SATURDAY MORNING WAS cold, overcast, and the clouds made pictures in the sky. But it was not raining, as the weather forecast had predicted. It was a typical fall day. The Buffalo Alleycat was about to get started. The last, and only time Buffalo held one was on February 17, 2001. The infamous bike messenger Lambchop organized that one and called it Dead Presidents Alleycat. The official flier read: “Live Nude Buffalos, Cheap Beer, Prizes, Warmth, and Cold! Wind Ice Snow & Frost Bite.”
