Chapter 13

"Where is this place?" Ava asked as they where walking along the enchanted forest that is a part of Kingdom of Fada.

"For now, you can't remember this place but when you and Night become one, you will remember everything before you lost your memory." Nevaeh said with a warm smile on her beautiful face.

"I lost my memory?" Ava said with a creased forehead.

"Yes because we had to do it. I had to do it to make you safe. I've already lost my brother, your mother and your brother and I made sure that it will not happen to you." Nevaeh said remembering her beloved brother.

"This is becoming more confusing." Ava said.

"Don't worry, we will tell you everything. For now, you have to rest. Tomorrow, we will start your training..." Nevaeh wasn't able to finish her words because Ava interrupted her.

"Wait, what training? I thought you will tell me everything I wanted to know." Ava said feeling annoyed.

"You and Night should train so your body and mind..." Nevaeh was interrupted again by Ava.

"NO! I want you to tell me the things I need to know!" Ava said.

"I don't want to train! I don't want to do anything! I want to know who I am! I want know who where those people that turned into wolves! I want to know..." Ava looked at Night.

"Who are you really? Who are you people? What am I doing here?" Ava's tears started to fall from her eyes. She wanted to cry out loud because she missed her parents, she missed Denisse, she missed her patients, she missed her normal life. No wolves, no strangers, and no...

"Fairies?" Ava wanted to laugh. First, she met wolves and now she's surrounded with little flying creatures. Her life is full of surprises and she wanted to know who and what she really is.

Ava looked at Nevaeh with a pleading look.

"Please, tell me everything I need to know." Ava said.

"Okay." Nevaeh said. Ava left her no other choice. She must tell her everything because she saw Ava's eagerness. She's afraid that if she will not tell her, Ava will make a way.

"When the wolf went out of that house, I ordered my warriors to follow her but because of her speed, they lost her. I ordered my best trackers to find her but they failed to locate her location." Alpha Zyair said.

"She went to our location and there she got Ava." Jakobe said. They were connecting the things that happened. From the start of the ambush up to the time Night got Ava and they both disappeared leaving no trace at all.

Jakobe combed his hair with his fingers. He felt hopeless at this moment because no one couldn't tell where is his mate.

"Don't worry, we will find them." Truett said looking at his bestfriend's state.

"Where in the world can we find them? The best trackers from our packs can't locate them." Jakobe said feeling disappointed because he don't know where to start.

"We could look in the human world. We can ask some of the non-shifters there that chose to have a normal life instead of becoming rouges." Alpha Zyair said that made Jakobe looked at him.

"I know some of them because they were once a part of my pack." Alpha Zyair continued.

"Can we do that today?" Jakobe asked and when Alpha Zyair nodded, he felt relieved.

"Master, we can't find them. We've tried looking around and there's no trace of them." One of the rouge said and the trembling in his voice was evident.

The Master closed his fist tightly. The rouge took a step back and readied himself to run as fast as he could to save his precious life from the anger of the person standing in front of him.

"I know where they are and because I can't enter that ugly and boring realm, I will wait again but this waiting will be more exciting. The powerful she gets, the more stronger I can be." The master said and the rouge felt goosebumps all over his body when he heard a laugh of a person as if it came from beyond.

"Who are they?" Nevaeh brought Ava to the room where family portraits were placed. It will be more easy for Ava to understand their family history if she start from her grand mother.

"That is King Cyrus and Queen Olivia. They were the second generation that ruled Kingdom of Fada. They had a son and a daughter. Prince Aziel and Princess Nevaeh, that's me." Nevaeh said pointing her own image.

"King Cyrus is a wolf and Queen Olivia is a fairy but the moon goddess match them as mates." Nevaeh looked at Ava. She smiled when she saw that Ava is intently listening to her as she talk.

"Just like in the human world, they married each other and had a son and a daughter. Prince Aziel and yours truly." Nevaeh continued.

"When we reached eighteen, King Cyrus passed his throne to his son as the Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack while for me, I stayed here as the crown princess of Kingdom of Fada." Nevaeh said but when she heard a deep sighed from Ava, she stopped.

"Ava, we can continue this if you're not feeling well." Nevaeh said.

"I don't know how can I figure out the things you are talking about. My mind wanted to explode because of the new things I discovered." Ava said while massaging her head.

"Take one step a time Avayah. You will understand everything at the right time. Don't rush things up. We have plenty of time." Nevaeh said.

"I think you should rest first." Ava and Nevaeh looked back and saw Night walking beside Nyla.

"She's right. We can continue this when you get plenty of rest." Nevaeh said and pulled Ava from her seat.

When Ava and Night went out from the room, Nyla looked at Nevaeh.

"Are you sure she can handle everything?" Nyla asked.

"She will." Nevaeh answered.

"Do you know why I gave her the name Avayah?" Nevaeh said and Nyla shook her head.

"Avayah means, one who has arrived. She's the chosen one that will bring peace to the different worlds existing on earth. It was already started by Queen Jianna but because of a selfish, power obsessed, heartless wolf, everything she's done became useless." Nevaeh said with her fist closed tightly.

"Night?" They were inside a beautiful room but because Ava is not in the mood, she can't admire the view.

"Sleep. Tomorrow will be a new day." Night said and laid beside Ava.

Ava, because of tiredness and troubled mind, fell into deep slumber.
