“Your first love?” Amelia asked smiling but a bit confused “Who?” She asked him teasingly, eyes full with curiosity and hint of eagerness “Who?” She asked again Elijah laughed seeing her being eager to know who it was “You want to know? She's the reason I came back” He said smiling back at her “Wait let guess” she said pretending to be serious and thinking hard “Do I know her” Amelia asked “Probably, who knows” Elijah responded The two continued with their conversation when they arrived at Calista's home “So you won't tell me” Amelia asked “You know what? You free this weekend? Let's grab something and talk about everything we've missed. Okay with you?” he asked “Hmmm, I'm not sure if I'll be free but I'll let you know” she said before coming out of the car They both exchanged contacts and he drove off. Amelia sighed out immediately she got inside She was about going down when she saw Calista coming down in a bit of a hurry Her face lit up like the moonlight finally reaching a forgotten corner She slowed down when she got to Amelia side and smiled playful “Who was that” she asked “Well that was-” before Amelia could finish her statement Calista interrupted by saying “Whoever it is I would like to personally thank him for putting a smile on your face” “Like look at you, you look a bit much better than when you left this morning” Calista had been worried about Amelia all day, she couldn't even fully concentrate at work due to it but seeing her dropped off and smiling made her relax a bit about her “So how was work?” Calista asked Amelia before ordering the maids to prepare dinner for Amelia “Did you see him?” Calista asked selectively and calmly, trying not to Trigger anything Amelia's face dimmed down a bit neither a frown or a smile on her face “He barely noticed me, I doubt he knows I left the house” she responded “Oh hon” Calista said while she gave Amelia a warm hug “We have an event tomorrow, my father is planning on celebrating the 6th year the Dawson's company partnered with us and our 6th wedding anniversary.my father called to inform me about it, so I'll be at the Westwood's mansion tomorrow” Amelia said before drawing in a deep breath and sighing out She sat down on the dinner table to eat after the maid prepared the table “Do you need me there, I can come along if you want me there” Calista asked concerned about how tomorrow would go “No I'll be fine, you don't need to worry” Amelia responded before dipping into her meal After a while she finished up and went upstairs to the guest room to get some rest. The following day she started to prepare for the event, and started helping Calista around the house, the two chatted for a while “You remember when we were little and we accidentally broke all Mr James's eggs?” Amelia said before Calista broke into laughter “Yes, he was sooo mad that day” she kept on laughing while saying this The two continued chattering until it was 6pm It was finally time to get ready for the event. Amelia didn't pack any dress she could wear for the event so Calista ordered a dress for Amelia It was a gold glittered dress that had a slit by the side, it was free but not too free it showed her curves a little Amelia wore it and it was perfect for her for the night. Calista's driver drove her to the Westwood's mansion She came out of the car and surprisingly Nathaniel was just coming out of his too He walked up to her with his arm up to his chest for grab She decided today is meant to be perfect, no one must know what happened so she cooperated. Then they went inside and was greeted by her father and step mother Then the celebration went on. While the celebration was going on an unknown man barged into the party and started to break things while shouting which made everyone scream and frighten in response, he started laughing like a maniac once he read the banner and turned around while screaming "THIEVES!” “YOU ARE ALL THIEVES! YOU STOLE EVERYTHING FROM MY FAMILY, THE LITTLE THINGS WE HAD YOU STOLE IT ALL CREATING! creating a scene in front of everyone. Securities came in to drag the man out but he suddenly picked up a glass from the floor and threatened no one to come near him, the security kept trying to close in on him and then suddenly out of nowhere he cut his own wrist and then Mr James Westwood ordered him to be taken out. He took up a mic and apologized for the scene that just took place and that the party could begin. Soon the party started. Watching all this unfold Natheniel chuckled and said “Your family is quite interesting” before the two couples were invited to the stage to dance and he took her to the floor to dance, it was a slow waltz dance, while dancing he started to ignite some conversation, mainly talking about the scene that took place. “Your family is quite interesting you know, do you think the man that was just dragged out might be lying?” He asked “I don't know” she replied not interested in getting into any conversation with him “You should come home already” “Louis keeps on asking of you” he mentioned She felt her heart tugged hardly She missed her son so much She looked up to him and whispered “I want a divorce” then he chuckled and leaned closer to her while whispering into her ears “a divorce my love? I rather you kill me first”, then the dance ended. While Applause roared the room Amelia turned to Nathaniel with a stern look, her eyes like she was about to throw a dagger when she asked “What was Lydia doing in your office the other day?”
