Mike’s POV We had got other angels to come meet us so that they could take Ithuriels body back to Heaven. They arrived within half an hour and we had made our way towards Lily’s favourite spot. “I smell blood again” Gabriel told me. “I do too.” I replied as we approach the area. We had now reached the location and fear started to settle in. There was blood here. I feared the worst and tried my hardest to remain calm so that I could think clearly. “There’s more, this way.” I led the way through the forest as me and Gabriel broke off into a run. I hoped so badly that she would be okay, I don’t know what I would do if she wasn’t. The scent of blood led us to a clearing which we now came into our eye sight. Rage shot through me at the scene I saw in front of me. Lily was on the ground
