"What the f**k are they saying that they're just going to announce a public apology?! What if Y/N wasn't able to stop them? They're just going to forget that it ever happened?!" Sergio slammed his hand on the table, glaring at Christina.
You leaned over and placed your hand on his shoulder to stop him. "Take it easy, Sergio. I'm sure that Christina's against the idea about it but she doesn't have any much choice." You pulled him back down to his seat.
Christina fixed her glasses on the bridge of her nose. "Thank you, Y/N." She sighs looking back to Sergio. "Look, this may not be the best decision I made but we have to act that we have forgiven them, for the sake of that..asshole's fame." She explained. "I was ordered to do this, I know that I can have a say on every thing they make me do but this time my job depends on this."
Sergio took a sharp intake of breath. "I understand what you're feeling, Christina, okay, but don't expect me to keep myself if I ever see that guy."
"Good." Christina nods her head. "I hope you forgive me for this."
"No, this is not your fault, Christina." You told her, leaning back to your chair. "I for one knew the feeling of being pressured on doing things I know I'm against, you're just doing your job."
"Thank you, both of you, for being more understanding about this." Christina smiled at the two of you. "You'll never guess what the girls reacted when their manager told them the same thing"
You and Sergio looked at each other with a puzzled expression, curious on knowing how the girls reacted on the same news they got.
"We need a new manager." Dinah stated with a neutral expression, crossing her arms against her chest and throwing her legs over the other as she sat on the couch beside the girls in front of you.
"Bu-"
"No Camila, just because nothing happened doesn't mean we should just forget everything." Lauren cuts her off. "You almost got...you know what I mean, and they should never get away with it."
Troy leaned sideways. "While you guys were away, I checked twitter and fans already know what happened for short amount of time." He whispered as he still watched the girls.
"Wow, does news spread that fast here in america?" You were surprised. "It has only been 11 hours since the incident, how can the fans know it already since we haven't yet announced it."
Troy shrugged. "People can know everything when they got they're eyes on you."
"You know what I regret on not doing when it all happened?" Sergio asked from your right side.
"What?" You and Troy asked looking at him.
"Is I didn't get to record Y/N's reaction throughout the night." Sergio chuckled.
"Shut up."
Troy laughed at you. "You seriously went s**t crazy on us, Y/N. We tried to ask you what was going on but you always leave us hanging."
"Dude, if i didn't I won't be able to find Camila." You defend yourself.
"Just next time try be more calm." Troy informed.
"I'll give you a friendly advice, Troy. Never tell a girl to keep calm." You shook your head slowly at him. "Never tell them to keep calm."
Sergio faced forward, staring at Camila as she laughed with the girls. He was indeed slowly falling for the brunette. It has been 8 months since he met Camila, and to say those feeling still hasn't change, he thought it was just an infatuation since it was just the first time he saw new faces when just arrived from your hometown.
You pinch Troy lightly on the arm, and when he looks at you, you pointed to Sergio. Troy smirked, seeing his brother ogling Camila. He slid his arm pass over the back of your head and flicked his brothers ears.
Sergio rubbed his ears. "What the hell was that for?"
"Nothing, I just wanted to do it." Troy looked away.
"You know, it's been 8 months." Sergio says, ignoring his brother's useless move.
You and Troy looked at him. "8 months of what?" You eyed him.
"8 months, and we still haven't yet made a move on the girls we like." Sergio observed.
You rolled your eyes at him and they landed on a pair of green eyes staring at you. You regretted when you stared back. You felt the people around you fading like dusts blown by the wind while her round orbs were like sucking you in and got lost and deserted in the middle of the large expanse of woods in her forest green eyes.
You averted your gaze down to your lap, your hand involuntarily moved to your chest feeling your violent heart jumping inside them. A long shaky breath came out of your lips, scrunching your eyes thinking of why did your body reacted that way, it made you think that it was so complicated to listen to your heart, when at the same time you don't even understand your mind.
You felt an arm on your shoulder, you looked up to see Troy studying you carefully. "Are you alright Y/N?"
You nodded. "Yeah, I was just thinking about something."
He pats your back gently. "Well don't think about it that deep." He tells you.
"Any Christmas songs already planned yet?" Sergio asked.
Realization hits you, you rubbed your temples. "So that's what I forgot!" You groaned. "Damnit, I need to set up a meeting with Ariana Grande."
"What do you want with her?" Camila asked, overhearing your conversation.
