       2 weeks later........

      Today is the day we are finally moving into our new house on the pack territory, we had the house decorated and the furniture was delivered last week. Ruby's room was already all set up, all that there was left to do was move our clothing and personal items into the house. Aiden and Alicia came over to help us with our things, after about an hour we had everything put away and set up. When we were finished we all went into our living room and I said, "Well I don't know about all of you, but I am starving. I am gonna make lunch. Alicia, Aiden are you guys staying?" Alicia smiled at me and said, "If you are cooking then yes." I let out a laugh and said, "Okay, Ruby do you want to help me make lunch?" She looked up at me from where she was sitting on the couch and said, "Sure mommy." She got up from the couch and followed me into the kitchen, I decided to make spaghetti and meat balls with garlic bread. I put the noodles in to boil before taking out the bread and some butter and garlic seasoning. I let Ruby spread the butter on the bread and then handed her the garlic seasoning to put on top of the buttered bread, after she was done with that I put the bread in the oven to cook. Then I took the defrosted beef out and Ruby and I rolled the meatballs and seasoned them with salt and pepper. 

      We let the meatballs sit until the noodles were ready, I drained the pasta and put it in a big bowl and put the sauce on the stove to simmer while I had the meatballs cooking in another pan on the stove. I took the bread out of the oven and let it sit while waiting for the sauce and meat to cook. When that was done I mixed the sauce and meat into the bowl with the pasta, I called my mates to set the table for lunch and they did as I asked with no complaints. Soon we were all seated at our dinning table with our plates filled with food. After we started eating Alicia said, "Like always your food is amazing." I smiled and said, "Well I can't take all the credit, Ruby was a big help." Ruby sat up in her chair with pride on her face and it was adorable, I couldn't stop the smile from forming on my face. I looked over at my mates and noticed they were both looking at me with a smile on their faces as well. After lunch Alicia and Aiden had to go, so my mates and I cleaned up while Ruby went upstairs to change her shirt because she had gotten spaghetti sauce on the one she was wearing.

          When we were finished cleaning up from lunch we decided to take Ruby to the play ground we have on the territory. The first thing she did when she got there was run to the swings which were her favorite, Cyrena went over to push her on the swings while my brother and I took a seat on the bench to watch them. Zander looked over at me and asked, "How did we get so lucky brother?" I smiled and replied, "I don't know brother, but thank the moon goddess for blessing us." He nodded with a smile on his face and said, "Thank the moon goddess, she could not of given us a better mate and she blessed us with an amazing child who might not be ours by blood but by fate." I couldn't have agreed more, we went back to watching our mate push our daughter on the swing. After a few minutes Ruby was done with the swing and was dragging her mother towards the slide. She made Cyrena climb up and go down the slide with her even though she barely fit. Ruby laughed the whole way down the slide, after a few minutes of her making Cyrena go down the slide with her over and over again she decided it was time to build a sandcastle as a family. We all gathered around in a circle and started to build a sand castle. It was actually turning into a pretty nice sand castle, Ruby is a pretty creative little girl and she is smart too she was giving us instructions on what to do to make the best sand castle. 

       We stayed at the park for another hour before deciding it was time to head home, when we got home Cyrena took Ruby upstairs to give her a bath because she got pretty dirty at the park. While they were upstairs getting cleaned up Zander and I got some snacks together and set them up in the living room, we got some fresh fruit, and veggies and dip. The girls came down a few minutes later, Ruby was wearing different clothes and her hair was still slightly damp. Cyrena smiled at us and asked, "What is all this?" I smiled back at her and said, "We figured we could have a family game night, we got snacks and games what do you girls say?" The girls glanced at each other before smiling and and heading over to sit down around the table in the living room. "So what should we play, we have candyland, shoots and ladders and sorry." Ruby's face lit up and she said, "Candyland!" We all laughed and Zander set up the board game, Ruby won the first couple of rounds. Cyrena won the round after that, we decided to switch to shoots and ladders after that. Zander dominated at shoots and ladders, kicking all our butts at the game. When we finished the last game it was dinner time and we decided to join the pack for dinner so Cyrena wouldn't have to cook again.

     We walked over to the pack house and into the dinning room just in time, dinner was almost ready Ryan greeted us as we walked in, "Hey guys, you decided to join us for dinner tonight huh." I smiled and said, "Yeah we have been so busy lately with the process of moving into the new house we haven't had time to spend with you all so we thought we would join you for dinner." Zayne added, "Plus Cyrena made lunch earlier and we wanted to give her a break from cooking." Ryan laughed and responded, "You know you guys could always learn to cook so you could give her a break and cook for her sometimes." My brother and I looked at each other and cringed, Zayne said, "The last time we tried to cook we almost burnt the kitchen down." Cyrena laughed at that and said, "I could always teach you, and supervise so you don't burn the place down, but I like cooking and really don't mind doing it." Just then Luna Sarah came into the dinning room to join us all, "Hello everyone," she said in her kind and pleasant voice. She sat down next to Ryan at her seat at the table on his right side. Dinner was brought out and it looked and smelled amazing, it was roast beef with steamed veggies and seasoned red skinned potatoes. We all served ourselves with the adults helping to serve the children present at the table.

   The food tasted good but if I am being honest the food that Cyrena makes is better and I'm not saying that just because she is our mate. She is just a really good cook, we ate and chatted with our pack mates at the table. When we had finished the main course the dessert was brought out, dessert for tonight was a fresh fruit tart and it was really good. After dessert we stayed behind for awhile to spend sometime with Ryan and Sarah, we talked a little bit about how we were liking the new house and about Ruby starting school school soon. A while later we noticed Ruby was getting tired and could barely keep her eyes open so we decided to call it a night. We said our goodbyes and then head back over to our house, when we got inside Cyrena went to help Ruby brush her teeth and get changed into her pajamas, then all three of us tucked her in to bed and she was out like a light before we left the room.

      Ruby had just fallen asleep so my mates and I quietly left her room, we left her door open just incase she wakes up and needs anything.
