The one where everything gets confusing.

LUKA’S P.O.V. 

As I walked down into the dungeon, I knew the outcome of this could be something I never wanted and that was Willow dead. I felt comfort in the fact that she was surrounded by family and friends and if anything started to go wrong, I would know. I walked through the doors and down long steps. I was met with the person I hated the most in the world. Kris. 

“Look who finally decided to join me!” Kris said with a smile as I motioned Carson and Sam to open the cell door.  

“Come and let's talk about how much we both love Willow; would you like to bring Jason into this?” Kris smirked but was soon met with my fist. 

“I talk” I answered  

“Oh, feisty like Willow” Kris spat 

“So, you are going to tell me exactly what happened with Willow” I sneered  

“Pretty sure I already did that” Noah sneered from another cell 

“Yeah, thanks brother for telling me you found her for me” Kris smirked  

“So, you guys talk, huh?” I smirked  

“Well, we are brothers, don’t you talk with yours?” Kris laughed  

“No, my brother and I do something a bit different” I smirked  

“Oh, and what's that?” Noah laughed  

“We torture people together” Sam stepping forward and laughed putting his arm around my shoulders as a smirk appeared on my face as Noah and Kris’s face fell into a look of disbelief.  

“Wait” Noah looked confused  

“You are Luka’s brother?” Noah asked quickly  

“I knew I didn’t like you” Kris sneered  

“Sam, what is he talking about?” I asked quickly putting distance between us.  

“Luka it’s not what you think. James had me do a delivery a few years back right after you left to find Willow. I stopped at halfmoons pack for the night and slept in a cottage since they were my last delivery. I scoped out all of the packs as did others that were delivering trying to find any sign of Willow. I couldn’t pick up her scent, even in the pack house. I didn’t know she was there and it was strictly business nothing else.” Sam insisted.  

“Call your Alpha Sam.” I demanded  

“What?” Sam questioned 

“Call your alpha. That’s an order” I said in my Alpha tone. Not yelling but rasing it enough to know I wasn’t kidding  

“You are not Alpha yet Luka. You can’t demand anything” Sam sneered back at me 

“Just f*****g do it for f***s sake Sam!” Carson yelled closing the cell doors.  

“Fine!” Sam yelled and his eyes clouded over for a second and then went back to their normal state, A few minutes later James walked into the dungeon.  

“Alpha” I said and bowed my head in respect  

“Luka, there better be a good f*****g reason for this!” James yelled  

“Sir, a couple years back did you send Sam to halfmoon on a delivery?” I asked confident he would say yes. 

“No? That was Jens aera to search and deliver, Sam was supposed to go to BlueMoon” James asked confused  

“Sam?” we all looked at him confused  

“Fine, f*****g s**t. Okay so it went like this” Sam started to say but was cut off by screams all around the dungeon. 

“What the f**k is that?” James yelled quickly  

“Oh, that would be my rescue!” Kris yelled and started laughing.  

“James!” I yelled quickly pushing him into a cell  

“Luka, I can fight!” James yelled as I slammed the door 

“This isn’t your battle!” I yelled back and turned to kris. I motioned for Carson to open the door and grabbed a silver knife.  

“Think about it Luka, we could share her” Kris smirked no doubt to buy more time for himself and Noah 

“Think about it in hell Kris!” I yelled as I took the knife through his throat. Clean cut to the other side completely ripping through on both sides to make sure he was surly dead as his head fell to the ground and shortly after his body as well. Next was Noah. I turned around to kill him next but Sam had done it for me. I looked around at the bloody mess with blood still pouring a pooling out of both of their bodies. Kris and Noah were dead. We had a much bigger problem above us.  

“Carson, release James only after we are out the door. We need a head start to create a safe passage to the pack hospital with Willow!” I yelled and looked at Sam who gave me a reassuring nod. We ran up the pack steps until we got to the door. We stood there for a second just listening to the noise outside. It was a battle that was for sure. We quickly opened the door and shifted at first glance. There were wolves coming from every direction to get to Kris and Noah, or at least Kris. Sam turned around and ran back down the dungeon steps. I thought he was cowering but he came back as fast as he left with Noah and Kris’s heads in his hands. Suddenly I knew what he was doing. They were a pack trying to get back their leader, if the leader was dead, they would have to leave pack grounds and name a new successor. Quickly we made our way to the center of the pack and I mind linked Carson and told him not to release James. Since my rejection to the pack was never accepted I could still Mind-link whenever I was in range. Which reminds me I really need to do that at some point. We took their heads to the middle of the fight area. I howled in my Alpha howl and every wolf stopped and looking at Sam and I. I dropped Kris’s head and quickly shifted back as did Sam.  

