Crazy is Perfect

Katelin's Chapter, Chapter 13

"Kat, Kat, he is waking up!" Taylor comes running in. The look in her eyes were filled with excitement. "Come on, we have to make sure everything is fine!" I jump up, running right out the door. I quickly run through the whole house grabbing all of my doctor supplies.

Yeah, I am kind of a doctor. They are my voices so I was the only one to keep them healthy.

"Doctor is here!" I yell running in. "I am here!" Sarah turning to me, look at me like I am insane. I ignore it and walk up to her.

"It the patient doing ok?" I ask setting up some machines and attaching wires to him. Sarah slowly nods. "Taylor, grab some water and the medicine that is written on this paper." Taylor skips out of the room. "Sarah, you watch him and if he starts getting up; scream."

I walk out and into my room. I grab some needles and a briefcase. I was about to go to the bathroom when Sarah screamed.

He is waking up.

"Justin! Sarah, is everything ok?" I run over to him and adjust him so he doesn't end up pulling some wires out.

"He woke up, I don't know how he's doing." She says while turning to Justin. I turn to him giving him a look that says 'are you ok' and 'spill it/'

"I'm fine just a little headache and I'm hungry." He says with a smile. I quickly run to the phone on the walk and called Taylor. She picks up right away. "Hello!"

"Taylor, Justin woke up. Bring some food and the other stuff up right away."

"Ok, doctor, bye!" I hanged up and turned around smiling. "The nurse is getting some food and medicine for you. She should be up here is ten minutes." I grab my briefcase and the needles. "Sarah, take the blue cords off of Justin and turn off the machine but leave the others on. I am going to get the vaccine ready!" She nods and carefully start to take the cords off.

I grab a bottle and put the needle in. I filled up the needle to 10 ml. Sarah finished getting the cords off of Justin. "Ok, this may hurt just a tiny bit." I said to Justin then turn to Sarah. "Hold his arm. I am going to clean his arm and then comes the shot."

Sarah did as I asked and Justin stayed still. I got the shots done and over with in less than 10 minutes. "Good job, we are done here."

Taylor knocks on the door quietly. "Taylor, come in." I took the food and put in right next to Justin's bed.

"Is it safe for Sarah to leave his side now?" Taylor asks me.

"Yes, he is completely stable now so she is safe to leave." I reply. Taylor nods and walks away. I smile and grab Sarah's arm, pulling her of the room with me. She looking confused, followed. "We will be back in one minute. None of you are allowed to hear what I am going to say!" With that I closed the door and dragged her to my room. I toss her on the bed and closes my door gently.

"What the hell!" She yells. I interrupt her by covering her mouth.

"Keep your voice down. I need to talk to you." I smile and uncover her mouth. "So first thing, I want the letter."

"I don't know what you-" I cut her off again. "I got news that someone from his gang gave you a letter this morning. I want it." She pulls out a letter and gives it to me. I put it in my pocket.

"Thank you. Second thing, you are going on a date." She looks at me like I am crazy. Which is- Oh wait, I am nevermind.

"With who?" She ask and I smile again. "With Justin, of course!" I laugh but then when I saw the look on her face I was serious again. She spoke up. "Why the hell would you think I will just go on a date with him because you told me to!"

With my reply, I give her a smirk. "He is going to ask you and you will say yes."

"Why would you think that will happen?" She says and I still had my smirk. "Count with me. 3"

When Justin said one, he knocks on the door. I turn to her and point to the door. "Would you like to open it?" She gets up and opens the door to see Justin standing there. "Hey, Sarah."

"H-hi." she says nervously.

"Would you like to go on a date with me?" He asks and she stood there shocked.

"Y-yes, I would l-love to." She stutters while smiling nervously. He laughs kindly and turns to me. "I knew you would tell her! I didn't even have to tell you. You still can read my mind, can you?" I nod and smile at him.

"Ok, well, Sarah, I'll meet you at the car in five hours. Sound good to you, Kat?" I nod again and he leaves. Sarah closes the door and walk to me. "Well, surprise?" I said shrugging my shoulders and she jumps on top of me.

"I can't believe that happened! Oh my gosh, I completely embarrassed myself. He probably is going to hate me now! Wait, what about the date? I got to get ready!" She rants on and on until I got sick of it. I push her off of me and jump up.

"Girl, get your head together! You are sounding more crazy than me and I am crazy. He loves you and nothing can stop that. He told me to help you get ready. I know that he thinks when your nervous it the cutest thing he ever seen. So if you are done I got the outfit picked out already!"

She follows me to my closet and finds three beautiful ball gowns. One red, one blue, and one black. "Taylor! Get in here!" She runs in and I toss her the red dress. " She runs into the bathroom to get ready. I turn to Sarah toss her the black dress. "Justin picked this out for you so you have to wear it." She nods and walks to the other side of the closet. I went to my own room to change.

"This is going to be fun."
