The Luna's Secret

    "Missy where the Hell are you?" This way the voice mail left from my brother. I call him back and told him that I was fine and I would be home in 15 minutes. Nick was soon to be the Alpha and I needed to respect that but as his sister I hated him bossing me around. I'm about to watch Nick take over as Alpha of the Teal Moon pack. All I can think about is I've been 18 for a week now and still haven't found my mate.     "April is their something wrong with us?"  "No Missy we are fine, Why would you ask that?" "Because I've been 18 for a week and still we have no mate" "HAHA the Moon Goddess knows when its our time just have faith" Maybe she is right, I guess not everyone can be like my brother. He found his mate on his 18th birthday we were so happy it was his long time girlfriend. Lisa and Nick are so sweet to the whole pack and they love each other so much. Lisa is pregnant with there first pup and due in 3 months, that's why Nick was calling me we are having a party to tell the pack if its a boy or girl. I'm running late because of work but I'm almost home and we can start the party.     I got home and ran straight to the back of the pack house where the party is being held. I gave the envelope holding the pink or blue card to my brother. "Please give me 5 mins to get out of my work clothes and I'll be right back". Nick just nodded his head in agreement and I ran to my room to change. After I changed I returned back downstairs to the party. Nick and Lisa took the center floor and thanked everyone for coming. The who pack was their to support the soon to be new Alpha and Luna, along with our pack Nick invited Alpha's, Luna's, Beta's and Gamma's from neighboring packs. Some where mated and some where not, I was hopeful my mate would be here.      "Okay everyone time for the moment we've been waiting for". Nick took the envelope and held it high above his head. I put a string in it so they could open it together. "Teal Moon pack let us join together in the celebration of my first son". The night echoed in cheers and howls from everyone in attendance. I made my way into the pack house to check on the food and wolf wine. When I entered the kitchen I was hit with the smell of pine trees, April was going crazy screaming "Mate". I looked around and the kitchen was full of people. So I followed the sent thru the kitchen and back outside, I was looking at every face to see if I could pick my mate out of the crowd.     As I was looking around I felt someone pick me up and I was in shock. I stand 5'6" and weigh 175lbs. I'm by no means fat I'm all muscle and one of the best fighters in my pack. I was pinned up against the wall and felt who ever it was take a deep breath and say "Mate". I was spun around to see who my mate was and to my shock it was Alpha Luke of Red Blood pack.
