"Ami what was that you did back there"her mum said sounding as disappointed as ever

"mum something is wrong with this School I can feel it "

"well how come I can't feel or see anything Ami as far as am concerned this school is the best there is"

"mum believe me , something is wrong"

"enough of this Ami ,I know you didn't want us to move but that doesn't give you the right to make bad judgement "

"but I..."

"I don't want to hear any more" her mum said cutting her off completely ,Ami knew what she saw or rather what she heard was true but since her mum wouldn't hear her out she would find things out herself.

The rest of the day went so fast and Ami was lying in bed ,she couldn't get those things out of her head,she kept replaying it again and again,she heard the little ding ding her phone made whenever she received a message ,she hurried to the box where her phone and other devices where kept and brought it out and checked her messages ,she had four messages from taryn her bestie and two messages from David ,her next door neighbor ,she read Taryn's message out loud and couldn't help but miss her even more"I hope you had a safe trip,I miss you already and also you know Sam the knew guy you had a crush on,he asked about you but is it a sad thing you're not here ...xoxo can't wait to hear from you" ,she thought of a good reply but when she couldnt get one ,she kept her phone and went back to bed ,where she fell into a disturbing sleep ,she saw the same face she had been seeing for a long time now but this time it was clearer than before, she could finally see his face ,he had green eyes and a wonderful face endowed with beauty that was beyond human features,he looked at her with love but then she saw his fury ,she felt it coursing through his blood ,he didn't hate her yet had to kill her she saw the unspoken words in his eyes as he took out his sword to slay her while she just stood shocked by his inhumane beauty and figure ,but just as his sword touched her skin ,she heard her name being called

"Ami"

"Ami"her mum called out ,she had been calling her for about a minute now and fear crept up on her heart , tears now ran through her eyes as she shook her daughter, screaming ,Ami woke up to her mother's hug ,she was surprised to see her mum in tears

"am ok mum, it's fine"

"baby, what happened"

"come on mum am no longer a kid ,it was just a night mare am perfectly fine okay!"her mum wiped of her tears but kept on hugging Ami ,she couldn't imagine losing Ami,that's why she had hidden her from her father for as long as she could but now her destiny seems to be connected to her father's world though she hadn't noticed any changes apart from her striking beauty it seems like no one really payed attention to it ,she hugged her daughter for the last time before kissing her on the cheeks "I was just worried,i forgot you had grown up,now go and take your bath, your breakfast will be at the table when you're done" her mum said as she left the room ,Ami quickly took her bath and dressed in her tight trousers and pink shirt and was down in no time, her mum had prepared her best breakfast and there ate together , before her mum drove her to school, as she

got to her new school she felt that same pull of emotions, the same one she had felt yesterday when she was at the school, she gave my mum her best smile and said goodbye

"good luck"her mum said to her and drove off .

Ami stood for some seconds as she took clean and deep breaths to clear her mindset and prepare her for her first day 'how bad could it be'she said to herself as she walked into the school building ,and began her search for her class ,but since pride wouldn't let her ask anyone for directions ,she ended up going about in circles till the bell was rung and students slowly left the hall and she was left alone again ,she walked into several classes but was either greeted by laughing students or angry teachers , she truly needed help the school was like a maze and she was never good at figuring out mazes ,as she rounded a corner she heard someone behind her

"what are you looking for" a girl that seemed to be about her age confronted her

"well I think im kinda lost , av been going around in circles "

"you are new here right?" she asked

"yes I am"

"oh dear where are you supposed to be?"

"grade nine ,science class "

"that's just around the main entrance, next to the principal's office"

"thanks"Ami said as she smiled at her

"I'm Katie I'm in grade nine too so we'll see around,as for now i better get going before Marrietta catches me loitering"

"ok thanks" Ami said ,as she walked back and located her class ,as she entered the class every eyes turned to look at her and she couldn't help but feel like running to hide ,she hated this attention , truth be told no one ever gave her the right attention she needed but all she got was this wanton eyes looking her over obviously looking for any fault in her, she tried to hide her nervous state moving moving quietly trying not to gain the attention of the teacher who was bent over her desk but just as she was about to

sit down she heard a female voice

"Mrs Smith"

"yes"

the teacher said as she raised her head but then her eyes met mine instead

"miss Winters right"she asked

"yes ma'am"

"why did you come this late to class ?"

"I lost my way "

"oh my dear am sorry about that ,Indeed this school is very big sometimes I get myself lost too, anyways welcome to valleyhigh I am Mrs Smith your science teacher , come on find a chair to sit

on , okay" the teacher said before bending over to continue with what she was doing

"ok ma'am"she said but as she was about to sit ,the chair was removed and she fell flat to the ground "ouch"she exclaimed , looking up she saw that they were laughing at her ,she looked at the person who had pushed the chair and she was not surprised that it was the same girl that called the attention of the teacher earlier ,she was used to bullies ,had many experiences with them so she knew better than to exchange words with her ,so she just stood up ,picked her books and went to the other chair,the class went on till the bell was rang again and she had to go to geography class ,not wanting what happened to repeat again, she asked a girl who seemed to be giving her glances during the science class and she was told it was around the next block ,it was easy for her to locate it this time because it was the biggest class in that hall and it was a general course so all the students were there ,she quickly snuck in ,trying not to draw the teachers attention and found herself a sit .
