Dragon Drake's Mission

Chapter 16

"Just don't get caught." She warned him.

"I won't." He assured her and she nodded.

Luna got up to go look for where the bathroom is to take her bath and she saw one. 

Thirty minutes minutes later, Luna came back and Drake was already through with the fish. The fire was still burning and it was quite warming their body as they sat beside to eat their breakfast.

"How do I know when you're coming to pick me? Because I don't know the way to this place." Luna said.

"That's right. You mean how we will communicate?" Asked Drake.

"Yes. You don't have a phone."

"You should get me a phone." Drake pouted.

"You talk as if you kept your money with me." Luna rolled her eyes. "I will get you a cheap phone to use. I'm sure you don't know how to use one."

"It obvious. You don't expect a guy who's from another world that looks historical to learn how to use a phone." Answered Drake.

"Oh well, that's it. I wish I can see the dragon's world. It so exciting to hear and can't wait to be there." 

"Like I have said before, if you worth it, I will personally take you there. If they see and know you as a good, harmless and nice woman, you will be welcomed. But if not, they'd stone you to death or hang your head on the tree where birds will feed on you." He told her.

"Do your kind hate humans now? I mean after what they did to you." Luna questioned.

"Yes. The hatred is now beyond explanation. I mustn't be caught with you normally because they believe I will get betrayed. But I know you won't."

"I still don't know why you trust me this much. What if I finally betrayed you? You don't know what I'm planning in my mind to do to you." 

"I know you can't betray me. I'm always lucky when taking choices. I do take the right choices." Drake replied.

"Alright! I'm not really that type of a girl that leak secrets just like that. I don't want to lose people who are close to me because I can't keep my mouth shut. And you, ah! I'm even scared to talk to someone about you. Not even my best friends. I don't want to die in your hands." Luna chuckled with a little fear on her face.

Drake laughed for few seconds before answering Luna back.

"Jeez! I don't think I can kill you. I do have mercy when it comes to ladies. A real bad punishment is okay but death, I reserve that to the men." 

"Hmm...hmm....a punishment that a lady would beg death to come take her real quick. It okay. I would love to see you fight when you come face to face with the scientists. I want to see how powerful you are when fighting." Said Luna.

"You won't stand the blood I'm going to shed that day. Because it going to be war and I love war."

"Do you love killing that much?" 

"No. I only kill those who wants to kill me. Those that deserve death." Drake replied. "Let me get ready and off we go."

"What about the girl's information? Did you get it? If she's still schooling? Working somewhere?" Gerald asked.

"Nope, I haven't gotten any details about that. But I only know her formal high school. We can get more information from there." Rio answered.

"Good of you. Just don't make mistakes, that's it. You can go."

"Okay, sir" Rio left Gerald's room.

"Little dragon, you've become more powerful to my surprise. Your family should know you're here to save them but unfortunately, you will join them soon." He laughed hard till he calmed down and called one of his boys. "Fred!!" He yelled.

 A guy with a dirty blond hair rushed in and stood firmly in front of him.

"Has those scientists from yesterday already sent the money?" Gerald questioned him.

"Yes. There was an alert yesterday." Fred responded.

"Good. Are the boys still searching for those two? I asked Rio to get me their informations"

"Yes. We are doing our best to look for them."

"We you get one of them or maybe friends related to them, don't forget to put the devices on whatever they carry or their clothes" Gerald told him.

Fred nodded which means he understood and left the room.

"Becoming a billionaire just seeing those two. And when I capture them, I become wealthy than the president of this damn country. Money speaks. I do everything for money" He chuckled and grabbed the cigar on the plate and began smoking.

"Are you sure you will be safe?" Luna asked, concerned about Drake going to Gerald's house.

They were already at Luna's school just at the back of the school. The trees planted there was a good coverage for the two of them. Preventing others from seeing them.

"I will be fine. You don't have to worry about me. I'm safe." Drake assured her but she wasn't convinced enough. Even her own life is in danger. She was sure she can't move freely well in the school. 

Those men might have gotten her information and are looking for her. What a mess!

"You're safe but I'm not. What should I do when I'm in danger. I can't fight." Luna bit her lower lip.

"Luna, you're safe but if you're still doubting,......." Drake dip his hand into the jacket and brought out a small bag Luna have seen before.

"What's that?" She asked, curiously.

Drake brought out two rings from the bag and kept the remaining ones back. "These rings creates portals. So, if you're in danger, you can use it. I don't know how to explain better." Drake groaned.

"I know how to use it. You have to think of where you want to go and use the ring. Isn't it?" Luna replied.

"Yes. How did you know? I didn't remember teaching you how to use it" Drake said, surprised.

"If that's how to use it, don't worry about me. I will call you. I'm sure you still remember how to use the phone well." She pointed to the small phone in his hands.

"Yes. So, I think I should be on my way now." Drake smiled.

"Yes, be careful, please." Said Luna with full concern.

"I will."
