Silvan's POV

I was floating in the water just feeling free and letting it wash my troubles away, well at least until it was time to go home and get to work preparing for the visitors arrival. I wonder what my father is going to do with his current mate and Luna if the new one accepts his offer, he's a piece of s**t and I'm glad my mom's free of him. " I hope you're happy mom" I sigh, "I'll see her soon" I say to Blaze " I can feel it, my mate is nearby, my heart and soul made especially for me by moon goddess and I made for her. The perfect fated pair" almost as if a switch flipped I inhale the sweetest scent, it smelled like caramel popcorn believe it or not. Blaze was going crazy in my mind screaming for his mate " she's here Silvan, she's right here, looking at us.....GO TO HER" he shouts " christ Blaze calm down you'll deafen me, buddy I'm naked here, if I walk out now she'll run for the hills thinking me some kind of perverted lech"

The smell is intoxicating and its getting closer, she's coming into the water while asking if I'm ok, I'm fine....scared actually, what if she rejects me, I have nothing to offer her really. I'm so lost in my thoughts I didnt realize she was right next to me until she touched me and the literal sparks flew. Her touch was like a small zap from a taser, she jumped after I said I was ok and I knew she was there. I asked for her name, it was beautiful "Phadra" I repeated it loving how it sounded, doesn't hurt that shes absolutely gorgeous. She touches me again and the jolt is like a drug, it leaves me in a daze and she doesnt break the connection right away and I take a step closer to her,when she doesn't instinctively back away I cup her cheek, she closes her eyes and leans into my palm. " Would it be ok if I kiss you Phadra?" she nodded and I use my index and middle finger to slightly lift her chin " open your eyes amore I want to see you" she opens her eyes and I kiss her softly to 1st the left then the right of her lips, I kiss her close mouthed on the lips. She returned the kiss and put her hands around my neck. I deepened the kiss and slipped my tongue between her lips, she opened her mouth and welcomed my tongue I place a hand in the small of her back and pulled her closer to me. She even tasted like caramel, Blaze was going crazy and howling with joy in my mind, we broke the kiss and stood in the water looking into each other's eyes. I rest my forehead onto hers she sighs and says " I have waited for you for what seems like forever Silvan, moon goddess did not disappoint me" she blushed and said " if we don't get out of this water we'll melt baby" she giggled. We intertwined our fingers and she leads me out of the water, I put my clothes back on and we just stood there holding hands and looking into each others eyes. My mate is beautiful her hair is waist length and the brightest red I've ever seen in my life, her eyes are amber but such a bright amber you may say they're orange, they look like 2 pools of liquid fire. She's pale but it actually complements that hair that I'm already in love with, its falling around her shoulders a little damp at the bottom and framing her face. I focus on her lips they're small and cute " do you like what you see Silvan" she asks " yes ma'am......very much " Blaze comes to the forefront of my mind and says to me " I'd love another kiss from our mate Silvan" she looked me dead in the eyes and said " and you shall have it wolf" I am shocked and amazed " you're telepathic " I reply in her mind. She gasps and said to herself " she really did make you just for me didn't she" she closed the distance between us, buried her hands in my hair and brought my lips down to hers in a searing kiss, the sparks ignited and a full on flame was lit between us. We got lost in the kiss so much so that we didn't hear the people approaching until my father shook the trees with his Alpha tone " SILVAN GET YOUR f*****g HANDS OFF MY LUNA"

I broke the kiss and dropped to the ground " yes Alpha" he marched over to where we were standing and yanked me off the ground " what the hell do you think you're doing with her " I keep my eyes downcast and open my mouth to reply to him when my mate in a soft voice laced with venom and anger " get up Silvan, NOBODY talks to my mate that way" her wolf is now in control, I'm shocked again as Blaze screams in my head "mate is an Alpha female....I love it" " your what!!" my father shouts " your mate....your mate....you're mine....I want you" she steps right up to my father and calmly says " Alpha Cree I am not yours, I have repeatedly told you I am waiting for my fated mate, I have found him so any claims you think you have on me are null and void. I am not something to be owned, you haven't bought me or attained me in any other way" my father takes a step back and I look to my mate and her eyes are red and her fangs are elongated, I know now we are listening to her wolf speak my father looks as though he's been slapped in the face " my Goddess you're a true Alpha" he's amazed and cannot speak for a few moments as my mate continues. " I found my mate while riding through your lands on my way to your compound, we are fated mates and I expect you to honor our bond, I'd like to take Silvan with me when I return to Fury Moon after our trade talks"

