“Kanina ka pa tahimik diyan. Mukhang ang lalim ng iniisip mo.” Charlotte quietly pointed out after noticing Chase staring blankly inside her office near the restaurant. Her eyes were fixed somewhere in front of her, nakatingin sa kung saan pero halatang wala naman talaga siyang tinitingnan. It was obvious that her mind was nowhere inside that room. Physically, naroon si Chase, tahimik na nakaupo sa gitna ng kaniyang office, pero mentally, she looked like she was somewhere far away, lost in thoughts she could no longer easily escape.
