"Will you think of me the entire time I'm gone?"

"Every second until you return."

"Prince Aldric," Nina sighed, putting her head down. "Please don't do this to me."

"I want you," he growled. "I want you, desperately."

Rated 18+

Bondage, chains, intimacy and a deep love follow Nina's first encounter with the supernatural world - after she gives in to a man, a teacher, that no one truly knows. The problem with their budding love and attraction is that he's a dragon and she's half Faerie. Their love can never be permanent, and when she's taken away from the life she knew, thrust into a world she only ever imagined, she finds out why. Talking to dragons -something only she can do- and weilding unearthly power, she is asked to also be the Queen of the Faeries. This notion is laughable to her, until she comes to realize the Prince will not stop until he has her standing beside him by day and tied to his bed by night.

What could becoming their Queen mean for her father, who swears revenge on the Capitol? What happens when the Faeries find out what her other half really is? They -think- the other half is human, but what she truly is, is much darker. Dark enough to rip their city, their entire world, to shreds.

Professor Tyson Landrick
"Yes, sir, I spilled coffee on my shoes," Nina said quietly, sitting in her chair at the scheduling office. The clerk could smell my French Vanilla that I'd spilled two hours before walking in. "Right, so, Nina," he said, glancing from his computer screen to her. "Business relations isn't for you?" "Apparently not," she answered. She sighed while shuffling through her notes. "I was wondering if there were any classes I could take that would be this afternoon." "You don't want anything in the morning?" "Not if I can help it," she said, smiling. The man frowned and looked back at his screen. "Alright, well, there is one class," he said after a moment of searching. "It's Mythology, starts at one. That's two hours from now." "What kind of mythology?" "All of them, I believe." He glanced back at her with a quizzical brow. "Want it or no?" "Sure, sounds more interesting than business, anyway." "You do realize you'll have to play catch up, right? You're nearly a month behind." "I'm studious, sir. I'm sure I can handle it." "Very well," he sighed, pushing his thick, ancient glasses up the bridge of his nose. "Just let me print out your new schedule and you can be on your way. You'll need to buy the book before going to class, too. He uses it." "I'll get it as soon as I leave the office," Nina replied with a smile. The clerk handed her the paper and she walked out, heading directly to the supply store down the hall. Aside from the book, she needed a new binder - her business one was full of light brown French Vanilla smelling paper. "Can I help you find anything?" the store clerk asked as Nina tried to slip by her. "Oh, well, yeah I suppose," she said quietly, showing the student - she recognized her from yesterday's Psychology class - which book she was looking for. "Perfect! I'm in that class too! I know where the book is," she said, scooting away and down an aisle, then out of sight. A moment later she was walking back over with a spring in her step holding the book. "Should I just bring it to the cash for you- um..." "Nina," she said. "And sure, I just need to grab a couple more things." "You have a lot of things to do to catch up, if he lets you," the girl warned. "Starting this late, I don't know if he'll want to let you." "Not very fair," Nina frowned. She looked down at the bin of writing supplies. "Should I just drop the class then?" "Oh, no! He just won't count those for your grade. It's practically him helping you not overwork yourself," the girl said, nodding. "You should definitely go. He's really cool." "Well, Mythology seems pretty cool in itself, so I'd hate to have a boring professor," Nina joked, glancing at the girl. She seemed almost awestruck at the conversation of this teacher. He was probably hot, then. "Do you guys have any of the cloth covered binders left?" she asked, holding up the coffee-laden one she'd killed earlier that morning. "Oh, no, I don't think so," the girl replied, looking about as disappointed as Nina felt at the answer. "There's some other cool ones though, down the first aisle. Not cloth, but they're like, padded." "Oh, well that'll do I guess," Nina didn't even look at her classmate as she moved around the bin and moved on her quest to find a decent looking binder. "Hm, what color would I put Mythology?" she asked herself. "I chose red." Nina jumped as the girl stood beside her. "This one." The binder was red with white and pink polka dots. "Not a fan of the dots?" she asked and nudged Nina over a couple steps. "This burgundy one was my second choice, it's got cool dark leaf designs on it." "Better," Nina whispered, still staring at the girl. "What's your name?" "Hannah," the girl said, smiling brightly. "Need anything else? Paper? This way." Walking out of the store, a good 70 dollars later, Nina was sure she spent too much money on things she likely didn't even need for the class. "Good thing I don't need anything else for the rest of the week," she sighed. Hannah was weird. Knowledgeable, but weird. About twenty minutes to the start of class, Nina decided it was time to go to the class and possibly see if this prof was there and talk to him about getting the other work and any reading she missed. She was studious, but she wasn't about read the text book front to back. Walking down the stairs she wondered about this teacher. He was the type that would just say she didn't have to do the work because she came into the class so late? So was he lenient or just lazy about making students do work? She found herself hovering in the hall just before the door. This was a man, after all. Sure, he was a teacher, but she never felt comfortable alone in a room with a male, ever. She had boyfriends and trusted them enough to be with after a while. He was a teacher though, so why did that make things different? If anything it would make things easier, but somehow it didn't. Now it was about ten minutes and she called off her plan. Hadn't been much of a plan but she decided to wait for Hannah. A few students began trickling in to the class, and the prof was nowhere in sight so Nina figured he must be in there. "Nina!" she heard Hannah's voice call. "What are you stalling around for? Waiting for me?" "Actually, yeah," Nina said with a small laugh. "I-" "Not to worry, Nina. I got you," Hannah laughed, grabbing Nina's arm and pulling her toward the door. She opened it and shoved Nina through first. Her eyes swept the room of students who were sitting staggered all over the lecture hall. She turned back to Hannah who was grinning behind her, then walked ahead for Nina to follow. Turning, Nina looked down to the podium. She felt like her heart stopped and her brain froze as she stared at a demon. He was half man, half dragon! His body was full of scaly darkish green skin, his legs bulky and bent in the wrong direction, not like a human. His face, though slightly scaled, was more human in shape. The books she held for the class slipped out of her arms and went crashing to the floor, effectively catching the creature's attention. He looked up at first, then he turned and looked her. He smiled and was about to speak when Nina's heart began beating furiously, and she swooped down the grab her things - leaving the pens and pencils she'd just bought strewn all over the walkway before running back out the door. "Was that the new girl?" she heard the demon say before the door closed behind her. She spun and stared at the door wide eyed. Her quick breaths added to the panic as she turned and ran back up to the main floor and out of the building. "What... the... fuck... was that?" Nina asked herself as she stopped at a tree to try and regain her breath. "How can nobody see that?!"
