Writer's POV:
It's a hot day.... A young man is waiting to attend an interview...
At the office... Get in... Please take your seat...
"You're Ashwath right" the interviewer greeted. Ashwath respond politely and gave his resume. After taking a glance the interviewer replied "Actually my friend told me about you earlier... But sorry young man there is no suitable vacancy at this moment I'll call back you later"
Ashwath, a B.Tech passed out living an independent life after separated from his family. He is an elder heir of a rich family. After the death of his mother (leela) when he was 7 years old his father (devan) remarried to another woman. Devan's second wife didn't like ashwath , she treated him indifferently like an outsider. His father didn't pay attention to his well being and gave a cold shoulder so he left the mansion at his 18th age and started to live his life without his family's wealth. He is working as a food delivery man at part time, rented a small house and searching for a full time job.
Even though he has a computer science study background he is searching for his passion. In the past, As a hobby he used to take many short films with some social messages and upload them. On weekends he visits the boxing academy for practice. He started practicing boxing for self-defence from his 9th grade and participated in many tournaments, sometimes won. He often pondered the direction of his life. He does not want to seek support from his family.
It's his 23rd birthday today…. Every birthday he used to go to temple with leela when she was alive, these memories flooded in his mind as soon as he woke up that morning washed up and got ready to visit the temple. On his way back to home from the temple he saw a boy who cries badly wearing a school uniform. The boy looked like he was studying 7th grade. Ashwath is reluctant to leave the boy alone so he goes to the boy and starts to ask about his parents and the reason for his sadness. Despite of ashwath's effort the boy didn't speak a single word and continued to stare blankly at a burnt house. He thought the boy was separated from his parents and needed to be united with them so he waited patiently but no avail. After a thought he decided to report about the child at nearby police station. Suddenly the boy broke silence and started to say what happened earlier while sobbing. He said "My parents died in the fire accident i don't know where to go...". Ashwath asked the boy about his relatives but he shook his head innocently. "Does the boy don't have any relatives? I can't leave him here all alone what to do now" ashwath immersed in his thoughts and brought the boy to his neighbour's place to find some details about him. He knocked the next door and asked the details of the boy. "Umm... Arjun has no relatives, his father works as an ethical hacker in the police department and his mom is a cardiologist. They are lovable couples and friendly to the neighbourhood. Ahh!!..It's sad they passed away at this younger age..." said the lady at next door. Ashwath dono what to do so brought the boy to nearby police station. At the entrance of police station arjun hugged ashwath tightly as a frightened child after witnessing the fire accident and rejected to part away from him. Ashwath coaxed him but his efforts gone vain he can't leave the boy alone because he knows how it feels if we lose someone dear to us-"loneliness hurts when we don't chose it". After a brief hesitation he asked "Are you really willing to come with a stranger like me arjun" the boy nodded. Arjun looked weak and tired as he didn't have a meal for one and half days. Ashwath took him to his home, convinced the boy and fed him food. With the presence of him arjun felt safe and secure, he didn't have the fear for this stranger b'coz he didn't have anything else to lose. As days passed arjun adapted to this environment ashwath took great care of him like his own little brother and arjun started to trust him wholeheartedly. Ashwath noticed arjun's willingness to go to school so he helped the boy to resume his studies. He vaguely knows arjun's identity yet he is fond of him. He worked overtime to manage the expenses and motivated arjun to follow the path of his ambition. As the day went on smoothly they lived a normal daily routine. On weekends they go out for a movie, beach and hotels. Nowadays, Arjun's hobby is to play video games on the ashwath laptop. One day ashwath went to check the mail on the laptop but discovered something and found shocking information. There is a folder with some videos "that's CCTV footage of a fire accident, dated a day before I met arjun which is recorded from the opposite angle". Realisation dawned upon him as he found what was happening. He composed himself, waited for Arjun to return home as he wanted to discuss something important. "How did he get the CCTV footage of the opposite building? When did he do that? Does he have hacking skills which he learned from his father? Or does he suspect this to be murder and covered up as an accident?"