"Well, we were planning on making a mini album for Christmas, and we wanted Ariana with us."
"Really? She didn't tell me though." Camila contemplates.
"We still haven't told her yet." You informed her. "We're just about to set up a meeting for her."
"Oh, I have Ari's number, you guys want to have it?"
"Don't mind if I do." Troy said bringing out his phone. You saw Ally looked at him, a flash of emotion briefly formed in her eyes. You grabbed Troy's phone. "For work purposes only." You stated glaring at him. "Right?"
"Oh, right." Troy smiled bashfully at you. His brother glared at him. "Just do your job correctly, Troy."
Gray sky stretched throughout the sky, strong wind blew past making the loose end of your coat fly at one side. The meeting went well with Ariana's management, your band will be just waiting for her tour to end next week and you all go straight to work in the studio.
With being honest to yourself, you quite admire Ariana, not just because she's an amazing singer but you never expected her to be selfless and kind to others. You even felt like a stalker when you always find yourself staring at her beauty, you even add it all up that half of the meetings time were the times you practically stared at her, it was unbelievable. Even the twins teased you by it.
Soon enough as the three of you journeyed freely on the streets without a fan stampeding towards you, then gray sky released down a tiny drops of water, slowly damping the dry city. Troy ducked his head down covering his head with his hand.
"We should've brought a umbrella." He groaned. "Let's find a place to cover."
"Nah," You dig you hands in your pockets. "It's just a light rain, it's not like it'll harm you."
"We can't afford to get sick Y/N." Sergio told you, covering his head with his hands. "Let's hurry up before it gets stronger."
The three of you sprinted down the streets, you minds slowly getting competitive thinking on who's going to be the first to arrive at the tour bus. You don't want to be the last one. You swerved past the people you come across to, you can hear the sound of your shoes hitting the sidewalk.
You feel large beads of water hitting your skin, making you look up to see the rain slowly getting stronger than the first. You pumped your legs faster, your eyes carefully scanning what's in front of you to avoid any unwanted accidents. The last thing you want is the media saying you're being reckless and high.
A smile made its way up to your lips when you were the very first to arrive at the front of the tour bus. You climbed up carefully in the bus, taking off your coat to avoid drips of water that is now coming out of the ends of your jacket. You rake your damp hair back to remove the loose fringe covering your face.
"Y/N!"
Your eyes slowly rolls up, along with your head, and see Ally standing few meters away from where you stand, shaking her head with her hands in her hips. Oh, mother.
"Did you walk under the rain Y/N? Why didn't you brought an umbrella, you might get sick." And she goes on and on making you amused.
Your body shivered from the bus's air-conditioning hitting your body, you felt a tingling sensation in your nose. You covered your nose with your hand and let out a loud sneeze.
"Y/N, you better clean up before you get a cold." Ally told you, walking towards you throwing a large towel around your body then guides you towards the bathroom.
"I'll take it from here, sunny." You chuckled, earning a light punch on the stomach from Ally. "Where's the others?"
"Lounge, watching movies." Ally replied, walking over to the pantry while you dry your hair with a towel.
She opened the hatch but then paused for a moment, turning her head towards you with a puzzled look on her face. "Sunny?"
"Hm?" You look up to her. "Oh, I uh...I heard that your fans call you sunshine and...I think that they're right so..I kinda gave you sunny as a nickname." You gave her a tight smile. "It's okay if you don't like it, I won't call you tha-"
"No, no. It's alright." Ally cuts you off and gave you a warm smile. "I kinda liked it." You shyly chuckle, bringing your hands up to scratch the back of your head. "But please, take a warm bath before you get sick."
You flail your hand to dismiss it." Nah, don't worry. It wont happen."
Your body trembled under the thick covers. Your fingers clutched on tightly at the cloth pulling it closer as possible on your body. Beads of sweat roll down from your temples, how was it possible that even though you're cold as hell you sweat like you're under the f*****g sun.
Ally watched you outside the room from the gaped door, her hands gently stirring the hot soup she's making for you, and for the other girls since the rainy season has started, they need it to keep warm as well.
"I told her, she just wouldn't listen." Ally said, looking at the six figure sitting in front of her on the island table.
Troy looks behind and see you through the gaped door, watching you shiver from the cold. "She's always like that." He replied. "Back in the Philippines, Y/N always like to play around under the rain."
"Really?" Camila asked making Sergio nod for an answer. "Good thing to know that she's not that uptight."
