At Police Detective’s Post
Johnston filed all the information he had gathered for his investigation. While he was reviewing his notes, his colleague joined him.
“John! What art is thou doing?”
He immediately hid the files in his drawer and faced Ali.
“None of your business.”
He said and opened his laptop. Ali shook his head and sat at the top of his table.
“I am just wondering why you were so interested in the child-trafficking case when you should be working on your own case. I just think that it is a waste of time.”
“It isn’t. I am just curious about that case, that’s all.”
Johnston picked a picture that fell from his envelope and Ali looked at it very carefully.
“Hey, I know that man.”
Ali pointed at the man in the picture.
“How did you know him?”
