New beginnings

The next morning Ella packed all her things and moved to Mateo’s house. Mateo's parents’s mansion had more than enough space for all their servants and other people. Ella arrived, and she was given a room downstairs, close to Jael’s room. She was angry because she wanted a room upstairs where she could seduce Mateo easily. Noah came after work; he just packed a few things because he wasn't planning to stay for a long time. Noah refused to stay in his room at Mateo’s house. He insisted on staying in Mateo’s room. He thought he would be able to keep an eye on Mateo closely if they stayed in one room; after all, they shared one room back in college. In the evening, Mateo went to collect Jael and Clara, who stayed with her, while Ella and Noah stayed behind to do a little welcome home surprise for Jael, just so that they'd make sure she knew how much she's loved by them. Mateo couldn't stop admiring Clara on their way back. “Such a caring soul to think she's so humble, caring, hardworking, has a good character, and is good in bed too.” Mateo smiled. He was amazed by how well Clara took care of Jael. Mateo started noticing Clara’s curved figure, clear skin, and fine face. “Why is a fine woman like you a servant?” Mateo asked, "Well, my parents owed your parents, and they couldn’t pay back because of how poor we are, so they gave me as a slave to them in exchange for their debts.” Clara answered, “Oh wow, so sad,” Mateo replied. Jael coughed. “Are you okay, Jael?” Mateo asked, “She's asleep, Master Mateo." Clara answered, “Master loves and appreciates Jael; this incident showed how loving he could be.” Clara smiled. “Why are you smiling?” Mateo asked Clara, “I'm sorry, master." Clara answered, “No need to apologise; you look radiant when you smile; you should smile often.” Mateo winked. They got home; Mateo packed the car and got out. Mateo noticed Clara struggling to get Jael out of the car. “Let me help you.” His hands touched hers, and both of them got a flashback of their one-night stand and blushed. “Don’t worry, Master; I’ll do it. I’ll take her in, get her settled, and tell other servants to get her things out of the car. Just go to your room and rest." Clara said, “Oh no, I cannot go and rest; you’re the one who needs rest; you’ve not come home since she was rushed to the hospital; you stayed with her overnight. I’ll help you take her in and get her settled in, then I’ll inform the other servants to take her things in and tell the cook to give her food. Ella would feed her while you rest; you need it or you’ll get sick too.” Mateo stated, "Okay, master, your wish is my command.” Clara smiled. The both of them helped Jael in. Noah and Ella stood in the living room, waiting to surprise Jael. Immediately they walked in, and Noah and Ella shouted surprise, and everyone laughed. They danced with Jael, fed her, then Clara took her to her room to rest and went to her room, had a bath, and slept. For some reason, Mateo couldn’t get Clara off his mind all night, so he went to Clara’s room and knocked on the door. “Master Mateo, do you need anything?” Clara asked when she opened the door and saw Mateo. “No, I just wanted to check if you were okay.” Mateo said Ella couldn’t sleep as well; she was thinking of a new strategy to get Mateo. When she saw Mateo coming from Clara’s room, Clara had gone in and closed her door. “Oh wow, Mateo is having an affair with Clara? That Clara girl, I’ll have to put her in her place,” Ella groaned. The next morning, the twins came back from their vacation; they decided to go on vacation after they were released from prison. They had no idea about all the drama that happened when they were away, and they had made their plans against Mateo. Ella, too, had her plans; she wanted to seduce Mateo at all costs. Ella woke up, had her bath, dressed sexily, and put on seductive scents. “Mateo!, can I talk to you? l” She knocked on Mateo’s door. "Yes, come on, Ella." Mateo answered, “Let’s see, maybe now that I’m not Noah’s girlfriend, he’ll comply." Ella walked in and was shocked when she met Noah sitting on the bed working, while Mateo put on his shirt for work. “Noah, Mateo Good morning” Ella greeted. Noah snubbed her and continued his work on his laptop. “Good morning, Ella, What do you want to talk about?” Mateo asked, “Ehm, ehm, I just wanted to ask you if you needed my help with anything. I don’t want to be a liability now that I’m staying here. You can ask me for anything.” Ella licked her lips and winked at Mateo seductively. “Oh well, Ella, as you can see, I have servants and workers for everything I need; just take care of yourself and Jael. That’s all I need; now can you excuse me? I don’t want to be late for work.” Mateo smiled. “And please, next time, don’t knock on my door. I prefer the bell." Mateo went back to putting on his shirt, and Ella walked out of the room. Ella passed by Clara, bringing Mateo and Noah’s breakfast. They do everything in their room, while everyone else in the family eats their breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the dining room. “Good morning, Ella." Clara greeted Ella; Ella just ignored her and hissed as she walked by. “What did I do wrong? Why is she giving me attitude?” Clara wondered. Clara rang the bell in Mateo’s room. “Come in,” Mateo said. “Good morning, Master Mateo and Master Noah." Clara smiled. “Oh wow, what a lovely smile. Good morning, Clara, and please just call me Noah.” Noah smiled back. “Good morning, Clara. I hope you used your brain today. I don’t want anyone getting on my nerves this morning,” Mateo said. Clara ignored his comments, smiled, served them, and turned her back to walk out. “Wait! Where are the things I gave you to give the dry cleaner? Has he returned them? My favourite shirt is among them. Mateo asked, “Master Mateo, I thought I would wash them myself since I do not have much to do around here. I washed them, ironed them, and packed them