Chapter 10- An li's Fear

An-li POV:

Damn it , why! why! why!. After my freaking encounter with the president I ran for my life not wanting to talk about the damn contract.

And hopefully it stays quiet until I can make my decision but I'll just leave it in the back of head for now. So I gotta finish these documents today, how in the world did I forget about these.

It's almost a quarter to 12 in the afternoon and looking through making sure I don't forget any other documents laying around. Close to my decision to give to him too and its freaking me out, I want to make a run for the front entrance and back to my apartment.

All of a sudden I hear a ring from my office phone ( please don't tell me it's him ) hopefully it's not right.

"Hello"

"An-li come to my office just come right in"

"Y-yes sir' ( damn )

An-li did what she was told, she just went in without knocking.

"D-do you need something sir"

"I need your answer with the sign forms" and stop stuttering it's annoying.

Staring at him he's being serious isn't he. Something has happened to make him call me, but I wasn't ready yet to sign it nor give him answers.

Looking down because she can't take his staring anymore. And staring at her isn't helping either and it's making everything worse, because she thought she had time to think about it.

An-li heard movement she look and saw him standing up walking towards her. When she saw him walking to her she starts to walk backwards, just not him walking towards but he has a scary face on he's smirking.

What the hell happened to his serious and scary face just a second ago.

An-li's mind ( W-why is h-he walking towards me and have that face, it's starting to scare me and my heart is panicking I don't like the why he looks ) without thinking she turn around to run to the door she almost made it. But she got pulled back and hit on a hard chest.

"Thought you were going to make it to the door didn't you" Chen wu say close to her ear.

An-li start to feel scared of what he's doing to her, she feel like she's on the verge of tears. She doesn't like the way how close they are together trying wiggle her way out of his grips.

When she try to get out he tightened his hold a little more. Chen wu never thought of ever putting his hands on An-li, but now that he did he can feel how soft and tender her skin is. An-li skin is like a little white porcelain doll.

All he wanted to do is kiss her skin so he did moving her hair to the side he kissed her neck. When she felt that her tears came right away.

She's shaking in fear wanting to get out of his office and back to hers. Trying to wiggle her way out again, but feel a little more pressure on the hold.

“You know An-li, I am not a very patient person and you are asking me for more time. Hmmm Why?"

Not hearing anything from An-li, he does something makes her fear him even more then before. Chen wu licked her on the neck where he kissed earlier and suck on her neck to her right ear.

“Why An-li? why are you asking for more time"?

“S-stop doing th-that p-please l-let m-me g-go"?

while crying and telling him to let her go she try to pry his arms that is around her waist but he wouldn't budge.

“Le-let go pl-please"? she can't take it anymore.

What he did and say next made An-li remember something that she never thought she will hear it again; or want to remember it ever. It also made the fear in An-li's eyes visible to Chen wu.

Without thinking he turned her around and kissed her on the lips shoving his tongue in her mouth. Exploring her month with his tongue on the other hand An-li try to push him away from her.

“What did I tell you about stuttering"? my little white porcelain rabbit or should I call you my little white porcelain doll, or how about little white flower instead hmmm.

“D-don't call m-me that"! I h-hate those n-names.

Opened her eyes her body starts to tremble with her shaky hands she punched him in the chest. Telling him to let her go; now sobbing uncontrollably she try again while saying.

“P-please le-let go".... sobbing harder then before......

Chen wu saw An-li's eyes that hold fear and with so much tears falling from her face.When he saw her in that state he let her go.

When she doesn't feel Chen wu arms around her anymore, she ran out of his office bumping into someone, looking up it was Xun wu.

“I-i'm s-sorry".

She ran out! covering her mouth with her hand and straight to her office locking the door. An-li went under her desk and cry out.

Grabbing her phone with shaky hands, looking at the time on. She still have 2 more hours and 30 minutes left of work, but having no more desire to work due to what happen not that long ago she wants to go home and go under her blanket to cry out even more.

