Alpha Jackson's Pov
While reminiscing on the kind of solidarity I and Skyler had built so far, he came in again but this time, he wasn't looking like someone who was bothered about anything, so I wasn't worried either.
"Some intruders came into space again. He announced like he was reciting a lullaby.
When he said INTRUDERS, I understood what he meant.
So I just got up from my bed and went straight to where the so-called intruders were and, to my utmost surprise, it was Alpha Xander of the crimson pack, a very good friend of mine.
" Very well," I said, nodding my head with a smirk on my face.
" Don't start with your teases! I came here for a purpose." He stated firmly. And I can't stop wondering if something went wrong or maybe I offended him unknowingly. But his countenance changed my mood.
I can't stop wondering about the unending uninvited guests I'm receiving today.
"So what's the problem? What exactly do you want now?" I questioned because I was trying to keep my emotions in check too.
"Merging!!! Merging is the problem here!" He screamed furiously like his veins were about to pop out of his body.
"What's wrong with everyone wanting to merge with my pack? Can today get any worse?" I asked, directing the question to Skyler as I chuckled a bit.
Seems like they all want me to avenge the anger of being abandoned by my mate on them. How could people just suddenly wake up and want to take over something that didn't belong to them?
"Jackson, it all entails power and affluence. Yes, we all know you have power and affluence in the human world, but we are talking about the wolf world. If we merge packs, we would be a very great team together, Jackson. Think about these things!!." Alpha Xander urged, perspiring as he spoke.
"You know what, Skyler arranged for some of the Omegas to carry him back to his pack in their hands. His feet shouldn't touch the ground because I'm tired of all this nonsense." I ordered Skyler to the hearing of Alpha Xander just to piss him off more.
After taking care of some of the Alpha duties, I and Skyler went back to the city.
Everyone knows Skyler is a ladiesman as he doesn't have the time or intention to stick to any lady…. He's a player and I wonder how he enjoys the company of women.
Sitting at one edge of the four-cornered bar, LIOUS CARMELLO, I watched as strippers swayed their bodies in rhythm to the music. I felt like killing them all like one just starting at me while dancing.
Taking slow sips of my alcohol, I watched as Skyler dealt with these so-called Ladies' gender, the fact that they all wanted him at the same time infuriated me the more. He didn't dare send anyone to my direction because he knows I would create a scene there.
I felt a tap on my soldiers and turned to see two pairs of eyes looking at me seductively, but I wasn't moved a bit. The lady continued biting on her lower lip and caressing her boobs.
"Do you like what you see?" She questioned, though I was supposed to answer her but I froze. Her voice sounded so much like that of Hailey.
At the remembrance of Hailey, the hatred came rushing in like a tornado and my eyes turned into shades of its own. Without giving me a clearer look, you can't detect what's wrong with me.
As if sensing what was happening, Skyler came in and we zoomed off to my villa.

"I am going to a meeting….But hold up first, I heard there is an interview today, right?" I asked Skyler.
" Yes, there is?" He responded.
I know it's a woman, but my hate for women doesn't mean I won't get them employed or interview them, right? Well *shrugs*
" I don't know when I would be done with the meeting, so you would have to conduct the interview," I stated, telling Skyler to interview the new person.
"As your beta, I will have to follow you anywhere you go, because you become untamable." Skyler reminded me, in a low voice.
He was right, so I didn't object and I just instructed the HOD interview in my absence.
~~ A few hours later~~
The board meeting was supposed to be held by exactly 9:30 on the 15th floor of the grand suite, but I and Skyler walked through the gates of the grand suite by 10:15.
As we approached the elevator, as usual, I could see women ogling at me and it infuriated me. I wish I could just wipe out this entire genre from my path.
We approached the secretary and she confirmed what we already knew.
"The board meeting is being held on the 15th." She said sweetly in a seductive voice that also sounded like Hailey.
I swerved sharply and gave her one long scrutinizing look before Skyler pulled me from behind and we both walked away.
We got into the elevator and soon we were on the 15th floor. Immediately, a lady, as the guide, approached and began leading us to the grand hall.
As we both walked into the grand hall, the only sound that could be heard was our heavy footsteps. I surveyed the arena for my seat and saw an empty seat close to the owner of the Delmore Industry.
Last time I remember, even my gaming company had a 15% increase and profit from that of Delmore and I understand that this placing of seats was based on ranking. Heck!!! I'm going to cause trouble here.
I immediately walked up to Delmore and demanded a change in position, which he vehemently refused to do.
"Mr. Radriel, I suppose you're aware that we are in the middle of a discussion." Mr Rodrigo, owner of an oil firm burst with irritation in his voice.
"Oh wow, really, but I guess you're wrong. I'm not aware that you're in the middle of a discussion," I answered sarcastically.
"Don't create a scene here, Mr. Radriel, you're late." I heard that voice approaching from the door and I immediately swerved and met the shock of my life.
"What are you doing here?" I growled.
