As Dany went into the house, she thought her leg was stupid. She couldn't even go into the store with her uncle. She had to hang back in the truck while he bought some stuff for pizza. When he came to pick her up, she thought he looked a little sad, or mad, or maybe both. But then Ahnah gave him a report of her school work, and he seemed better after seeing that she was doing well.
He suggested that they celebrate with homemade pizza. And he got Pepsi too. He didn't really let her drink so much Pepsi anymore. And after having a break, she couldn't drink more than a glass anymore anyway. It was too sweet.
