As we pull up to the pack house I can't help but feel relief and a little excitement. I missed the place and I can't wait to show Silvan how awesome it is, Ro and I haven't done that bad of a job for 2 little girls left to our own devices. The main pack house and surrounding buildings are beautiful, the expanding village is quaint and our people are happy and have zero complaints. we didnt want to build a wall and have anyone feel like they were imprisoned so we have round the clock surveillance and security to keep the place safe. Zoe is outside waiting on us as we get down from the car, Ro parks my bike and comes around to help us with the luggage. She holds her nose in the air and sniffs " uuummm Cookie is baking cookies " and takes off for the pack house kitchen. we shake our heads and chuckle, that woman is a mess. I introduce Silvan to Zoe who's eyes meet mine with a raised eyebrow and a questioning look. I look out at my pack and I clear my throat bringing everyone to attention " good evening Fury Moon" they all reply " good evening Alpha " " as you know I travelled to the Secret Moon pack to iron out some issues with their Alpha, I'm happy to report we have settled the issues and there is no longer a threat to the pack " there's applause and hooping from some pack members " also I found my mate there, everyone meet Silvan Cree, my mate". The pack erupted I to applause and cheers and a whole lot of congratulations, I smile and Silvan stands with me holding my hand " I hope to get to know each and every one of you and I can't wait to get to work helping your Alpha grow and expand her pack, thank you "

The doors to the kitchen open and cookie makes her way to a table, we don't eat until she joins us, she makes all this lovely food and we show our gratitude by waiting until she can join us to enjoy it, Cookie pulled her chair out and lifts her head as usual to let me know to go ahead and eat. Cookie looks at my mate and her plate, food and cutlery drop to the floor, her mouth is open in surprise and there's tears in her eyes. Silvan looks up from his dinner to ask what's going on and his gaze catches Cookie. He pushes back his chair and runs to Cookie helping her to her feet, I stand as I'm lost to what the hell is happening, he brings Cookie to our table and shocks the entire pack with his next statement " Phadra....amore.... this is my mother "
