I stood silently watching my mate enjoy spending time with her family and friends in the courtyard. She looked so bright and carefree. I couldn’t stop the smile from growing on my face as I took in my mates’ appearance. Her hair hung down her back in a dainty braid. Her soft toned legs were on display and the dress she chose clung to her body, begging to be torn off.
Suddenly, everyone started cheering and counting down, letting me know that midnight was approaching. I watched from the sidelines as my beautiful mate received her wolf senses.
