A Special Minion

Chapter 15: A Special Minion

"Hey, hey Gobi. Who's with you?" One of the soldiers who was assigned to guard outside the Cabhoven Camp questioned the minion who wore a blue collar. 

He stares at them and smirks. Fortunately, Gobi is wearing a blue collar, and Iris' name was carved in there. Otherwise, I will not know that it is Iris minion. Minions are like a clone copy of each one of them!'

"Krrrrr.. krrrrrr." Gobi kept jumping and uttering a small growl to the demi-human soldier. Its claws are clinging tightly to the wild minion.

The wild minion have deadpan eyes and are not focused at all. Compared to Gobi who is active this one is only quiet and staring dumbly at them. 

"Ralph!" Xien called Ralph who is guarding outside their camp. The latter looked at him and saluted.

"Captain, your minion brought a husband.. or wife?" He joked and looked at the wild minion. 

Xien nodded. Iris struggled to his arms and after Xien let her go, he ran to them. Gobi, seeing its master become erratic. It stops clinging to the wild minion and it jumps up and down to show his excitement. 

Iris pat Gobi. "Hehe you are late." She held both arms of the minions and went to her father. 

"Dad. This is Minny, Gobi's mate." 

Carl flinched when he heard the loli's introduction. But he still remains to act. 

Xien is a sharp man so he's flinching didn't escape from his experienced eyes. "Oh! Looks like you brought a special one here." His amethyst eyes become slit. Veins bulge on his forehead. "Care to tell dad. How did you meet this one?" 

He questioned her daughter but his eyes remained on the wild goblin. He has a status checker skill. So he immediately used it.

Carl shivered. He felt that someone was scanning his body. He became nervous. This is the camp of carnivores. If he is not careful, he will become their food. He put his tongue out and licked Iris' face immediately. 

"You!" Xien became angry, his muscle on his arms bulged. He fist his hands and wanted to knock the minions out. 

"Dad!"  Iris yells and guards Carl. "What are you doing?"

Dopelin moved to his side and comforted him. "Honey? Are you okay?" She is confused too. Why did Xien become angry? Minions are ugly and dumb thing. And they act like pets. Gobi licks Iris too, same as the other minions of neighbor soldiers. 

Xien came back from his senses. His guts are telling him that the minion is special. When he scanned it, it immediately showed an expression of panic and immediately licked his daughter. But looking at his stat, there is no special aside from his abnormally high luck and slightly more intelligence that other minions. 

He looked at Gobi and scanned.

"No, it was nothing. I'm just tired." He shook his head. 'The only thing special is his luck. Aside from that it was harmless.' He stared at the wild minion and when he realized something. He stared at it speechless. 

"Wait." 

Ralph, Dopelin and Iris looked at Xien confused. They waited for him to continue. 

"That wild minion do not have a dumb rage skill." He said in awe. 

"What?" Dopelin and Ralph were shocked too. 

"Captain, Is it possible?" Ralph questioned. It was a first time meeting a minion who do not have a skill of dumb rage. 

Dumb rage is a natural skill for minions. They are born with this skill ever since they were only an infant. This skill is the reason why they are idiots. 

Dumb Rage - A skill that will let a being become i***t. It was given to a minion ever since a young age. After activating it, the minion will not remember its master anymore and will go on rampage till it dies. 

Requirement: Their master must give them an order. This order is only one time and the minion will forever do it. After the master ordered a minion, dumb rage will activate. Giving a minion a humongous body that contained so much strength inside. 

Carl sweated. 'What dumb rage skill? Is my facade uncovered? How did that man know it though?' 

Xien touched his chin. "I think that must be the reason why it is more intelligent than a normal minion. Anyway, this is my first case seeing a special minion like this one. It does not have a skill, but his luck is in three digits." 

"What?" They are speechless again. Even the commander's luck of a great empire in the demon world is only in two digits. 

"How pitiable." Xien sighed. "Anyway that must be the reason how it survive in the battlefield because it does not have that suicide skill. It must be because of luck." Xien summarized. 

"Overall it is not different from other minions." Xien nodded. 'It must be my imagination earlier.'  He shivered, remembering that he just treated a minion who has two reproductive organs as a male. 

"Dad? Is it okay now? I wanted to give this to Minny." Iris raised her wrist and looked at her cuffs. "In that way, Gobi will have a husband." 

"HAHAHA! Of course! Minny will come with us. After the ceremony, Minny will wear it and become Gobi's husband." Xien chuckled, but the cold glint in his eyes is noticeable.
