Revealing the truth unexpected attack

We sat in the conference room once again Alphas Damon, Cody, FeLix, Derek and 3 other alphas that came along with my uncle to help. All the Luna’s and their betas and deltas were present also. We had been training our packs as one to get everyone up to date or even better then before. Since embracing our new found strength Damon and I have become even closer than ever as well as our wolves.

“We are here today to announce why we have really been training. It may come as a shock to everyone of yous but In a moment I will ask Luna Aurora to speak and I will appreciate if everyone is silent until she has finished speaking thank you.” Damon said giving me the fooor.

I stood up and fiddled with my fingers before I took a big deep breath and begin to explain who I was how I was related to the moon goddess and everything she had explain to me earlier on.

I mentioned about the fact that I was a lycan and the fact that now Damon was also lycan. With the war that we were preparing for I told them about every encounter I had with the goddess herself at first everyone looks stunned almost like it was too good to be true. But showing them our eyes my uncle and aunt vouching for how I saved jake it didn’t take much to win everyone over.

The weather was dreadful we were all watching insidious 2 while snuggled up in the lounge eating popcorn lollies and pizzas that is until the power went out making Mel and Tahlia scream while we all laughed at them. Damon and the boys went out to turn on the generator.

10 minutes had gone by when I tried to link them none of them answered back i wasn’t taking the risk of my pack even if it was a prank I linked Cameron for him and the gaurds to lockdown the pack houses as well as uncle Cody’s.

I linked the guards who were already surrounding the pack houses ready to attack on my go.

We all linked the boys again saying if it’s a prank tell us. We were all in formation ready to attack but still no answer.

All the guards on patrol were accounted for and nothing was out of the ordinary.

i was about to call it off when I was in a space like atmosphere again.

”Aurora it’s time. They are near tell everyone to turn for your best chance. Your mate and friends are fine for now but you need to win this battle before trying to find them. If you fall remember the lullaby your mum once sung to you as a little girl ok Go now you don’t have much time.” I blinked once and I was standing in the rain again.

”Wolves turn.” I commanded through mindlink. In one swift motion our pack turned followed by all the other packs. All you could hear was the pattering of the rain.

The alphas were all bickering through our links before I commanded them to shut up. They are here and to be alert.

Within seconds of me saying that 40 of our Guards ran back from the tree lines.

”Alpha they’re here.” Marco linked through our pack link running towards us.

Rouges were everywhere. Vampires attacking in swarms. We had been fighting for 40 minutes I glanced around seeing sky pinned by two vamps before I bit there heads off as she got up and limped. Wolves were everywhere there limp lifeless bodies. My heart was breaking I was so caught up in my emotions I didn’t see the familiar new blood come pin me. I growled as loud as I could freezing everyone for a moment. Kristen just laughed in my face.

”not so f*****g tough now b***h. Now you and your little pup will face my wrath.”

I was so confused I just furrowed my eyebrows. “Oh please don’t tell me you didn’t know, it’s fairly knew but you should of knew you are holding a dog.. This is boring so Any last words.” She smirked.

pleading eyes watched from all around my pack was fighting harder to get to me fearing for there Luna. Pictures flashed through my head of Damon’s smile. Would he or she look like me or Damon.

A stray tear fell down my cheek as I thought about My father and mother less than a year ago I was watching this happen to them. My mother’s big beautiful eyes and curly blonde hair.

Kristens fangs extended and I started to sing.

Sing the song my mother once use to sing.

it soothed me even with my worse nightmares.

i continued to sing and hum the tunes tears escaping my eyes as they remained shut to be met with my mother. But it never did. I opened my eyes to everyone watching me in a trance as I sung. Kristen’s hands to her side as she just watched me. I focused my song on the new bloods and rogues and slowly one by one my pack members were no longer in a trance and attacked our enemies that didn’t see it coming. Within the hour we had one the battle but I couldn’t help but feel we weren’t over just yet.

Over 300 wolves lay lifeless or in pain on the grounds before me while screams and cries could be heard from miles away. The rain has slowed down until is was just a drizzle, the barred walls on the pack houses were being lifted. With them all being fine but in reality no one was actually fine.

Pack mother’s that were also doctors were running in and out transferring wolves young, old strong and weak to the infirmary. Those huddled around those who didn’t survive or injured crying. I could feel the emotional pain of all of them. We all needed to mourn. I searched around until I found Amy, sky and Tahlia but no sign of molly and Mel. We split up in search of them carrying bodies to the pack morgue.

“Luna I found them. They are outside our house, come quick.” Tahlia linked.

”On my way.”

I ran ran up to the house, my once white coat now red that match my eyes. The lasherations all over me almost healed. I come to a halt as I saw Mel huddled over Molly. Barely breathing, I ordered Tahlia to take Mel and I’ll sort Molly.

Molly had deep claw marks down her back and across her neck. Her breathing eratic. I knew she would hate me id if I turned her. Hell I didn’t even know it’ll work on another person. As I watched her attentively I did what I had to do. I couldn’t let Elliot live his life without his mate. Molly’s breathing went back to normal but she didn’t wake up or show any signs of healing.

I had to go check on my uncle and his Allie pack.. all I could do was pray the goddess was on there side.. I never prepared to see the scene before me.
