Chapter 4

Sam"s P.O.V.

As soon as ,I ask Ethan to find me a bride , I knew I have to make a lot of arrangements . I immediately called Louis , my lawyer ,to make a contract of marriage . I dictated him all the necessary terms and that the contract will be terminated after one year.

Ethan called me after seven minutes and told me that he had found a bride for me . Well! that was fast .I must say finding a bride was much easier than expected . I told Ethan to bring her all ready as a bride.

Now I have to cook up a story to tell my parents . Well cooking up a story about my girlfriend was easy but to make them believe it was difficult . They were looking at me with raised eyebrows and disbelief in their eyes .I have to convince them with great difficulty .I was sure they were not convinced but I think they don't have a choice so they accepted to be a part of this marriage ( I can't tell them it was a contract marriage).

Then I asked Mr. Liam forte, he have to hand over that girl to me as Eric . He was also speechless but anyway accepted it.

Then I asked the priest not to use a mike and tell the name of bride in low volume only . He was raising his brows but knowing the status of my family and that my father was one of the biggest donors for the church the priest also nodded.

I called Ethan again to know about his whereabouts .He told me that he was at the stylist's (what was the need for that even.)

I told him to come here ASAP . I do not want any suspicion to rise because of any delay

Thankfully ,he arrived before time .He called me and I asked him to come towards the back exit. I need to meet her with Louis and explain about the contract and make her sign it .I do not want any complications afterwards.

When Ethan arrived I was already waiting there with Louis. I was having a lot in my mind .I don't know if she will agree for contract or not. She may even ask for a bigger amount. I am willing to pay as far as she is not asking for share in property and in company .

I know these types of girls very well .She must be looking for good amount of money.

let's see what she ask for .I took a deep breath and went towards the passenger seat where she was sitting . She was looking straight ahead. Her veil was covering her face properly( just as I wished) and I was not able to see any facial features.

Louis handed her the file and started explaining about the contract.

To my utter surprise she signed the contract right away. Without even listening what Louis has to say and without even asking how much she will be getting as compensation or arguing about the amount.

I was looking at Louis and he was looking back at me wide eyed and she was sitting there peacefully without uttering any single word.

Well ! Good for me then! I have to spend less energy in negotiations.

I told Louis to make another copy and finalize the contract and bring it tomorrow and told Ethan to bring her to the bridal room.

Everything was arranged.

Perfect!!

Now I have to wait at the altar for my bride.

I don't have to wait for too long. Ethan was beside me. She soon arrived walking...... robotically!

Every face was turned towards her and she was not at all walking like a bride ...hell! not even like a lady.

I was getting a bit worried now. I just hope that she behave well and I won't be busted.

She came in front of me and was looking straight ahead and I can notice she trembled a bit.

The priest begin the wedding ceremony .

"Do you, Samuel Carter, take Sandra to be your lawfully wedded wife ,for better or for worse ,for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish ,from this day forward untill death do you part?"

"I do " I answered.

"Do you Sandra, take Samuel Carter to be your lawfully wedded husband ,for better or for worse ,for richer or for poorer ,in sickness and in health ,to love and to cherish, from this day forward until death do you part?"

She didn't answer. She was just standing there trembling and shaking a bit.

Is she reconsidering her decision now! ??She can't do it! not now at least !!! I felt really nervous.

Priest squinted towards me for once and said again.

"Do you, Sandra, take Samuel Carter, to be your lawfully wedded husband, for better or for worse ,for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, from this day forward until death do you part?"

"I do " she whispered.

I released a long breath, I didn't know I was holding.

"By the power vested in me ,I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

I closed my eyes for once.

I have to kiss her in such a way that media won't be able to catch a glimpse of her face.

I hold her shoulders (her shoulders were freezing cold and I was shocked) but before I can kiss her she swayed a little and ...fainted .I just hold her timely so that she won't hit her head.

She is a good actress I must say!!!