Decided to continue work tomorrow An-li stood up with shaky and numb legs, for sitting while having her legs up to her chest. She called Xun wu...

“Hello! it's Xun wu"?

“X-xun wu, i-its An-li"? .... ( feel like she is about to cry again. She had to put her hand on mouth so she won't sob out to the other side. She got Xun wu phone number when they both met in front of Chen Wu's office earlier. )

“Can y-you l-let the p-p-president ( she couldn't help but let the tears fall and sob a little ) know t-that I am l-leaving e-early"? what she doesn't know is that Xun wu has it on speaker, so Chen wu already know about it.

When she left; Chen wu had Xun wu went inside because they need to talk. On the other side Xun wu doesn't know what to do, so he looked at his president to see if he approve for An-li to leave.

An-li is waiting for answer, she want Xun wu to hurry so she can leave. She wants the comfort of her friends or listen to music to help her calm down.

"p-please! i-ill do extra hours tomorrow" sobbing quietly....please i-i p-promise....

Xun wu is still looking at his president waiting for him to say something. He was going to say something but stop. His president gave him the approval by nodding his head signaling him that it is fine.

“Sorry, I had to call the president to get his approval" he said that it's fine for you to leave. ( Xun wu had to lie )

“T-thank you! i-i promise I-i'll do e-extra hours". Thank you a-again b-bye! without waiting for his reply, she hung up grab her things and out she went running to the elevator.

Chen Wu POV:

After what happened earlier I told myself I must control it. Never in my entire life have I saw a woman look like An-li did. Only a few of them are scared to approach me. Because I'll just give them the most bored and irritated look.

Before An-li left I looked into her eyes and saw something. It hold fear in them, what was it that she fear that made her look like that. Was it the kissed.

It made me feel something that I never felt, it's like the feeling I having now is guilt but it's not true cuz that's not me. I don't feel guilt of doing that to anyone.

So to know why she's like that, I had my PA do me a favor.... SIGH...

“Xun wu, I need you to do something for me"?

"Sure, what is it, sir"?

“I want you! to dig into An-li''s past", I wanna know what happened to her that made her scared and have fear in her eyes.

“Yes sir!" how soon d... ( hearing his cell phone ring ) he look at his president, I'm sorry sir. Xun wu was going to hang up but....

“Go on ahead".

Xun wu nod his head, “hello! it's Xun wu!"?.

“X-xun wu! -i-it's An-li"

Covering his cell phone... “Sir it's Ms. An-li"? looking at his president.

Xun wu saw something he never thought he would see again, his president smirking face. knowing him he's thinking about something.

“Xun wu put it on speaker!"

“Yes sir!" not wanting to disobey him, he put it on speaker.

"Can y-you l-let the p-p-president". Know t-that I am l-leaving e-early"?

Both Chen wu and Xun wu, hear a sob from the other side of the line. An li is on the side waiting for an answer.

Turn to look at Chen wu, Xun wu cover the phone again.

“Sir". No reply from Chen wu also.

Xun wu heard An li again.

"p-please! i-ill do extra hours tomorrow" sobbing quietly....please i-i promise....

Xun wu doesn't know what to do. Looking at Chen Wu again to see what he say, still nothing. Giving up he was going to say something, but stopped when he Chen wu nod. Knowing what he meant by that Xun wu answer back.

“Sorry! for answering back late". I had to confirm it with the president before letting you leave. He said it's fine for you to leave.

Chen wu stood up to look out the window like he always do. Looking around the view than, down he saw someone that caught his attention from running out of his company.

“So! my little porcelain wifey is out and running".

( still looking down, he can see that she's still crying because she's wiping her tears away. While bumping into people and saying sorry )

"Sir! Ms. An li didn't sign the contract yet"? And your parents just call again. I was going to tell you about it, but you were with Ms. An li at the time. What if she doesn't sign it? What are you going to do?

Turning around to face Xun Wu smirking again, “I'm not worried about it", if she doesn't sign the contract I'll just have to force it on her don't I.

Looking out the window again.
