"We can"t open it, Piper. The envelope is sealed, which means the evidence is intact and is still admissible. If we break the seal, who"s to say that we didn"t tamper with the evidence? Nope, sorry, we have to leave it the way it is and figure this out without the help of Dr. Bryce"s notes."
Piper reacted with a shrug of her shoulders. Joel figured that she probably hadn"t expected him to open the envelope anyway.
