DEIV’S POV

~Flashback~

“Mr.Deiv, we need your help!” My advisory class said while running.

“What happened?” There faces were like exhausted from running.

“Mel was attacked by the Black Bloods and she was unconscious right now!” Min said while walking here and there.

“Where is she?!” I asked with a loud voice. I cannot afford to lose her again. We’ve lost her once. My anger for the black Bloods are rising.

“Kim was carrying her,Sir. I think he went to the infirmary.” with what Bella said, I ran to the infirmary to check on her. What will happy is Aida and her mother will know this? I’m such an irresponsible pedagogue! I must’ve take care of the class. While I was running, I contacted Aida to got to my office,immediately. I never told her the reason but I know she will come. I ask the nurse if what room is Mel in. I ran to room 313 and saw her pale face. She really experienced in pain.

“Mr. Deiv.” Kim said when he saw me.

“What happened to her,Kim?” And by that, Kim told me everything.

“So, both of you can communicate through your minds?” It was my first time to encounter this situation that both can talk with their minds and no one can read what they think.

“Yes,Sir. I thought at first, it was just an accident that she heard me but no Sir, she called me and that’s when I knew she’s in danger.” Kim said then look at Mel.

“Thank you for helping her,Kim. I’m glad she can count on you.” He smiled and asked, “Why are the Black Bloods after her,Sir?”

I know the answer but I cannot give it to him.

“I don’t know either,Kim. I must found out why. I need to talk to her guardian and to the council about this. So please, don’t leave her alone.” he immediately nod and I can see that he has a special feelings for her. I’m happy.

I left the room and went straight to my office and saw Aida and Tiana roaming around my office.

“Why’s Tiana here?” I asked Aida with y eye brows raised. Just to chill my feelings.

“Why can’t I come,Deiv. Don’t you miss me?” she asked with her hands open.

“Miss your face!” I hugged her anyway.

I went to my chair and thought deeply.

“Why did you call me to come here,Deiv?” Aida asked me then sit beside me.

“What’s the matter?” Tiana asked too.

“Okay girls, we need to act know. Like,really now.” I said with my hand gesture.

“What’s going on,Deivon?” And when Aida call me that, she is damn serious.

I sat again and said,”Mel was attacked by the Black Bloods.”

And as expected, Aida stand and put her hands on her waist then look at me while Tiana just look at me with her eyes widened.

“Talk it out,Deivon!” Aida said then took her phone. I know what she’s doing so,

“You can’t call her,Aid. She’s in the infirmary,sleeping.” I said with a low voice.

“Talk.” Tiana said seriously.

Damn these ladies! I spilled what Kim told me and they found that I am innocent because it happened after school. They think of the reason why are they after her.

“Call Richard right now.” Tiana said while looking at the view.

“I will.” Then took the human phone in the room. She didn’t communicate her husband for years and it is the first time talking to him again.Its prohibited to talk to someone outside this realm. Her hand was shaking and her ears are turning red. Sign that she is really nervous yet happy.

“The phone is ringing now,Tiana.”

Tiana went to the phone and took the phone to Aida’s hands.

“Richard, its me Tiana.” she said then volume up the phone and look at the view outside the window again.

“Tiana. Its been a long time.” Richard said and heave a sigh.

“Yes, it is. Anyway, I want to ask you a question.” Tiana’s voice are so scary at the moment. She’s not like these when there is no problem.

“Go ahead.”

“What happened to you and Ceasar when you sent Melody off?”

“Honestly Tian, the we were attacked by the Black Bloods. They want to kill her because she knew that Mel is alive.” That wicked Rhea! I want to scratch her face.

“They want Mel’s twin sister to dominate the world.” And by that, Tiana stood up.

“Milla is alive?” TIana asked with full of emotions.

“Yes, Tiana. Rhea used her.” That evil witch! I will really scar her face with my long and sharp nails!

