We went back home to Batangas, with Valerie by my side. She hasn’t returned to the U.S. yet. I never got the chance to go back to the bar because she’s always keeping an eye on me.
Excited na akong makitang muli si Simeon ang aking bestfriend. Napasabihan ko na siya na pauwi kami today. I need to learn the ins and outs of our business. Simeon might even be better than me. He is one of the people my dad trusts the most. Parang tulad lang din ng Itay niya na trusted noon ni Daddy pagdating sa pangangalaga sa taniman ng mga kape.
Our family owns a large coffee plantation. With several hectares of land, we supply coffee to many coffee shops across the Philippines, and we also export internationally. Ganoon na katatag ang negosyo namin kaya mahirap na mapabayaan.
