The weight of a heavy arm draped over her waist is the first thing that she noticed when she opened her eyes. She glanced down at Kyle's hands wrapped protectively around her waist. Her lips broadened in a smile, she listened to his breathing, curious to see if he was awake. The slow steady air that escaped his nostrils brushed lightly against her hair.
