Fighting Love

(Jeremy's POV) It's Monday morning and my first day of work, I am a newly graduated student from France and I have gotten a Job as the secretary to the CEO of Williams group of companies. I have been hearing of the CEO for quite a while now but I haven't met him, so today will be the day, I guess. Here in New York city, news is like air spreading like wild fire, that's how I come to hear about the CEO godly body for the first time. Speaking of work...my best friend Dylan opened his own gymnasium last week, he had been saving since high school. Each time we talked about our future, he would tell me that he would never work for his fellow man because as he quoted "I can't be an obedient dog." I tried telling him that all works are not the same but it's still futile to his ear. Well, I can't blame him though. He started saving earlier because of what happened to his parents in the past, like who need to use "Obedient dog" as an excuse to save money..Dylan of course. As I finished my moaning exercises, I rushed to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and took a shower before dressing up for work. When I was done, I checked myself in the mirror and was satisfied with how I looked, apart from my suit, am well made, not to flatter myself but am fuckin hot if you know what 'fuckin hot' means. Everybody tells me that , the hell I know it too. Am blonde with a striking blue eyes, sharp jawline and infectious smile with dimples. Like I was told by Dylan that when I smile everybody around me will be forced to smiles with me because they can't help it, let's stop here for now before I run late for work. I locked my apartment door and drove to work in my car. Standing in front of the company that I will be working at as the secretary, I compose myself as I put up my usual air of confidence and made my way inside. As I entered the company, numerous eyes are drooling at me both girls and guys but I don't mind it though. I walked up to the receptionist and greeted her with a smile, she left what she was doing to smile back (my effect on people). As she got herself, she cleared her throat and replied back to me."Good morning Mr. Heather, your office is at the final floor with the boss and the PA." she said handing me my key card and called her assistant to direct me to my office to avoid me claiming the boss office as mine( mistakenly I mean), I chuckled and went after her. When we where in the elevator, she introduces herself as laura and I returned the favor, we chatted a little while before been interrupted by the elevator sound signaling that we have reached the final floor and she lead me to my office. she told me that the one with the double door opposite mine is the boss office, after some briefs she was off and left me to get familiarize and settle down. Entering the office to my surprise, it looked like small Palace if not for the office table and chair with a golden color facing me at the door. It looked like a new building, new office, new desk in short everything there looked new even me( I laughed). I checked out my desk and chair, the table were large with the color of white and gold, 'wow' I said inwardly, to be precise, I love the office. I started enjoying my work without seeing my new boss, Interesting isn't it. I made my way to the closet in one of the doors facing my office side, as I expected, the closet looked new, I am beginning to wonder whether if it's new or is it well kept, never mind that Jeremy just focus on your work. I went back to my table to unpack my stuffs, when I was done I decided to head out to check the boss office. I opened the door and it wasn't locked, I stepped inside to check it out. And wow, if my office was a palace, this one is heaven, his office is like..., let me use this word 'dream' like hell you can even sleep off here and forget that you are in an office. The color of the office is white and gold just like mine but his is more heavenly. But when I was about to leave, that when I heard it, a soft yet authoritative voice, it is cool, strong and inviting. "How was the inspection, hope you liked it" I turned back to see the person speaking, then I froze. Golden eyes, brown hair that covers hair of his face, a very sharp jawline and a body frame like an ancient Greek god, tall and captivating, in his tuxedo , 'holy hell' is this my boss. But my frozen state turn into shock when I realized that he's smiling at me while moving towards me. Kill me now...