“Where are you,Richard?’ she cried. She feels so down now. For 16 years- nearly 17 years, she didn’t know that Milla is alive. We don’t know that Milla is alive!

“Ceasar and me are currently looking for a place that the Black bloods cannot see or trace us. They are persistent to capture us.” Richard is a really nice and loyal man. No wonder why Aida fell for him. I looked at Aida and I can vividly see the pain on her face.

“You can come home.” Tiana said then Aida’s face lit up.

“We want to but no. They will ruin the peaceful Realm and will capture and brainwash the Hawthorns. I heard it was there plan when dark season comes.” Richard said with a sigh.

“Rhea is really running through my veins but please, be careful. Aida is waiting for your return.” Tiana said then looked at Aida who is crying.

“Send my I love you for her and please, take good care of Melody. Milla is planning too meet her before she can kill her.” So Milla and Rhea are the demons and deserve to rot in hell!

“We will,Richard. Thank you very much.” Tiana said then hung up.

Tiana hugged Aida and said,”He’ll be fine.”

Aida’s tears fell really hard. After a lot of minutes, she calmed down and said,’Now that Milla is alive, we should at least take care of her,too. What if she was brainwashed by your sister,Tiana. Its hard to conclude.”

“ I want to but where can we find her though?” Tiana’s emotion was so mixed up, right now.

“We should focus more on what we have now. I mean, we have Melody here and we cannot afford to lose her. We also have the Maple Class who can protect her and the Empress. The pedagogues. Us. We must focus on what we have on hand right now. We can meet Milla if she’ll visit the Realm on drak season.” I said. Dark season is coming up and we have to get the students ready. It is a war for me.

“You’re right. We must protect,Melody first and train the Classes really well.” Tiana agreed.

“I think we must visit Mel, right now.” Aida said then we moved.

~Present~

We stormed in the room and saw Zel sitting the couch. So,she’s the guardian of Mel for now.

We asked her to go out a bit and thankfully she did. We circled around Mel’s bed and said,

“Look at how beautiful she is.” Aida said then look at Tiana who is actually tearing up right now.

“She’s really beautiful.” Tiana said then touch Mel face. She stopped for a moment and her eyes lit up.

It was her first time to see Mel in person and I can understand how emotional she is.

She’s looking at Mel’s past and she’s crying.

“You’re not wrong,Aida. She really is a good girl.” She said then kissed her face.

“How hard is it for you to experience this,my daughter.” she said then we teared up. She finally acknowledge Mel as her daughter. Tiana has been sick for years for being caged in a memory of her past. That she thinks she is a bad mother for doing nothing.

“When will you plan on telling this to her,Tiana?” Aida asked her then looked at the door to check if someone is listening but thankfully,no one’s around.

“I don’t know,either Aida. I’m afraid she’ll change.” She is brave in dealing the Realm’s problem but she can’t solve her problem being Mel’s mother.

“Tiana, you’re the Empress of this Realm and Mel and Milla is your princess.I think it is for the betterment of everyone that they knew that the princess is alive.” Aida said well, Aida has a point though.

“Soon.I think this is not the real time.” Tiana said.

Mel groaned and Tiana went aback. But Mel took her wrist and hugged her. I She’s dreaming. So cute.

“Hmm-your hair smells so sweet.” she said then smiles. I wonder what she’s dreaming.

“I want to see my mommy,too. I wonder if her hair smells sweet like this.” she said,”Can you turn around and let me see your face!” she excitingly said.

Her excited face went shocked. I’m really wondering what she’s dreaming.

“Why do we look alike?” And we gasp when we heard her that. Tiana hugged her and said,”I will never let you go again,Mel. Never.” and after that, Mel started crying. No, she’s bawling.

“Please, do not kill my mother. I want to see her!” Tiana looks so shocked. Someone wants to kill her?

Aida forcefully wake up Mel and with that Tiana and Mel’s eyes met.