“Kris is dead for his crimes against an Alpha’s daughter, future Luna of Dark moon. He held her captivate, beat and r***d her for 5 years. He admitted to his crimes before death as did Noah the night before. Noah died because of his involvement in her kidnapped, r****g her alongside Kris, as well as trying to force himself on her and holding her at silver Knife point! You all have the option to leave unless you would like to be met with the same fate. There are snipers pointed at each one of you right now, leave and no one else is harmed. Stay and everyone will die. Your pack will end with you. Today.” I yelled sternly. 

“What about the child?” One of the wolves yelled as they shifted back and the rest had followed 

“What child?” Sam asked looking at me confused  

“The girl, Kris told us she was pregnant and that we needed to save her because she was being held captive here” Another one said  

“Is the Beta of halfmoon here?!” I asked confused  

“That is I Sir” He shifted quickly kneeling in respect 

“Guards. Get them all extra clothes. The ones that are choosing to stay anyways. Beta, you need to come with me” I demanded as I walked over and handed him shorts  

“Yes sir.” He said pulling his shorts on and walking behind me  

“Don’t mistake this for kindness! You infiltrated my pack! If anyone of you tried anything you will be executed on the spot!” I yelled again in my Alpha tone so they understood.  

‘Carson release James, I will be awaiting his arrival as well as yours at the dungeon door.’  

‘Yes sir’  

‘Also prepare him for the information he is about to find out.’  

‘And what is that sir?’  

‘Willow may be pregnant with Kris’s baby’  

“We have to make a quick stop” I assured him as we reached the dungeon door. 

“Sir are you going to?” He asked scared  

“No, I am just waiting for someone down there, Beta do you have a name?” I asked concerned  

“Josh” He answered quickly extending his hand  

“Luka” I answered with a firm hand shake 

“Luka what the f**k is happening?! Where is Willow, is she safe?!” James asked panicked  

“Sir, Willow is still safe I made sure of it. This is the Beta of the halfmoon pack. Willow talked highly of him in the video. We have a bigger problem” I said leading them into the pack hospital and towards Willow’s room 

“Do you trust him Luka?” James asked quietly  

“Willow trusts him” I answered quickly as we approached Willow’s door.  

“Now Josh, I want you to know that what you are about to see is not for the faint” I said quickly  

“I’m a wolf, how bad could it be?” He chuckled as he entered behind me.  

As I walked into the room everyone was standing around Willow guarding her with no entry point. Ready to pounce at the first sight of anything.  

“Stand down!” I yelled as I entered the room  

“Jeez Luka! 2 more seconds and you would have been rabbit food!” Jen yelled at me 

“Good to know you still care” I laughed  

“This is Josh, he was halfmoon’s beta. It is Willow or her wolf?” I asked confused  

“It is Octavia” Willow said sitting up quickly  

“Octavia you aren’t strong enough for this yet! Your body lost a lot of blood!” Dr. Steph yelled quickly  

“Do not tell me what my human’s body is capable of!” She sneered. Man, she is a little aggressive.  

“Octavia will you please lay down? I just have a couple questions I need you to answer?” I asked nicely walking over to the bed side  

“Willow is waking but I can hold her off for a few more seconds if you would like” She answered nicely  

“Please, Octavia I don’t believe Willow knows yet” I answered concerned. 

“Okay” She smiled  

“Octavia, when was Willow’s last period?” I asked quickly bringing the room to complete silence.  

“When she was still in captivity with Kris, probably about 2 weeks before you saved her” She answered quickly as the room started to murmur and whisper. 

