Punished

My feet moved toward him and my heart thundered. "Bend over, Stella." He used my full name. He almost never did that. Hesitating, I bent over his lap, my chest on his thighs, my butt in the air. "Since this is your first time, I'll be gentle, alright?" I nodded, "O-Okay." His fingers trailed up the back of my thigh, invoking hot feelings within me. The hair on my legs raised, and my core burned in heat. When he touched my butt, I fought a whimper. "With each one, I need to hear you count, okay?" "Okay." "Okay, what? Little One, you need to be a bit clearer." Rowan intervened. "Okay, Alpha Caleb." I corrected myself. Caleb smiled, and his eyes lit up in a way I hadn't seen before when his hand came down, spanking me. "Ow! One." I whimpered, my body jerking. It didn't hurt as much as I'd expected, but my cheeks burned in embarrassment. Alistair and Rowan were both watching me as I got punished, and many emotions flooded through me. Between my legs burned in anticipation with each hit and by the time I got to four, I felt the atmosphere change drastically. Alistair and Rowan were closer, Caleb's breaths became heavier, his thighs tensing. To be honest, I wasn't sure if it was sweat or want between my legs and even though tears streamed down my face, I found myself liking it. My wolf hated that I disappointed them, I wanted to please them, I was conditioned to, like every other Omega out there. "Have you had enough, Stellie?" he asked, his voice gentle as he rubbed the areas he spanked. I nodded, wiping my tears. "I'm sorry," I cried. "I know you are, but you still have to tell us why you were listening in," he said, and I nodded. "Okay, okay," I said, my tears refusing to stop. "Aurora wrote me a letter, okay? She said someone was purposely trying to make her die. I just thought maybe you all knew something about it. I'm so sorry, please have mercy." I fell to my knees, bowing my head. How pathetic I must have looked, but Omegas has been punished and killed for less. And eavesdropping on an important meeting among some of the most powerful Alphas in the area? That was worth the killing. My tears fell onto the hardwood floor as I awaited my second punishment. I heard them pulling something out of their pockets, a sheet of paper, perhaps. "Stella, what did you say?" Rowan's usual controlled voice shook. "I'm so sorry, I only wanted to find out what happened." I trembled. "Was it something like this?" Caleb asked, and I slowly lifted my head to see a similar letter, written in my sister's handwriting. My lips parted. "What?" I whispered. Looking at the other two, they also had similar letters. "How do you? Why? She wrote to you?" My brows creased, sweat collecting near my brows. "We found them after returning to our rooms on the estate, just after she died," Rowan replied. "That's what we've been discussing ever since. What we came here to talk about," Alistair interjected while Caleb helped me stand up. "Oh... I," words failed me as I tried to think of something to say. Caleb looked at the others before looking back at me, "Someone wanted her dead. We know that for sure. What we don't know, is why." I gulped. They don't know, not about the prophecy. Our father made sure to keep it a secret, and as long as I lived, I needed to also. But...it is clear someone out there knows. And if they went after my sister, they could come after me.
