Chapter Nine Seokjin woke up and he immediately walked outside of his room closing it with utmost care to not wake up the little girl who's still sleeping. "You'll leave already?" Seokjin asked. It's still early but Taehyung is already fixing himself and putting on his shoes. He then ran his fingers through his hair trying to tamed it down as he smiled at the older. "Yeah! I still have a flight to catch." He walked towards Seokjin to give a kiss. Seokjin bit his lower lip trying to prevent himself from uttering a question because he knows that it might irritate the younger. "Sorry, babe. My work is based in China." Taehyung sighed as he saw the older's dissapointment. Seokjin tried to crack a smile as he heard that. If that's the case then he needs to be contented that Taehyung is still visiting them despite of his busy schedule. "I'll come back, dont worry." Seokjin thought that he must be busy as to why he forgot that he promised their daughter that he will drop her off in kindergarten. "Tell Sora I love her." He whispered before kissing Seokjin in his temples again. The older caressed his arms still smiling, "Take care." The younger only nods his head and picked up his phone hurriedly walking towards the door. Seokjin's shoulder slumped along with his quivering lips as he heard the door slammed closed. He shrugged it all off and walked inside the kitchen to start preparing for their breakfast. He has work and he needs to drop Sora in her school, he doesnt need to sulk over Taehyung. The kindergarten is just near Chim's cafe. That's why Seokjin just drops her off before going to work and sometimes Yoongi or Jimin will pick her up for him. He put two plates on the table placing a generous amount of fried rice in Sora's pink plate and her hot milk. "Morning, Mama." He looked at his daughter who let out a yawn and still look sleepy with her hair a mess, still cute. "Good Morning, little princess." Seokjin leans down to shower him with kisses before helping him took a sit on the chair. He ruffled his hair when she's finally settled. Seokjin went to his place across of Sora and they started to eat with the little girl asking him about things that will poke her interest. "Where's Daddy?" Sora asked looking around hoping to find her father. Seokjin let out a faint smile at his daughter. This is what Seokjin doesnt want to happen. He doesnt want Taehyung to make their daughter believes that he's with them only to leave the next day, breaking all the promises that he has said. "He's kinda busy that's why he left already." Seokjin said trying to sound as casual as possible. Sora's lips protruded and formed into a small pout as she crossed her arms. "But hey Mama's here, I can do that for you, right?" Seokjin said trying to make his child feel better. Sora just nods her head and just shoved a spoonful of rice in her mouth that made her mother let out a small laugh. Seokjin adores his daughter so much. He loves her with all of him and is more than willing to do anything to give what she needs in this life. If he needs to sacrifice his happiness then he will. There's nothing he cant do for his daughter. The doorbell rang and Seokjin hissed, he hates being disturbed while he's eating with his daughter. It is not good to leave the table when you're still not done with your food. With a heavy heart, he lazily walked towards the door and opened it ready to hiss at Jimin or Yoongi for coming this early. "Uh.. hi.." Seokjin's face flushed a deep red because he didnt really expect him to show up early in the morning. "Jungkook..." He opened the door wider motioning the younger to come inside. He smiled and furrow his brows when he saw that Jungkook has a paperbag in his hands. "What is that?" He asked. Jungkook shrugs his shoulders looking at thee paperbag he's holding, "Riri and Uno's playmate." he said. Seokjin stops walking to look at him with his eyebrows raised. "Yoongi might feel jealous 'bout that." Seokjin  chuckled. And Jungkook really wants to snap a picture of Seokjin's lips curving into a small smile because he looks even more beautiful with his smile shining- perfect even. "Leave that here," Seokjin points at the sofa, "She's still eating and you should too." He said practically telling Jungkook to follow him. The younger followed Seokjin as they both walked inside the kitchen to see Sora so busy with her food. "Uncle Kookie!" Sora beamed when she took a glimpse of her new favorite Uncle, a secret that she's keeping from her first favorite Uncle Yoonie. Jungkook pats her head before kissing her temples, "Hi, little one." Seokjin doesnt want to be dependent on Jungkook especially when its involving his daughter but now he's thankful that Jungkook is here because he obviously made Sora feel better. "Finish your food, I have something for you." Jungkook said as he sat next to Sora. The little girl looks up to her scanning his expression to know if what he's saying is true because for the past days that they spent together, the both of them are continuously pulling pranks at one another. "Eat first, Kook." Jungkook looks up only for his heart to get attacked by Seokjin's smile that probably made his day already. He already ate a lot before coming here and is still full but who he is to say no to Seokjin's food? Both male looks at the little girl who dramatically clasped her hands as she purposely widened her eyes at the both of them. "Im done, Mama. Can I brush my teeth now?" She excitedly asked. Seokjin nods, "Should I go with you?" he asked. "No. I can do it, Mama." The little girl proudly said already turning her back against the two of them. "Be careful, Sora!" Seokjin shouted. Seokjin stared at Jungkook who's busy with his food. He bit his lower lip as he clenched his fist, this is the man that he fell inlove with. He clearly remember how he believes that Jungkook and him are the one for each other and they will get married one day, after college. That's what they promised, to get married or atleast live together. All of that is gone, though. Long gone. Now, he's here. The man that he thinks he will spend his future with. He's here infront of him telling how much he still loves him despite the fact of having a five year old daughter, not that having a kid is bad though. "Taehyung, the father of Sora." That is enough to catch the younger's full attention, "He's here last night, Kook. You know just to visit her." They doesnt have anything special going on between the both of them. Seokjin knows that he already made it clear to the younger but he just wants Jungkook to know about it because it just feels so wrong to have Jungkook around without him knowing that Taehyung is now present in their lives. Jungkook bit his lower lip. He sighed but still accepted it. If Taehyung is the father of Sora the  he understands it because he knows that he has all the right to visit his daughter. If ever, he's thankful that Seokjin let him know about it. Jungkook clears his throat feeling the awkward tension, "I'll drop you off your work with Sora." He said. Seokjin didnt even bother to protest and just nods his head at the younger. Having Jungkook around makes him feel secure but he knows all too well that his daughter needs a father.
