When the meeting ended I went to my room. I needed a cold shower.

"We do.." I said in a low voice. Tears threatening to spill from my eyes.

"Who is she? Why are you telling us about this?"Oren asked.

"First I want to tell you that we love you both so so much! No matter what! You know that, right?

"Oren! " Erin said to a laughing Oren.

"Evolet! Come on, let's go! Let's get out of here!"Oren said grabbing her hand. The flames disappeared and her eyes were back to silver. The pain was all they held now.

She looked one more time at us before turning to Oren.

"Let's find Blaze and get the hell out of here! I don't want to stay any longer under the same roof with so many liars! "

Oren gave her a short nod, then they left.

"What have I done? "I said looking at a sobbing Erin.

"You did the right thing, Aaron! We both knew this day will come" she said wiping her tears, and hugging me.

I made a promise and now both of my children hate me!