With a grin I know all too well means he's not going to give anyone what they want my father says " oh....you're not taking my son anywhere, or hasn't he mentioned that little tidbit of information " Phadra turns to look at me very surprised and says " you're his son?! This has to be a joke....but you're an omega" a low growl comes from my father as I take her hand " we weren't doing a lot of talking Phadra, i was going to tell you when we got a chance to talk more" she turns to my father "Cree why is he an omega " she asks, then she shakes her head turns to look at me and says " you know what I don't even care, Silvan is my fated mate, made for my by mood goddess herself, I dont care who or what he is, whatever rank he holds I'll love him until I die and beyond "

We look into each others eyes and step towards each other, my father growls and said "Miss Tumoon step away from him, you're here to become my new Luna" Phadra rolls her eyes " that's Alpha Tumoon and I have told you countless times I was waiting for my mate. I have found him and I'm definitely not going to be your Luna" she turns to me and whispers "is he always this delusional?" an involuntary laugh escapes me and she smiles, she's so beautiful I could get lost in that smile. My father is livid , in his Alpha tone he orders the warriors he brought with him to restrict me to my quarters until he says different. They grab me and drag me away back to my quarters. Phadra speaks to me through our telepathic link, "dont worry baby I'll come to you later. I will attempt to reason with your father although our history is telling me he wont listen to reason" she shakes her head and marches behind the warriors, on the way she stops to talk to another young lady who I assume is part of her entourage. She looks over to me and the young lady looks my way and envelops her in a tight happy hug. I guess she's happy Phadra has found her mate. She then stops smiling and scowls in my father's direction, yeah shes getting the run down of what happened in the forest. I'm thrown through my room door and locked in, sad and very frustrated, how can my father be like this. The kingdom of Lycanis does not allow forced mating but my dad does what he wants within his pack. I try to contact Phadra to make sure she's alright and that my dad hasnt harmed or restrained her, she assures me she's fine and that after she tries to talk to my father she'll come see me. I hope she succeeds, my father is one cruel hard headed man. I warn her to be very careful and not to trust him and tell her I cant wait to see her again. Blaze is worried and dying to bust out of the room, she assures him that she can handle herself and tells him her wolf Ember can't wait to meet him. I cut the link and lay on my bed talking to Blaze " we found her buddy....well she found us and she's an Alpha, a badass beautiful true Alpha. Moon goddess is rewarding us for all our trials and tribulations in this pack" Blaze replies " hell yeah Silvan, I cant wait to follow her outta here. Anywhere she goes I'll follow" I wake up in a sweat, I'm hot as balls and getting hotter and this is gonna sound weird but I'm not hot. I realise I must be feeling what Phadra is feeling and I try to open my room door to get to her. It's still locked and I knock to see if there's a guard on the other side of it, " Silvan you know damn well we cant let you out without orders from your father" I breathe in deeply and shift " Blaze our mate is in distress and they wont let me go to her" Blaze raises his front paws and jumps down on the door breaking it down and pushes past guards, he raises his nose in the air and sniff till he smell caramel then he races off into the direction of the smell " Silvan I'm worried for our mate, her scent is off, the caramel smells burnt " I yell at him to go faster as we are also being chased by guards, they'll never catch us though, I snicker as Blaze picks up speed when I gained my wolf and went on the pack run by the full moon it was discovered that my speed was like none other. I had reached our borders by the time the rest of the pack were now entering the woods. My father had forbidden me from using my super speed but my amore was in trouble and I had to help her. I followed the scent of burnt caramel anxious and worried about our mate, Silvan was praying we found her soon and so was I. we came upon a rock formation on the outskirts of Secret Moon borders, the smell was strongest in the caves among them. I entered and the cave and began searching for her, I searched every nook and cranny until I happened upon what looked like a pile of smouldering feathers. I almost went past but her scent was very strong here. I nosed and pawed through the feathers and there she was covered in burnt feathers and soot, she was unconcious and Silvan begged me to let him take control so he could hold her. I licked her face and relinquished power back to Silvan.

I rushed over to Phadra and moved the hair out of her face" ooohh amore what happened to you, tell me how to help you honey" she stirred and open one eye weakly smiling when she saw me " water.....get me to water baby...please" her skin was burning up and I face palmed myself " of course Silvan she's on fire get her cooled down" I would travel much faster with Blaze but she's unable to hold on so I bundle her in my arms and take off running towards the pond on our territory. I run straight into the water which to my amazement sizzles when it comes in contact with her skin, which starts to glow an orange reddish aura and I'm so mind blown I let her go. She doesnt sink as one would expect an unconscious person in water to but stays suspended on top of the water until the sizzling stops and the aura disappears. My mate then jumps up, looks around, or eyes meet and she says " baby we have to talk" I reply telepathically " no s**t"
