Part 3: Uber

I heard laughing outside my door and that only made me get pissed. What the hell were they trying to do? Send me into prostitution? I know Ren must have gotten this from a s*x store, there’s no way she bought this at Macy’s. I opened my door and saw my two gorgeous friends dressed to kill standing at my door. Serenity decided to show off all her assets with a white sheer rhinestone studded bodysuit with some metallic high waisted boy shorts and cute white platform pumps. Ava chose to keep it simple and only wore a black leather bodysuit that was zipped up a little bit above her navel.  They both looked like they bought their “lingerie” from Christal’s and I will never believe anything different. “I’m not wearing that! I’m going to look like a w***e!” I exclaimed. They looked at each other, as if to say, “here we go” and I wasn’t having it. “Don’t make it seem like I’m being unreasonable here. I said I would go out, I never said that I wanted to go dance on a pole.” I angrily spat at them. “Loosen up, Hazel! Look at us. Do we look like hoes to you?” That clearly had to be a rhetorical question because if they saw what I saw then they wouldn’t ask me no s**t like that. “Look Hazel,” Ava gently said.  “this club is… different. You can be as sexy as you want to be there. I promise you, that dress will not make you look like a hoe to anyone there. There will probably be things there that may…surprise you.” No, that didn’t sound conspicuous at all. What the hell was I getting into? I started feeling nervous because I had no idea what was going to happen tonight, but my gut was telling me that I was going to be in for a hell of a ride. I blew out a frustrated breath and closed the door in my two dear friends faces. I took the dress off the bed, took off the underwear I planned to wear, found a sexy red thong and put it and the dress on. It was definitely sexy. The dress was a mini sheath dress that was deep red with a ruched neckline that plunged deep over my breast. Thank God my t**s are a solid “C” and held up pretty well on their own. There was no way to wear a bra tonight. The back of the dress was nonexistent except for the part that covered my ass. And the splits on both sides were all the way up to my thigh. Hence the thong. I do have nice legs though so at least I had that going for me. I decided to wear my black patent leather Louboutin heel that I received from my mom years ago. Although they were old in my closet, they were new to me. I had never worn them before, I never had a reason to. I looked at myself in the full-size mirror in my closet and smirked at myself. I must say, I clean up pretty well. Bang, Bang, Bang “Come on Hazel! We not gone make it in time! Damnit!” Serenity yelled through the door. Her name might mean calm in nature, but she was anything but. Her damn name should have been Patience,  because that’s what she needs more of. I loved my friend though. “Fine, here I come.” I announced as I opened the door. My friends face turned from aggravated and irritated to shocked. “Damn b***h! I knew you would look good but not that damn good! I need to workout more.” Serenity stated. “You look hot, Hazel. You most definitely will be one of the hottest chicks there. Well, all of us will be.” Ava stated. I smiled at there reactions and I felt my cheeks heat up a little from the compliment. I thought I looked good but not as good as they were saying. “Don’t gas my head up, guys.” I coyly stated. “b***h, I am not gassing your head up! You look good as hell, and everybody will see that tonight. You might go home with somebody else,  if you get my drift.” “Ren, no. Y’all already said it will be a bunch of scantily dressed women there. Nobody will take notice to me and it doesn’t matter because I just want to have some fun. I’m not looking for Mr. right now. So, as you kindly YELLED at me a few minutes ago, we are going to be late. Our Uber was waiting outside, Ava expressed our urgency and the driver hastily drove us to Elite. All three of us rode in the back as we pulled up to a  dimly lit small warehouse looking building. There didn’t seem to be anything “club like” about it. I thought our driver got confused and I was getting worried. The clock on my phone read that it was now 10:52pm. I leaned up to the driver who was a middle-aged man with a very thick southern accent and got closer to his ear. “Hey, um, I think we got turned around…” But I was cut off by the uber driver. “Naw, sweetheart, we here. I took the back way to get y’all here quickly. But hold on. We almost near the front.” My brows furrowed but I leaned back and noticed both of my friends touching themselves up by using their phones as their mirror. I rolled my eyes and looked back out the window and saw the front of the club. It still looked like a f*****g warehouse, but it did have a brightly lit cursive sign over the door that read “Elite.” I looked at the door and my jaw dropped. The line was literally wrapped around the goddamn building. I looked at Serenity and Ava, perplexed. “Do you see that line? There’s no way in hell that we are getting in before 11. The whole damn city looks like they are here tonight.” Ava didn’t even look at me as she waved me off and finished butting the final touches of her lipstick on. “Relax!” She said as if the word more than two syllables. “We are going to get in. Just follow me.” She hopped out of the car with Serenity right at her feet. I looked at our driver and told him thank you as I got out too. I quickly tried to catch up to the girls when I realized that they were trying to skip this long ass line. I caught up to Ava and gently grabbed her arm. She looked at me as if she was confused. I whispered so that only she could hear me. “The line is back there, what are you doing?” “I’m walking to the doors. I have no intention on waiting in line.” She stated. “Besides I don’t have to stand in line. I know the bouncer.”
