Prologue
Hiraeth and her siblings are the bastard children of the Alpha to the timber moon pack. Hiraeth has done her best to keep her youngest two siblings childhood intact, seeing is how her and her sister Lilith's were taken from them. Alpha Adir their father, has been renting Lilith and Hiraeth out to other alphas as assassins' and trainers. Sent out to either decently kill and enemies or train warriors Hiraeth and Lilith have been doing so since they were 12 and 11 years old. When home, the four live in a cabin about a mile away from the pack house, mostly to keep away from the Luna's tantrums. They are often training with Hiraeth's best friend Asher and the half brother David who is next inline to be alpha.
None of them have ever known their mothers due to Luna Abigail having them banished six mouths after the children were born. Apart from the twins who's mother died while in labor with them, or so they're told. Hiraeth has raised the twins birth hence why the motherly need to keep them safe. She struck a deal with her father, Lilith and her would go on what ever mission he asked of them with out question or complaint as long as the twins would never see the battle field before that age of eighteen.
Life went smoothly after that, the girls would go on missions while Asher kept and eye out for the twins, then they would return home like nothing happened. Until Alpha Gabriel arrived, as soon as he stepped onto the territory he could smell his mate, imagine his surprise when it was the alphas first born daughter. After seeing how his mate and her siblings are treated his makes a plan to join them all to his pack, he just hopes she doesn't hate him for it seeing is how Hiraeth is still too young to sense the mating bond.
But wait there's more, after being ripped from her territory Hiraeth starts to uncover the unspoken things of the past.
