Chapter 10

“Apparently.” Alpha Lincoln replied. Alpha Lincoln sighed. “If you want to be with her, invite her to come over so we can talk to her. We will organise a room for her. You most likely will feel protective of her so we will give her one of the rooms that are spare near you. Now I know you are on the boys side of the pack house. So she will have her own bathroom in her room to ensure less chance of teenage nonsense. Now please invite her here and to speak to us.” Alpha Lincoln said. Something confused me. “Alpha Lincoln, can I ask you one question?” I asked. “Yes, what is it?” Alpha Lincoln asked. “Can I go into the archives? I would like to have a look at something.” I explained. “Yes, after you bring her here, we will talk to her while you look in there.” Alpha Lincoln said. “Okay sir, thank you sir. I will see you later Alpha Lincoln and Luna Liliana. Goodbye dad.” I said. I got up and walked towards the door. But then Luna Liliana spoke. “Damon, are you sure you would like to date a girl that no one knows anything about?” Luna Liliana asked. “I know it sounds weird. But there is something about her. I feel like I have known her my whole life. We talked, well I talked and she wrote her reply. And she makes me smile. Even looking at her smile makes me smile. There is something about her. Alistair thinks she looks like a troll. He actually used that phrase to me before breakfast. But I see someone who can make me happy, and who I may be able to make happy as well. We sat in a tree all night talking. We stayed in the tree just being in each others company. And I enjoyed it a lot. But I would like to see where things go between us.” I replied honestly. Luna Liliana looked really happy with my response but I saw my dad roll his eyes. Luna Liliana started walking towards me. “I think that makes you both courageous and noble Damon.” She said. She hugged me and kissed my forehead. “Your mother would be so proud of you Damon. Your such a sweet boy. You better go on to school.” Luna Liliana said so nicely. “Thank you Luna Liliana.” I replied. I continued to walk out and then grab my backpack to head to school. Alistair had already left. I tried to talk to him but we didn’t have the first class together. When it was lunch time I went to get lunch then sit next to him in the cafeteria. That was my plan anyway. But when I was approaching I saw Aurora. Alistair saw me look at her and looked annoyed. I looked between them for a bit but then I approached Alistair. I sat my tray down next to him and he looked at me annoyed. “Were you really going to go to her?” Alistair asked annoyed. “Well I mean I was going to offer her some food. And Alpha Lincoln and Luna Liliana told me to invite her to the pack after school. So I was contemplating whether to do it now or on our small break afterwards.” I replied honestly. “Well, offer her to come to the pack and offer her food then come back.” Alistair said. I got up and walked out of the cafeteria to the tree that I saw Aurora walking towards. I got outside but I smelt some blood. It got me alert and I looked at Alistair and mouthed the words “blood”. Alistair shot up worried and ran towards me. He smelled it as soon as he reached me. “Why is there blood?” I asked.
