Two months had passed since segregation, and I felt no different. Lonely and afraid. I had picked up different habits, though - like drinking chamomile tea, which was weird; given that I preferred coffee. And physically, I felt different; to a degree. I wasn't skin and bones anymore. I had gained my weight back, and that was the top priority.
