My mates and I were sitting on the bed waiting for Ruby to reply to whether or not she would like to be adopted by us. Ruby looked up at me and asked, "So does that mean you would be my new mommy, and they would be my daddies?" I smiled her and replied, "Yes sweetheart, only if that is what you want." She smiled at me before saying, "I would like that." I smiled and pulled her into a hug, she giggled as she hugged me back. Then she pulled away to hug my mates, I looked at the three of them and my heart felt full. This is my family, my amazing mates and our newly adopted little girl. This was meant to be, this little girl was meant to come into our lives. When she pulled back from my mates she asked, "So, where are we gonna live?" I looked at my mates who shrugged their shoulders before turning back to Ruby and saying, "We are not exactly sure yet, we could live at my house. It is definitely big enough but you wouldn't be around your kind like you are here." Zander looked up and said, "There are a few un occupied houses here, we could always talk to Alpha Ryan and Luna Sarah about moving into one." I do like my house, but for my mates and my new daughter I would give up anything. It is just a house after all. I nodded and said, "That is a good idea, we can talk to them about it tomorrow when we finalize the adoption."
I looked over at Ruby and noticed she was pretty dirty from being outside and the rogue attack, I looked back at my mates and said, "Can you guys find where she was staying and get her clothes and things, she needs a bath." My mates smiled at me and said, "Of course." at the same time, I smiled and shook my head. They left the room to go find her stuff and I turned back to her and said, "Come on sweetheart, you need a bath." I held out my hand and she took it, I led her into the bathroom. I had her sit on the toilet seat while I got the bath ready, I looked in the bathroom closet and found towels as well as body wash. I grabbed a towel and the body was and went back over to the tub. I poured some body wash into the warm water to make a bubble bath, then I told Ruby to strip and helped her into the tub. I put the towel down on the toilet seat and went back to the closet and found some wash cloths. I went back over to the tub where Ruby was playing with the bubbles and helped her wash herself, after her body was washed I shampooed and conditioned her hair. When she was finally clean I drained the tub, helped her out and wrapped her in the towel. I grabbed another towel from the closet to dry her hair, once that wash done I gently brushed out her hair.
(Zander Pov)
Cyrena asked us to go get Ruby's stuff so on the way out of our room I mind linked Alpha Ryan and asked where Ruby was staying so we can bring her stuff to our room for her. He quickly mind linked back telling me what room to go to. Zayne and I quickly found her room and started collecting her stuff, I found a suitcase in her closet and we packed her stuff in it. When we were finished we made our way back to our room with Ruby's stuff. When we got back to the room I said, "We are back love, we have Ruby's stuff." She opened the bathroom door and smiled at us, she pecked us both on the lips before saying, "Thank you my loves." She took the suitcase from me and took it into the bathroom with her to get Ruby dressed, a couple minutes later she came out of the bathroom with the suitcase and a fully clothed Ruby. I smiled at our mate and newly adopted daughter before looking at the clock and saying, "Dinner should be ready by now, should we go down to the dinning room?" Cyrena smiled and said, "Sounds good." She took Ruby's hand and we all made our way down to the dinning room. We got there just in time as dinner was just coming out, we all took our seats as dinner was served. We filled our plates and started to eat, I bent closer to Cyrena and whispered, "Your cooking is better." Earning a laugh out of her, she helped Ruby cut up her food before turning to her own plate and starting to eat.
I couldn't help but smile at my amazing mate as I watched her interact with our new daughter during dinner. She looked up at caught me staring and smiled at me before looking over at Zayne and smiling at him as well. When we finished eating we went back up to our room to watch a movie, I pulled up Netflix on the smart tv and let the girls choose a movie. They ended up choosing Life With Pets, and to be honest it was actually pretty funny and I kind of liked it. I looked over at Zayne and saw he was really into the movie focusing on the screen so he wouldn't miss anything. I turned my attention back to the screen and Cyrena leaned her head on my shoulder with Ruby cuddled up next to her on her other side. I smiled as my heart filled with joy spending time with my new little family. When the movie ended Ruby was already asleep, Cyrena tucked her into Zayne's bed and we decided for the three of us to share my bed for the night. It was only 9 pm but it had been a long day so we all climbed into bed, Zayne and I cuddled up to Cyrena on each side and soon we all fell asleep.
(Zayne Pov)
I can't put into words how happy I am with our newly formed little family, we had just finished watching a move together and are now in bed. Everyone has already fallen asleep except me, I looked down at our sleeping mate with my brother cuddled up on the other side of her and smiled. I looked over at the other bed and smiled at the sight of our little Ruby curled up in the middle of the bed sound asleep. I can't wait until we sign the adoption papers tomorrow and we all officially move into to our new home. I also can't stop thinking about us having a baby together in the future and wondering what our kids would look like. I can honestly say I have never been this happy before and it is all thanks to the amazing woman that I am honored to call my mate. I lay down cuddling up to our mate and let her warmth and amazing scent lull me into sleep.