“Quiet!” I yelled quickly  

“Octavia one last question, Is Willow pregnant and is Kris the father?” I asked quickly  

“Yes” she said as her eyes fluttered closed and the whole room gasped  

“Quiet! No one says a word do you understand me?!” I whispered yelled as fast as I could before Willow fully awoke.  

“Luka?” She asked confused as her eyes slowly opened  

“Josh?” She looked at him for a second  

“What happened?” She mumbled and rolled her eyes.  

“Willow, I need to run some test on you to make sure the blood transfer was a success. And if I don’t find anything negative you will be able to stay with Luka.” Dr. Steph said. I had no doubt in my mind she needed to see how the pregnancy was going and how her body was handling it but she didn’t want to be the one to tell Willow her abuser got her pregnant.  

“Okay can I just have a few seconds?” Willow asked as she sat up slowly 

“Of course. We will be in the hall if you need us” Dr. Steph said motioning everyone out of the room 

“Actually, Luka, Jay Jess and Josh can you guys stay?” she asked quickly  

“Of course flower” I answered wholehearted 

“Yeah” everyone else said in unison as the door closed fully  

“What the f**k happened, and no one lie to me!” She yelled as the door shut  

“Willow calm” Jason started to say and was quickly shut down 

“Do not f*****g tell me to calm down. I can read a god damn room. You tell me now or I'll talk to someone who will!” She yelled  

“Flower I said slowly placing my hand on her arm 

“No f*****g Flower Luka. Tell me. Now. Or as soon as I am released, I will go home” She demanded  

“Yeah, technically you can't” Josh said quickly rubbing his neck  

“What the f**k does that mean?” She asked confused. I could tell she was getting angry and I couldn’t calm her down 

“Jess?” I pleaded for help  

“Nope. I will tell her right now; she has a right to know and make her choice.” Jess crossed her arms and walked to Willow’s side. 

“Everyone but Jess out! Now!” She yelled  

“Flower you aren’t going to want to be alone for this” I pleaded 

“I asked you Luka, you refused. I asked and pleaded for someone to tell me what's happening but no one will. You all had the chance now leave!” She demanded. 

“Willow, babe. Calm down. It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Maybe having Luka in here will give you some clarity about the situation.” Jess pleaded.  

“Fine!” She yelled and looked between a chair and me. I sat quickly as Jay and Josh left the room.  

“Willow. I really hate to have to tell you this. You have been through so much already but you have options. No matter what anyone says it's your choice. And I will support anything you choose!” Jess sat on the bed across from her 

“Jess I chose you. You are scaring me. Rip the band aid off and let me have it” Willow pleaded.  

“Willow you are pregnant.” Jess said sincerely. The look of pure shock that washed over Willows face as her eyes started to fill with tears.  

“But that can’t be right Luka and I never” she put her hands over her mouth as she realized it was Kris’s. Jess pulled her in close and held her while she cried for a minute.  

“Willow you have options. Kris is dead and so is Noah. Luka didn’t have a choice but to kill both. We were under attack. You do not have to keep this baby if you don’t want to” Jess assured her 

“Jess it’s a baby. My body is growing a child. The child that is my abusers.” She sobbed  

“Why don’t we let Dr. Steph back in. Let her check on you and see how far along you are. If she can find that out, I will go over your options with you and Luka. Jay will have to be in the room to explain how things happen and how it works and go from there. This isn't the end for you Willow. Your body your choice.” Jess assured her while stroking her head. After a few second Willow lifted her head and nodded and Jess headed for the door.  

“Luka?” Willow said sweetly  

“Yes?” I asked  

“Hold me for a while?” she asked 

“Gladly” I said standing up and walking over to her. This girl can’t catch a break. It’s one thing after another. I get her back; Kris tries to take her. I kill him, she’s pregnant with his baby. I want to help her find peace. We laid there for a few minutes before Dr. Steph came in  

“Hi Willow!” She said as she walked in with a smile and Jason pushing a cart  

“Hi” She said lowly  

“So this is an ultrasound machine and its just going to let us see the baby and see if you are carrying right and all the other stuff. I’ll cover all of it as we go okay?” Dr. Steph said  

“Okay” Willow said laying on her back as I pulled up a chair beside the bed.  

“Love?” Willow asked  

“Yes flower” I answered  

“Can you go get Josh?” She asked lowly  

“Yeah” I said quickly standing up and walking to the door as Dr. Steph set everything up.  

