white, it just depends on what I feel. I wore a grey shirt shirt with a black jean jacket over, black ripped jeans, and black low heel boots with laces. No I’m not emo, it’s just my style. Nick and I have a good sibling relationship, we play around and laugh. Some people think it’s rude, but it’s just how we show our love to each other. We are also there for each other when things go south. “Get your asses down here”, by that sound it was my mother. “Alright”, Nick and I shouted.  My mother is a single parent. I have so much respect for her, for her to raise us on her own. She is verbal abusive when she doesn’t get her way. When she is in a bad mood, she starts saying things that a mother doesn’t say. She cared when we were younger, but I started to be a parent of Nick and I around 13. She is normally like this, but it’s getting worse. My father was here for a little bit till I was around 3, when he left. I always thought because of his work but later on I found out it was just for a while. He came to visit here and there, but that was it. My mother always brainwashed me on how I viewed my father. It was her ‘specialty’. According to my father, he wanted to pick me up and see me but my mother forbade it. I don’t blame him, I’m starting to see another side of her. It was just something that was there but never realized it. I believed what my mother said. I always thought about how it affects me and Nick, It hurts honestly. I was raised to be strong and to know that showing feelings or crying is known as weak.  *Flashback* “You’re not worth my time, you and your brother. I'm tired of you guys. I don’t love you. You’re just like your father.”, my mother shouted. I started to tear. She came up to me and pushed me back with her finger against my forehead, “You’re weak, look at you crying and not saying anything. You and your brother are weak, you guys can just go!”, she shouted again. “Don’t talk about Nick that way”, I managed to say.  *Flashback Over* Nick and I arrived downstairs around the same time. “You guys better not get in trouble, I don’t want to make an excuse for you guys”, she shouted as we walked out the door. We normally walk to school. We walk to avoid confrontations with our mother. Nick and I are a year apart. I’m starting Sophomore year and he starts Freshman Year. I have two best friends Mia and Jade. They are the best, they know what happens at home. For Nick, I always want what is best for him and I will always protect him. “You ready for your freshman year Nick”,I asked. “Yeah, How is it like”, he said curiously. “The normal, you got your jocks, nerds, emo, bad boys, bad girls, popular girls, and the grading is just different”, I said laughing. “Are you nervous”, I asked. “Yeah, kind of”, Nick looked tense. “It’s alright I’m here for you. If you have nowhere to sit for today, you can sit with me. I'm sure Mia and Jade won’t mind.” I said while shoving him a little. He shoved me back. We started to laugh.  Mia, Jade, and I were the bad girls/good girls. I’m normally the bad one of the group. Mia and Jade were too but they were more good than bad. Which is totally fine, they are great. We are all smart, Jade and I don’t pay attention in class much. But we get A’s and B’s all the time. Mia pays attention, so she gets straight A’s. They understand the way I am. I have the impulse to do something without thinking when I’m mad. They know I isolate when something is wrong or whenever I go off the edge. My mother is the reason why I never get why she has to do it. Mia and Jade are always there for me. In fact, they pulled me back from the edge. When I was off the edge, I was willing to do things like, smoking, drinking, cutting, and careless about people's feelings. At a point, I was thinking about joining a gang. But they brought me back, I was a wreck but they helped me. For that, I owe them a lot more. Nick was in grade school around this time. He didn’t know about this, I tried to do my best to be there for him.   Nick and I started walking down the hall towards his locker. His locker was on the way to mine. So, I helped Nick out. I told him the way to his classes and his teachers. Nick understood, so I started to go to my locker. When I arrived, I saw Mia and Jade. Mia wore a black dress with lace boots, the same as mine. Jade wore black jeans, white shirt, and a leather jacket. Jade and I can actually wear each other's clothes, because we have the same taste in clothing. Mia actually has more taste than us, which looks good on her. Jade and I have mid-back length hair and Mia has shoulder length hair. My hair color was black ombre with silver/white at the bottom. Jade hair is all black and Mia had brown ombre hair color.   “What's up”, I smiled to Mia and Jade. When I smile, I smirk. Well it looks like I smirk because my right dimple is more noticeable than my left. “Hey, how’s it going”, Mia smiled. “Yeah, welcome back”, Jade smirked. Jade was the same but her dimple was the left. “It’s getting worse, but nothing I can do”, I said while getting my books from the locker. “I'm here for you, you know”, Jade said while hugging me. “Yeah, I’m here too, Mia hugged as well. “I'm suffocating”, patting their backs. “Sorry”, they said at the same time. “It’s alright”,I said while laughing a bit.   We all had the same classes, so we started to make our way to them. On our way, Klaus winked at me. Klaus is known as Klaus Wood, he is a school bad boy with his other two best friends, Axel and Conner. We are like acquaintances/friends. We talk here and there. More like messing around, while he flirts. Yeah, he is also known as a flirt. I rolled my eyes, while continuing walking to class. We sat down in our seats in the back. From left to right it was, Me, Mia, and Jade.   “Klaus winked at me again”, I rolled my eyes while saying it. “I ship you and Klaus together, You too will look cute together”, Mia said cheerfully. I smiled because it was nice what she said. Wait, I can’t feel vulnerable, I’m going to get hurt. He is also known as a player. I really have to think this through. “Was that a smile I saw”, Jade was laughing after she said it. “Shhh we don’t speak of it”, I said laughing. We all started to laugh more, when Klaus walked it.   It wasn’t just Klaus, he was with Axel and Conner. We locked eyes when he was walking towards his seat, it broke when he went past me. He sat in the seat behind me. Axel and Conner sat after him to the side. So, from left to right was Klaus, Axel and Conner. Klaus was wearing a black tee under a black leather jacket with black jeans, Axel was wearing a black collar tee with grey jeans, and Conner was wearing a white tee with black jeans.   While Klaus walked by, the black tee wrapped around his body was freaking hot. Klaus was muscular, he did get into fights here and there if it was needed. Klaus was a cutie when he smiled. He has a nice and dreamy smile.   STOPPPP I can’t think that way. “Ughhh what am I doing”, I mumbled to myself. The bell ranged, which means class started. It was English so when Ms.Smith walked in, people started to settle down. She was a good teacher, but the subject was boring. A note appeared on my desk. I picked it up and opened it, “Hey Ari, lookin good ~Klaus”. I turned around and rolled my eyes. During the middle of the class, another note was on my desk. I opened it, “Don’t be like that Ari, I wanna talk later, how about 10 min after school?”, I wrote on the note, “okay”. I tossed it back to him. While class ended, I got up to get my things. Passing Klaus, he smirked and winked. I rolled my eyes again. Mia, Jade, and I went to Math. During the class, Jade and I messed around and kept getting in trouble by Ms.Jackson.  We made our way to lunch. Of course, there were tables for each group. We sat at our table. Later we saw Nick with a friend. Nick walked up and asked “Aria can I sit with Luke?”. “Yeah, I’m glad you made a friend”, I smiled. They made their way to their table.   “Aria, is there something going on with you and Klaus”, Jade asked with a raised eyebrow. Mia laughed at Jade's expression. “No, not really. He just sent me a note and that’s about it.”, I said calmly. “I thought of your guys ship name, Klauria!”, she was full of joy when she said that. Jade and I looked at each other and smiled. “Yeah if we happen, that’s our ship name”, I smiled. “But guys, I don’t know if I want to have feelings for him, like yeah he is fine and whatever. But I don’t want to let my guard down. I know I’m supposed to be this person who doesn’t do relationships, because of the way I am. I am broken and I don’t know man. You guys know about it, and I just don’t know. Like I said it’s getting worse and I don’t know what’s going to happen'', I sighed. “Yeah, just take your time, I don’t care how many times I have to say this, I'm here for you and I love you. Even though you’re annoying sometimes, Mia smiled. “Yeah, we love you. Even though you don’t want to say it”, Jade rolled her eyes while smiling.   We begin to eat our lunch, but we stop when 3 boys decide to sit with us.