in your wardrobe.” Clara answered. Mateo’s face changed, and he became furious. “What?! Say it again, what did you do? I asked you to give my expensive clothes to the dry cleaner, and you decided to what?” Mateo asked. Clara could see that Mateo was angry, so she began to shake and beg, “I’m sorry, master; I know I disobeyed you; I just thought?” “Thought what? You are an are an incompetent fool! Such a waste of my time!” Mateo interrupted and slapped Clara. Noah sat there, minding his business; he did not say a word. “Get me the clothes; let me see!” Mateo continued. Clara ran to the wardrobe, got the clothes, and handed them over to him. “What! Are you sure you did this yourself? By hand?” Mateo was shocked to see the clothes in good condition. “Get out of my room, you useless girl; I’m already late for work.” Mateo said. Clara ran out of the room and immediately closed the door behind her. Mateo took his food to eat, and Noah started laughing. “What is it, man? What is funny? Mateo asked, “Now I guess you’re ashamed of yourself?” Noah replied, “Leave me alone!” Mateo continued eating; he knew what Noah wanted to say, but he wasn’t ready to hear the truth. Clara had done a better job than even the dry cleaner. Mateo saw that and was ashamed of himself but had to act tough, so he sent Clara out. Noah and Mateo got ready for work, and as they drove out, they saw a man standing in front of the mansion’s gate. As soon as he saw them, he started shouting, “Clara! You slut! You wicked thing! Come out here and face me.” The compound was too big, and the gate was a far way away from the mansion. No one could have heard him shouting if they were not driving out. “What nuisance is this? Why are you shouting at Clara in front of my gate? Does this look like her house to you?” Mateo came down to his car and asked the man, while Noah sat in his car observing. Noah is a quiet man and would have just driven to work if Mateo hadn’t stopped in front of him. Noah always minds his business. “I know this is not her house, but she works and lives here, so I am here to face her,” Liam answered. Mateo was so angry that he asked the security at the gate to get Clara. “Clara, Clara! Run! Master Mateo wants to see you urgently at the gate.” The security came running to inform Clara, and Clara ran with him back to the gate. “Has Mateo become this shameless? He asked the security at the gate to leave his post to get him this wretched thing,” Ella thought as she sat in the dining room drinking tea. "Drama,” the twins said, laughed, and continued having their breakfast. The twins were in Mateo’s room the night he had s*x with Clara. They had entered Mateo’s room to steal some money, and when Clara came, they hid underneath the bed. They got trapped and couldn’t get out until Mateo came home and had s*x with Clara. They saw everything and were annoyed because they had promised their friends a party. They couldn’t throw the party that night because they were stuck under Mateo’s bed with no money, so they were humiliated. They vowed to get back at Clara, so they did some digging on Clara during their vacation, and they found out about Mia and Liam, so they paid Liam to come cause drama at the mansion and get Clara in trouble with Mateo. Clara got outside and saw Mateo standing with Liam. “You cheat; what have you come to do here?” Clara asked Liam, forgetting that Mateo was the one who called for her. “Clara! I sent it for you." Mateo said, "Sorry, Master Mateo, I got carried away with this disgrace of a man standing here.” Clara apologised, “I need not ask again if you know this man; it’s obvious you do. I don’t know what problems you both have or why he has come here this morning, and to be sincere, I don’t care. Just tell him not to ever come to stand in front of my gate and shout.” Mateo told Clara, “You sloth of a woman, very disgraceful. Sir, do you know that your servant was my fiancée? Because of how wretched and disgusting she is, I had to call off the wedding and find someone better.” Liam explained, “By saying someone better, you mean my best friend whom you were sleeping with behind my back because she was rich?” Clara hissed, “I am not here to exchange words with you; I don’t want your poverty to rub off on me. I have come to collect every dime I spent on you. Woman.” Liam said, "Liam, after all what you did to me, do you still want to collect money? What money? Where am I going to get it from? You thief” Clara said, “You hoe, I don’t care what you think or where you would get the money from; I want every dime the next time I come here, b***h!” Liam pushed Clara to the ground. Mateo got angry. “Don’t you ever talk to a woman or treat a woman like that again! Clara is not a slut; she’s a good woman who knows her worth.” Mateo slapped Liam, then walked to his car, took out his chequebook, wrote a check for ten thousand dollars, and threw it at Liam. “I’m sure this is ten times more than what you spent; you’re a disgrace to men; get the hell out of here! And never come back. I’m glad she did not end up with a mess like you. The next time I see even your shadow or perceive your smell, you’ll rot in jail.” Mateo screamed. Liam took the check and ran off. “Master Mateo, I’m sorry for the inconvenience; I’ll pay you back. I’ll work for every dime, and thank you for standing up for me.” Clara said, as tears ran down her face, that she was ashamed. “Don’t worry, I hate bullies, and I’ll always stand up for people who have no voice and are being bullied by others. You do not owe me anything; I did it out of my own free will. Now go back to your work.” Mateo said as he went into his car and drove off. The twins were standing from afar. They thought Mateo would be angry with Clara, but to their greatest shock, it turned out the other way. “What! This girl is a witch; you think you’ll come into this house and win over us? We will surely get you. This is just the beginning,” they groaned.