Dinah agrees on Camila. "Yeah, that she could have fun. She's serious as hell the last time we spent together with her."
"Is it almost done, Ally?" Normani asked. Ally nods her head as an answer. "I'll set up the table."
"Thank you Normani." Ally says exaggeratedly, making the people in front of her that is doing nothing looked at her. "You're a great help, unlike some people that is just sitting here."
"We'll go help Normani." The twins said, standing up from their seats and trailed behind Normani.
Ally looks at Camila next. Camila shyly smiles at her. "Maybe I should prepare hot water and a towel for Y/N." She says, hopping off from her seat and left the table.
And last but not the least, Ally's eyes landed on Lauren. Lauren looks up from her phone noticing Ally staring at her. "What?" She asked, then looks around confused that the people next to her awhile ago were gone.
Ally groaned, taking out a bowl and poured some chicken soup in it. "Since you don't have much anything to do, bring this to Y/N. If she can't eat on her own, feed her."
"Why me?!" Lauren looked at her incredulously.
"Because the others already had something else to do."
"But-"
"Just do it, Lauren. Look at Y/N." Ally pointed at you.
Lauren turns and looks at you through the gaped door. You curl into a ball, clutching tightly on your covers shivering from the cold and letting out a cough every now and then. Lauren drag her palm across her forehead.
"Alright, alright." She said, lifting the already prepared soup and walked towards your room.
Your eyelids weakly opened when your hear the door to your bunks creaked open. You watch Lauren enter the room, balancing the bowl of soup above the plate she's holding.
Lauren placed the soup at the bedside table and dragged a chair next to you by the bed. She sat there and stare at you. And to say you felt uncomfortable, not that you don't like it, it's be because you felt like she's reading you like an open book.
Just a few seconds of silence, Lauren begins to move again, this time she placed the back of her hand on your forehead. She shook her head. "You're temperature is hot, can you sit?" She asked.
You nod your head, coughing in your hand, and slowly lift your body up using your forearms. Lauren leaned closely, grabbing some pillows and setting behind for you to lean on. She grabbed the utensil and spooned the chicken soup, slowly bringing it up to her lips and blowing on it.
"Here, be careful it might still be hot." Lauren carefully moved the spoon closer to your lips, the palm of her other hand guiding it from below avoiding some of its contents to spill on to you.
It went on for about half an hour, you stopping to take a drink from time to time. The whole time no word exchanges between the two of you, it was quiet but not the awkward one, just you enjoying her company while you don't know if she's enjoying it.
Lauren placed the spoon back to the empty bowl and sat there hesitating for a moment before she gathered herself together to talk to you. You in the meanwhile stared blankly at your hands, watching your thumb mindlessly slide back and forth on the covers.
She parted her lips hesitantly. "I-i'm sorry.."
You rolled your eyes to glance at Lauren confused. "For what?"
"For everything that I've said to you." She explained. "I compared you to your brother, when all along I knew you could be better than him, no.. You are better than him." Lauren paused placing her hand over yours, her beguile green eyes staring at you yet again, making you hypnotized on the spot.
"I guess it's just that...it f*****g hurts as hell that he did that to me when all I did was to give him my all, I treated him like he was my world. And that maybe I was so mad that I don't know what else to do to get rid of the pain is to take it all out on you because you're his sister." She confessed, you can see her eyes brimming in tears. "I know it was a stupid move, but here I am, Y/N. I'm sorry, I'm sorry for all that I did. I'm sorry for making you feel like someone you're not, I'm sorry, please forgive me."
You stared at Lauren as tears begins to flow down on her face. You watch her as her back racked from the heavy sobs she's letting out, the way her fringe fall down slowly covering her face when she looks down to her lap.
You raised your hand, placing your finger on her chin and lifting them up. You stared into her dull, green eyes. It made you even more mad at your brother when you look at Lauren breaking down like that because of him. How dare he do that to the only person you see as a real beauty.
Your hand shifts, your palm on her cheek, your thumb gently wiping the trail of tears off her skin. You licked your dry lips, swallowing the lump behind your throat. "Who in the right mind would hurt you like this.." You muttered softly, averting your gaze down to your thumbs, admiring them as it finally caressed her soft, porcelain like skin gently.
Lauren watched your face mellowed, it took her aback too when she saw it, you never shown that side of yourself from her. Your palm can feel her cheeks heat up and to say, you're enjoying that you made that effect on her.
