Chapter 12

The rouges were still in their confused looks when someone growled right behind them. They bowed their heads when a large brown wolf walked towards them.

"Where is she?" The brown wolf asked through the mind link. Anger can be sense in his voice that made the rouges whimpered.

The brown wolf growled again and that made the rouges bend their feet and laid on the ground. Their bodies are shaking because of fear.

"Master, the tracker lost her scent." The brown wolf looked towards his warrior with fire in his eyes.

"What did you say!? You lost her again!?" The brown wolf growled loudly because of his disappointment.

He waited patiently. He was vanished. He was chained. He was trapped for too long. He had to find her to have an eternal life. But because of his brainless followers, he's having difficulties in making his dream hard to reach.

"Find her!!!" He growled and all of the rouges run away as if that is the only thing they could do to save their lives.

"Open your eyes, Avayah." Night said when they were already landed on the ground.

When they entered the black hole, Ava immediately closed her eyes. Weird things have happened and she's not ready yet to see more.

Ava was hesitant to open her eyes but when she felt that Night lowered down her body, she had no choice.

"Wow!" Ava can't stop herself from looking around. It was a forest just the same with where they came from but the view in front of her is somewhat magical and enchanting.

"Where are we, Night?" Ava said while continuously looking around.

"This is the Kingdom of Fada." Night answered.

"Kingdom of Fada?" Ava said with her creased forehead.

"This is the..." Night wasn't able to finish her words because they heard a loud scream.

"She's here! She's here!" The woman running towards them is screaming like a child. Night rolled her eyes seeing her.

"Queen Nevaeh, please slow down." Nyla pleaded her Queen but to her dismay, she didn't stop from running and even left her behind.

Ava was surprised when the screaming and running woman came into view and without a warning, hugged her tightly.

"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh! You're really here! Look at you!" Nevaeh said then hugged Ava again.

"Queen Nevaeh, she can't breath." Nyla said seeing the redness on Ava's face.

"I'm sorry. I was just overwhelmed seeing you again. After so many years of looking. After so many years of believing that you were already dead. After so many years, you're already here, in flesh. I just can't believe it." Nevaeh said then, tears started to well up from her eyes.

Ava didn't know how to react on the woman standing in front of her. She was happy a while ago and now, she's crying. But because Ava is also an emotional person, her eyes started to well up too. She patted Nevaeh's shoulders and when the latter hugged her again, she didn't hesitate to embrace her too.

"Alpha." Malcolm said and Jakobe looked at him hoping that they found Ava and her wolf.

When Malcolm shook his head, Jakobe felt sad. He can feel Thunder's sadness too. The only thing that's keeping them hoping that they will see them again are the words of Ava and Night before they vanished.

"I'm sorry, son. I should have told you." Ella said holding Jakobe's hand.

"It's okay, Mom. No one knew that Ava is my mate." Jakobe said looking at his mom.

"From the first sight of that wolf, I knew already that she's one of us." Neo said remembering the first time seeing Night at the clinic.

After the encounter with the rouges, Jakobe and his warriors decided to go back to their pack. As expected, his parents and the whole Timber Wolf Pack were very worried about what happened but Jakobe told them that everything's fine. He told his parents about Ava and they were surprised that the Ava they met at the clinic and the Ava that Jakobe met was the same person.

"Have you called Alpha Truett and Alpha Zyair?" Neo asked his son but before Jakobe could answer, Beta Karsyn spoke.

"Alpha, Alpha Zyair and Alpha Truett announced their arrival. They were already at the pack's border." Karsyn said.

"Let them in." Jakobe said and prepared himself in meeting the Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack and the Alpha of the Tundra Wolf Pack.

"I'm sorry for being so emotional. I'm just happy to see you." Nevaeh said after crying for a while.

"It's okay but are you the one that will make things clear for me? Honestly, I'm really, really, confused right now. About me, Night, the wolves, you, and this place?" Ava said and looked at Night who was lying on the ground, Nyla beside her, stroking her fur.

Nevaeh smiled warmly.

"Yes dear but first, let's go home. It will be a long day for you. I know things that happened made your mind wanted to explode but we will take one step a time. We will start from you." Nevaeh said and held Ava's hand.

"Wait!" Ava said and looked at Nevaeh intently.

"Who are you?" Ava continued. Nevaeh hit her forehead with her palm and Ava can't stop her smile.

"I'm Nevaeh. I'm your fairy god mother." Nevaeh said then winked at Ava.

"I'm Avayah but you can call me Ava."

"I know." Ava creased her forehead after hearing what Nevaeh said.

"Because I'm the one who gave you your name." Nevaeh said. She held Ava's hand again then jumped on one foot alternately while pulling Ava.

Behind them were Night and Nyla.

"Is she really your Queen?" Night asked looking at Nevaeh.

"Yeah, believe or not, she is the only one." Nyla said.

"I can hear you two." Nevaeh said that made Nyla cover her mouth.

"I'm sorry my Queen." Nyla said.

"Night, don't worry. Your snuggle nuzzle time will be later." Nevaeh looked back and winked at Night.

"Oh no, thank you but no thanks." Nevaeh giggled after hearing Night's words.