“Josh, Willow wants you in here” I said quickly turning into the hallway  

“Okay” Josh said and followed me back into her room  

“Okay Willow, this is going to be a little cold” Dr. Steph said as she put the Gel on Willow’s stomach  

“Okay” Willow said showing no emotion 

“Okay, let's see the baby now” Dr. Steph said with a smile 

“Don’t be so happy about it. I was r***d and abused. That's how I got pregnant. So please. Spare me the happiness” Willow said rolling her eyes. 

“I'm sorry, I just figure you are bringing a life into this world you should be happy” Dr. Steph said quickly defending herself 

“She has options” Jason added quickly meeting Willows gaze  

“I will not perform any of those” Dr. Steph added  

“Then I will find a different doctor in the hospital that will. She will not carry a baby she doesn’t want. Especially not one from her abuser.” Jason added again glaring at the doctor.  

“Focus on the task at hand Steph. I will figure out who will do whatever Willow choses later.” I said sternly. 

“Well, it looks as if there may be a problem at hand” Dr. Steph said concerned while looking at the monitor.  

“What is it?” Willow asked scared  

“Well, it looks like you are past the part for most of those options, Willow.” Dr. Steph said glaring her 

“Please leave” I said sternly  

“Excuse me?” Dr. Steph said confused 

“Leave!” I yelled quickly making her stop everything and leave the room.   

“Jason, go find Dr. Lexie please” I asked quickly  

“Yes sir” He said imminently and left the room.  

“Why did you do that?” Willow asked confused. 

“I was tired of her talking to you like you didn’t have a choice in things. You have a choice.” I answered caressing her head.  

“Willow, If I may be so bold. If you would not like to have this child. Halfmoon will understand completely once they see what has happened to you, why not show them the video you showed everyone else?” Josh added  

“Okay, after this I will gather you all in the conference room and show you all.” Willow said in agreement.  

“You do not have to; you know that right?” Josh asked concerned  

“I know. Maybe it will make my decision a little easier though, to see how everyone reacts” Willow responded with a smile.  

“Okay Willow” Josh said with a smile. Soon after Jason entered with Dr. Lexie.  

“Hi Willow. My names doctor Lexie but you can just call me Lexie. I’m sure you know why im here and Jason already filled me in on everything along the way. So let's have a look at things and then we will discuss all of the options that are available to you” Lexie said with a smile.  

“Okay” Willow said lowly 

“Okay, so it looks like you are past the point of a regular abortion but we could still do the pill which works just the same way” Lexie said with a smile  

“Oh. Jay, can you come weigh in on something for me” Lexie said mentioning for Jay and pointing at the screen as he walked over.  

We sat there for a few seconds while they whispered very lowly so Willow nor I could hear them. I listened as hard as I could with my wolf hearing and tried to mind link Jason so he could tell me but was met with a block. Finally, after a short while later Lexie broke the silence.  

“Okay, So Willow there is a problem. But before I explain any of this. Is there anyone you would like to leave the room or to come in the room to be with you?” Lexie asked cryptically.  

“Jess” Willow said and looked at Jay, He turned his heel and walked out the door and came back a few seconds later with Jess right behind him. Jess came over and stood above me and held Willow’s hand while I stepped down a bit and held her other one.  

“Okay. So, Willow I know this child isn’t something you want to keep but this news may hurt a little bit more than you want it to. And it's completely normal. Other women have the same response even if they wouldn’t like to keep it either. It’s okay to be upset” Lexie said making Willow anxious. I squeezed her hand and Jess did as well. Willow nodded her head in agreement  

“So, after looking at the ultrasound and getting another's perspective, which would be Jay. I know you guys are close so maybe it would be easier if he told you” Lexie told us and Willow nodded in agreement and looked at Jason.  

“Willow. I know you like when people get straight to the point but I honestly don’t know how to tell you this one” Jason said rubbing the back of his neck 

“Jason just f*****g tell me before I had a god damn panic attack!” Willow yelled making Lexie jump 

“Willow there is no heartbeat.” Jason said quickly taking a step forward and placing his hand on Willow’s leg.
