Bullied By Her Alpha Mates

ARIEL I stood frozen as I stared at the email that read: "Congratulations, Ariel Scarlett Dane, you have been granted admission into The Apex Wolves Academy." What I read was interpreted in my mind as: "Congratulations, Ariel Scarlett Dane, you have become the newest meat to be devoured at The Apex Wolves Academy." It was the worst day of my entire life. A death sentence for me. I really didn't know how to feel; whether excited or scared, but then again I decided to pretend like I never saw it, like it was just a nightmare as I staggered backward. It felt like my world was crumbling down, this wasn't what I wanted. I hoped and prayed to the moon goddess to not make me get the admission, but it seems my prayers never answered as I read the mail over and over again. My heart was beating so fast that I couldn't hear a thing my best friend was saying. All my thoughts were focused on the email I had gotten and the terrible things I had heard about the school. I knew deep down it was no place for me, a death sentence. “Ariel, are you okay?" Stacy asked, startling me as she placed her hand on my shoulder. I jolted again when my phone rang out, it was my mother. I was needed at home immediately.  “Nothing, Stacy, I should be heading back home. My mum just texted that I'm needed at home immediately,” I replied with a smile on my face. I knew Stacy didn't believe me but I wasn't going to tell her just yet that I had gotten admission into her dream school, not mine. “Are you sure? You really don't look okay, you look like someone that has seen a ghost or something worse," Stacy said, but I shook my head. “I will tell you about it when I get home. I love you Stacy,” I hugged my best friend before hurrying out of her presence. My mind was still in thought about the email. I knew how excited my parents would be, but they wouldn't understand how I was feeling. I prayed deep down and hoped my parents hadn't seen it and hoped to hide the secret and tell them that I was rejected by the school. That would save me from experiencing everything I had heard about the school. The Apex academy recently had a history of a young pup who killed himself after getting constantly bullied. History has had it that no low life who got in, ever got out sane or alive. The school was built at the heart of the woods, very close to the forbidden lakes. It was colored mostly in black and grey. The male students wore grey colored trousers and suits along with a tie. The females wore short skirts, a bow tie, and very long white socks. They weren't in session yet, unlike the other schools, because of the incident. Four wolves were reported to the school authorities by one of the students. Rumors were everywhere, but the truth about what exactly they did was unknown. The problem they had at hand didn't stop them from admitting new students. I thought how someone like me would survive in a school like that with no one by my side, especially with my background. I would be doomed before I even began. I dragged my feet until I finally got to my doorstep. Through the window I could see my mum was all smiles, waiting for my arrival. "Ariel, you're home!" My mum screamed and quickly engulfed me in a warm hug, "oh, my sweet little pup." "Mother, you're squishing me…I…can't breathe." I was muffled and surprised at my mum's sudden increase in affection. If my calculations were correct, I was supposed to be in trouble for leaving the house without my mother's approval. "I'm sorry. I'm just super excited. I had always known that you were going to be the one to lift us out of poverty." My mother said with excitement written all over her voice. "I don't understand any of this. Wait, are you…crying?" I asked, still confused about the affection, why I wasn't in trouble and my mother's sudden outburst of tears. "Apex Wolves Academy. You, my child, are going to AWA!" my mum screamed in excitement. "I…how?...what…" I said in pretense, but deep down I knew I was screwed. No way was I going to escape without not going to Apex Wolves Academy anymore. "Come with me." My mum said whilst taking my hand. I followed my mum inside where I almost immediately heard the rest of my family screaming the words "Congratulations!" to me. They had little balloons all set up in the living room. My Father looked as if he had just won the lottery; I knew that look the day he thought he actually won the lottery. He pulled me in a hug and placed a fancy-looking letter in my hand. "We got the mail this morning. Your ticket to a very bright future." My dad said. My breath became unsteady as I held the letter tightly. I had a little panic attack; I was supposed to be excited, and probably screaming at the top of my lungs, but I wasn't. What was I thinking? Apex Wolf Academy wasn't going to just send an email and stop at that. I was a bit angry at myself for not being at home to destroy the evidence of my admission and now I can't escape from it. "Wow. Dad, I can't believe this. It's like a dream come true." I lied whilst faking a smile. "Thank you all for this…uhm…mini-party. I would really like to savor this moment alone if you all don't mind."  "Yes, yes, let my little princess have some time alone. You deserve it." My father said and dispersed everyone to different destinations. "Thanks, Dad," I said and went straight to my small room. Tears freely flowed from my eyes immediately after I shut the door. This was horrible and I was scared. What was someone like me looking for at the Apex Wolves Academy? For me, it was Alpha Rich and Powerful Wolves Academy. Just looking at the letter made me intimidated. I had begged my father not to make me take that scholarship test even though I knew it was a piece of cake. The problem was the system, the students, and the school! My wolf was astounded. There is no way I'll be attending that school.
