Dinner

Phadra and I make our way downstairs to meet the others for dinner, we meet up with Aurora and Armand in the hallway and she goes downstairs with us while he goes to escort their grandmother to the table. We get to the table and Phadra's parents are already seated, I escort Ro to her seat and then Phadra my love, finally sitting next to her. Armand arrives with grandmother on his arm and we all stand and she smiles and says " oh you didn't have to stand for me, thank you, let's just sit and enjoy a nice meal and get to know each other better " she sits and rings a little bell I hadn't even noticed and staff files out of the kitchen laying dish after dish on the table. " It smelled great in here, granny I wholeheartedly apologize for what you are about to see " Aurora says. Armand, Phadra and I all laugh while the others look at us trying to figure out what's going on. Armand chuckles " tiny wolf can put it away " The food is spectacular, we have split pea soup, baked lamb chops with creamed potatoes, spicy shrimp cocktail, braised snapper with roasted artichokes, country fried chicken, roasted vegetable medley, grilled calamari with a spicy mayo sauce and lastly pasta primavera. I shouldn't have to tell you how Aurora went in, while we each had 2 to 3 different dishes Aurora ate all of them AND she went back for seconds with the shrimp and lamb, she had thirds of the calamari and vegetable medley and she's currently having her 5th plate of the country fried chicken. Talon and granny are outright staring with their mouths open, while Armand is just looking on with his eyes filled with love and smiling. Phadra and I are just laughing and taking pics for the pack to laugh at later.

Talon looks at Phadra and asks if she's sure Aurora is only wolf " I'm pretty sure she's part pig " Talon says giggling, " this is amazing, I cannot look away " she looks at Aurora in awe. I clear my throat and ask Phadra's dad how his health is progressing " not too bad son, I should be back in fighting shape in a day or two " " thank you for asking " he says. " Maybe we can do a bit of light sparring when you are ready " he chuckles " I'll take you up on that, Phadra marry this man we have a bromance going on " " I'm not sure I can handle an Alpha but we'll see " Phadra and I look at each other and chuckle " sir Phadra is the Alpha here not me, I'm the son of an Alpha but I was demoted to Omega " both he and Talon gasp and turn to look at their daughter " you're the Aplha, but your dad isn't of an Alpha bloodline. That means you're a true Alpha " Talon says, Phadra flashes her red eyes and giggles. " mom, dad the moon goddess took care of me from day one, she showed me where to find shelter and where the best hunting was, she even sent Aurora stumbling into my camp. Best of all she told me she made my mate specifically and especially for me " she blushes and takes my hand which I promptly kiss. Granny gushes " how sweet and speaking to him he reay is a nice, humble and very respectful young man, my grand baby lucked out " now I'm the one blushing " I just thank her parents and the moon goddess for deeming me worthy of this amazing woman " " Had not for Phadra I'd probably still be a slave in my fathers pack " " she saved me and I'm going to spend everyday thanking her " I lean over and cup her cheek looking deep into her eyes " I'm yours and you're mine " she kisses my palm and says " always ". " Phadra if you don't marry him I'll marry him for you " Talon says. We all laugh and Armand asks granny if she wants a nightcap or if she wants to retire for the night, she decides to go to her room and bids us all goodnight. Phadra's dad says he's going to take Talon upstairs before he loses both her and her daughter to my charms. I chuckle and wish them goodnight, Aurora finally looks up from stuffing her face and says " I'm going to wait for my baby to come back downstairs, so he can roll me upstairs and help me work off some of these calories I just put on ". I stand and offer Phadra my arm and ask if I can accompany her on a walk around the palace grounds, she takes my arm kisses me on the lips and says " of course ". As we turn to walk away Armand comes back down the stairs and lifts Aurora out of her chair bridal style into his arms and kisses her deeply. " We have to talk about where we're going to spend most of our time, I refuse to be away from you for more than a few hours " he kisses her again on their way up the stairs " but after I ravish you a few times " we chuckle and bid them a goodnight, I doubt they hear us though. I lead my lady out the front door and we start walking around the grounds not really knowing where we're headed, we find a little grotto looking garden with a small bench under a huge tree with white flowers. It smells amazing in here Phadra takes my hand and leads me to the bench, she pushes me down on it and sits on my lap facing me with her legs around my waist. " What do you say we have a good ole fashion make out session Mr Cree " I run my hands up her back under her shirt and come around the front and grab her face with my right hand " whatever my lady wants, my lady gets ", our lips are locked in a feverish kiss and she's grinding the hell outta my lap, I start to drag her shirt up over her head and someone clears their throat. Phadra and I open our eyes to see a gentleman in what can only be described as some kind of ceremonial dress " Her Royal Highness Princess Phadra Tumoon, is summoned to high court by the flame council, to answer for the crime of being born hybrid. Her highness is to report to the high court premises at 9am, any attempts to flee will be met with a swift death " I roar so loudly every flower out of the tree falls to the ground and I stand ready to snap his damn neck " baby " Phadra puts her hand on my chest " please don't kill the messenger, he's only doing his job " the gentleman nods, bows and says " thank you your highness, I really didn't want to do this. I'm very sorry ma'am...sir " Phadra sighs and we plan to get up early and ask her grandmother what we're doing and where we're going, my baby wants to face this head on as she faces all her challenges. She's so brave, I'll be by her side no matter what comes of it. We head inside and up to our room to shower and get some sleep, apparently we have a big day tomorrow.
