The bad boy

New friends?

My alarm rings. Arg it is too early but I know I have to take the bus today. I do not want to ask Jonas for a ride after yesterday. That car ride would be too awkward. I get dressed and pack a gym bag for later on. I am so ready to learn how to defend myself!

I get to school and see Kate and Jonas off to the side. I smile at them but Jonas drags Kate away before I can get there. Well I guess I am on my own today. I can’t really blame Kate either. She and Jonas grew up together and are basically like brother and sister at this point. School moves sooo slow and 5 minutes feels like an hour. At lunch I am sitting by myself as Jonas and Kate still won’t look at me. Or Kate did give me an apologetic smile and to me honest I get it. He likes me but I kissed someone else. He should just have grown some balls and taken me on a date if he really wanted me! My phone lights up with a text form Liam

Liam: Could you get out from school a little earlier? I would like to make up for that not so great date yesterday!

Ella: Sure I can leave right now, I will just pretend to be sick or something.

Liam: Nice I am right outside!

I get up and throw the rest of my lunch in the trash and make my way to the office to fill out a sick form. Just so that they won’t call my dad. After filling that out I make my way towards the doors but before I can do that Jonas blocks my way.

Jonas - ‘Are you skipping school for him now?’

Ella - ‘Why do you care, you spend the whole day ignoring me?’

Jonas - ‘Can’t you see that he is no good. He is already changing you!’

Ella - ‘and you ar better og What?’

Jonas - ‘yeah i am. I dont change you or make you miss school! Ella I am in love with you for f*** sake!’

Before I could answer Liam stands by my side with a smirk on his face. He grabs me and kisses me in front of Jonas.

Liam - ‘Hey babe are you ready for that second date?’

Jonas - ‘She isn’t skipping school for you! She shouldn’t even be around you. You are no good!’

Liam - ‘Says the guy who asked her on a date but never made time to do it with her. Come Ella I have the perfect date planned’

Liam takes my hand and drags me to the car. Before I get in I look to where Jonas is sanding. He looks at me with hurt eyes. I don’t know if this friendship or what it was is over. I know I will have to talk to Jonas about it at some point. Liam drives off still holding my hand. I love the feeling of his touch and our kisses omg those kisses.

Liam pulls up to a small but nice house. Liam - ‘This is where I live. I know it isn’t much but i pay for it myself!’

Ella - ‘you live here alone?’

Liam - ‘well yeah, but Drake tends to crash here once in a while.

He comes and opens my door. Taking my hand in his once again he leads me inside. It is so beautiful and cosy inside. Very modern farmhouse. Just my style so maybe we have more ion common. Liam leads me to the front room and I notice the piano standing there.

Liam - ‘I promised to teach you and i figured it would make a great date as well.’

Ella - ‘I love it!’

We sit down and Liam starts to teach me different songs. He mostly plays while we both sing along. We get lost in time and in each other and before we know it Drake comes through the door.

Drake - ‘Urg stop the lovydowy stuff and get your asses up! You are late for practice and I want to kick Ella’s butt in the ring!’

Liam glares at him with dark eyes, and Drake takes his hands up signalling that he is surrendering and says ‘Chill dude I won’t steal her from you but I will be the one teaching her fighting - Emma is down sick’. We go to change and Liam let’s me use his room. I take my bag and quickly change into a sportsbra and leggings. As I walk out I hear Drake whistle as Liam gives him the dead glare. I chuckle to myself.

We get to their gym which is located in an abandoned building and Drake starts to teach me as Liam trains himself. While drake teaches me different move I look over at Liam and see that Lexi is there talking to him. She is being a little to seductive for my liking to be honest. Drake notices me glaring at them and tells me not to focus on anything outside the ring.

Drake - ‘Hey you really want to make Liam jelly? Then come at me and fight me close!’ He says with a smirk. I smile at him and nod. Drake makes it easy for me and I get him to the floor - with me straddling him. He yells ‘Damn Ella you got skills. And by the way you could just ask I would happily let you straddle me any day if Liam won’t let you’. Liam looks our way looking really pissed.

Liam - ‘Ella get off him. I will teach you from now on! Or Emma will but neither Toby, Drake or Tony will be allowed to!’ Tony and Toby take their hands up to surrender and says in unison ‘hey we had nothing to do with that!’

Liam comes up in the ring to teach me more fighting techniques for 30 minutes until Tony yells ‘I’m hungry can we go eat?’ We all laugh at him. You see he is always hungry and if he Disney get food in him he gets hangry. We go to the same diner as yesterday as it is kinda the gangs hideout. This time though Lexi didn’t come. She had been orders to stay at the clubhouse/abandoned building by her dad aka the gang boss. I really didn’t mind that thought!

Toby - ‘So Ella since you are one of us now can I get to train you. Not in the ring but you really need to work on you cardio?’

I look at Liam who just nods. So I say ‘I will do whatever it takes for me to get better!’ I like hanging out with them. Drake has already become like a brother to me, Toby like a friend and Tony well he is just kinda always there. Emma on the other hand is like a big sister even though I haven’t really spent that much time with her, but the time we spent yesterday was all I needed to know her.

Drake - ‘so Ella will you come hang out with us again tomorrow? Like you kinda have to!’

Ella - well I do have a couple of exams coming up, but I will se what I can do!’

Toby - ‘You have to come hang out with us!

Tony - ‘Yea you have to cuz I get free food every time you are here as Liam pays!’

We all burst out laughing! As it is getting late Liam offers to drive me home, but before he can do that he gets a call from their boss who needs him urgently.

Drake - ‘I can take her home don’t worry!’

Liam - ‘I don’t think so I don’t trust you with her’ Liam glares at him!

LIAMS POV:

I really don’t want Drake to drive her home. They seem to close for my comfort and she is my girl. I know I know I haven’t officially asked her yet. Arg I hate that I have to take Lexi home as she has a tail on her. But boss insists on it being me who does it because that’s what Lexi want. And I do whatever the boss ask of me. So I don’t have a choice. I glare at Drake!

Liam - ‘well okay you can drive her but that is all! And you dive within the speed limits’. I kiss Ella goodbye before I take my leave.

ELLAS POV:

Liam left 5 minutes ago and Drake is now leading me to his car. I tell him my address and we start driving. All the way to my house we talk about everything and nothing. He is like the brother I never had. We even go to the same school but he is a year behind me as he had to take an extra year as he failed last time. We arrive at my house and I go to say goodbye but before I can do that Drake steals my phone out of my hand.

Drake - ‘Now you have my number so text or call me anytime you need anything. Day and night!’

I thank him and say goodbye.

As I get into my bedroom I see a text from Liam asking is I got home alright. So I text him back

Ella: I got home don’t worry. Drake was the perfect gentleman doing just like you told him to.

Liam: Remind me to never let the two of you be together for to long. I don’t want to share you more than I already have to. I have to to but see you tomorrow?

Ella: I don’t know I kinda have a test coming up on Friday and I need to study.

Liam: I can help you study. Good night princess.

I go go bed with a smile on my face. I have new friends a boy whom I am crazy about. It has been a great afternoon!
