“Dad, Mum, what is this that I hear about Mitena getting involved in the pack's affairs?” Cusa asked as he burst into his parents’ home office without knocking.
“You were supposed to knock Cusa. We could have been in the middle of something you weren't meant to see,” his mum teased, then went behind him to close the door he had left open.
“This is not funny, Mum. Why wasn't I told?” Cusa asked.
“Relax, son, your father and I are on it,” his mum said, placing a placating hand on his shoulder.
“Sit down, Cusa,” His father said calmly, and he immediately sat.
