The only thing that keeps Ren from standing up no matter how many times he fell is because of the girl that he loves. No, not because it is for her or he's motivated by her presence. It is only because she'll keep looking down on him if ever he remained on the ground, that's why he's always trying to get back up. Every people who knows Ren wouldnt think that he's also fighting his little demons inside pf him because of how he laughs heartily and how he throws his little jokes that makes other people laugh. Though, a lot of people knows that he does have a not-so-good life. But they always think that Ren can manage it, that's why they admire him for being so positive towards everything. "I told you to f*****g dress properly!" Yvanna hised. He cant help but to roll his eyes, he looked at his outfit on the reflection of the sliding door. It was fine and casual. He's wearing a denim pants and a simple white v-neck shirt with his dog tag and his hair is slightly pushed back. "This is proper, Van." He said. Yvanna raised her brows at him, "Look at them and think if that's really proper." She whispered. Ren looked around even examining every people's outfit as he let out a small smile slowly nodding his head. "I am wearing something for a party, that's proper." He defended himself. Renzeus Tier Montiserés, a happy-go-lucky but totally handsome guy of the town. Many girls wants him back in highschool up to these days. "Im so done with you, Renzeus." She rolled her eyes. Yvanna Castañeda, a beautiful girl who has big dreams not only for but also for her man. She doesnt want to look like a loser, that's why she always aim for nothing but the best. "What? You dont want me here?" Renzeus asked smiling. And the smile that he has on his face irritates Yvanna even more. She looked around and whispered something all to herself. She can hear everything that the people are saying about her boyfriend and she's totally embarassed by it. That's the reason as to why Van hates his smile in times like this. She doesnt want him to just smile and make himself a damn fool infront of everyone who's insulting him! "You're the one who told me to come here." Ren said rolling his eyes. Van took in a deep breathe massaging her temples as she turned her back against her boyfriend, she doesnt want to be around him for the mean time. He just shrugged his shoulders not wanting to stress himself about what happened, it's just a simple matter. Why make it big? He put both of his hands inside his pocket whistling as he made his way out of the venue. The stares of other women was nothing to him, he doesnt want another Yvanna. He let out a very deep sigh or more like a sigh of relief, it doesnt show but those kinds of party really suffocates hell out of him. It feels like someone is strangling him to death whenever he needs to attend those kinds of parties. If it werent for Yvanna, he wouldnt dare go in those kind of event. He looked at his pocket and saw that he still have fifty pesos so he decided to went inside the cafe near the hotel. He bit his lower lips and his eyebrows already furrowing because of how expensive the drinks are. Nevermind the coffee who cost thrice the money he got. "Hi," He smile at the girl behind the counter, "I'll get an orange juice." He said. The girl looked up and smiled. He was shocked, the girl's smile looks very genuine. Does she always smile like that? "We have a promo, Sir. Our coffee is now only for fifty pesos. Would you like to avail that?" It's as if there is someone clapping on the background because of what the girl just said. He's really craving for any kinds of coffee right now. "Yes, please." The girl nods her head and already turned her back against him. Her hair is long and it looks really soft that makes him want to caress it but that would be totally inappropriate. He shook his head trying to shrug those thoughts off of his head. He have his own girl! Why is he thinking like this? "Your coffee, Sir." She said with a smile like no other as she put the cup of coffee on the tray. He nods his head and bit his lower lips trying to prevent himself from smiling so wide. "Thank you..." He sat on the far corner of the cafe, he likes that spot the most since he can see a lot of people going in and outside even the people passing by. He remember saving his money from school so he could get some coffee in the shop near their school since that's the only place he could do his schoolworks quietly. Yvanna is someone who's famous in their school because of her family background and how beautiful she is. Well! Ren is the opposite of her, he didnt came from an influential family but he is incredibly handsome and fun to be with. But that's totally not enough for his girlfriend who doesnt want to be frowned upon by having a boyfriend who doesnt own properties or any luxurious things. It's been a year since Yvanna graduated. Soon, she'll have a permanent position in their company and Ren knows that their relationship wont last longer, it's becoming unhealthy for the both of them. Just when he was about to take a sip of his coffee, his phone starts to ring nonstop showing his girlfriend's name that's why he immediately answered. "Yvanna..." "Where are you right now?" Ren was surprised that Yvanna wasnt shouting nor cursing at him for just leaving him behind. He totally forgot how her sweet voice sounds like even how he looks like when she's smiling. "At the cafe. Why?" "Come here. I want to see you." Ren cant help but to smile hearing that from his girlfriend who's giving him the cold treatment for the past months. He ended the call and immediately stood up. The girl from the counter is smiling at him and was about to greet him but he didnt even notice it. "Thank you," her smile fades away, "Please, come again." She said in almost a whisper.
