Chapter 35 Talking It Out
---Missy's POV--- Derek nodded, then standing up, before extending his hand to me because he obviously likes my idea of smoking to ease our minds after that stressful, full-fledged feelings situation.. Which is completely understandable, just a stressful part of his everyday job. He can't be the only doctor out there feeling like this, so I bet this is normal.. Everyone's jobs have a haunting stress to them.. like my job has had me stressed out since day one, but that is for completely different reasons for the stresses too.. But a stress is still a stress.. So I reach up to take his hand without hesitation, letting him lead me out of this extra room and down the hallway, then stairs. We get to the living room, sitting down on the well-sized couch before he pulls out his cute little weed