"You're so beautiful, Lauren." You told her, your voice dropping into a soft whisper. "My brother's so stupid to let go of someone like you.." You slightly moved forward, taking her hand with your free hand, raising them up and plant a soft kiss at the back of her palm. "I could treat you better than he can, Lauren.." Lauren's mouth gaped at your confession, well if it's considered as one.
"If you would just let me."
Troy sprinted down the sidewalk, his brother, Sergio trailing behind him. His eyes squinted at the large drops of rain that is now falling down faster than it was before when they started running. He pumped his legs, ignoring his shoes that splattered on a small pool of water created by the heavy rain that is now falling above them.
"Troy!" His brother called from behind. "Let's pause for a moment, let's find shelter before the rains gets more stronger."
The two stood under a roof in front of a busy café, watching vehicles pass by. Troy look up to the sky, sighing that the rain had caught up to them. He look at his brother.
"Do you think Y/N's already at the tour bus?" He asked his brother.
Sergio nodded. "For sure. She never stops even if the rain is this strong."
Troy chuckled, shaking his head. Already thinking about something that is bound to happen to you. "I can already imagine Ally scolding her."
The bells of the door from the café behind them ringed, signaling that someone is entering or leaving, but judging that no one walked past in front of them it must be someone leaving.
"Excuse me." Troy's body stiffen from the feminine voice that spoke from behind him.
Troy slowly turn his body around, his heart gunning wild at the second passing by. His eyes landed on the familiar brown orbs that he used to love looking at. He scanned the woman before him from head to toe, he observed that she indeed changed from the years they've been apart.
The woman looks up to him, a wide smile erupted on her lips when she saw him. "Troy?"
"You thinking about Trisha again huh?" Troy snapped out from his thoughts when Sergio popped out beside him, studying him closely.
Troy let out a sad sigh, crossing his arms against his chest, leaning back his head sideways on the sofa. "If I said no would you believe me?"
"No."
"Then yes, I am thinking about her."
His brother groaned. "Come on Troy, It has been 3 years. I thought you've moved on?"
"I don't know, Gio." Troy replied. "I don't know if I've really moved on, she's was my first love Gio and we all both know that first love never dies."
Sergio looked up at his brother when Troy stood up from his seat. "I'll go take a nap for a few minutes."
Sergio nodded and watched his brother enter the room to the bunks. He took his phone out, logging in to an app and pressed the top right of the screen. After pressing it he typed in a name when the keyboard appeared at the bottom of his phone.
Trisha Oliveros.
He pressed search and find himself staring on the person's page, scrolling down scanning her pictures throughout the days that has passed, he admits, Trisha really did changed and became prettier than before the last time they met.
Being busy scrolling down the page, Sergio never noticed a certain small figure entering the room. Ally walked in sighing. She just came back from the rehearsals she and the girls had, it exhausted her when the choreographer always ordered them to repeat the dance until it becomes perfect. Little does he know that sooner or later people still make mistakes.
Ally's eyes picked up a figure sitting alone on the couch, he watched Sergio's serious face as the pad of his thumb slide upwards in the phone. Ally approached him, dragging her feet lazily towards the couch feeling her body slowly weighing her down from tiredness.
"Who's that?" Ally asked, plopping down next to Sergio, tilting her head back to lean on the sofa while her hands rests in her sides.
Sergio briefly looks at her then back to his phone. "Trisha."
The name caught Ally's full attention, she looks back down on Sergio's phone. "Trisha?, as in your brothers ex girlfriend?"
"Yeah," Sergio nods at her. "I'm surprised you still remembered her name."
"How can I forget." Ally quietly mumbled with annoyed face. She scooted closer to Sergio, staring at the picture plastered on the screen.
Trisha was indeed pretty, light skinned, brown eyes and short length raven hair. Ally's eyes scanned Trisha's body carefully and became insecure at herself when she saw that Trisha has good shaped body than her.
"She's really pretty. "Ally quietly mumbled, leaning back on the couch, finding herself starting to feel down. "Why did they broke up."
Sergio shrugged. "I don't know, Troy never told me."
Ally slowly nodded her head. Looking down to her hands, staring at them as she fiddled with them. It was strange that Troy didn't even told his brother why they broke up, was there any horrible reason about it? Was there some misunderstandings between them?. Ally don't know if it's right come up with theories, but there was only one thing she could do, and it was to find it out.
