Episode 13

There was a knock on the door that now only surprised me but scared Ella which caused her to cry and hold onto me for dear life, I got up with Ella in my arms carefully so I wouldn’t hit her head off anything and then opened the door realising it was the doctor i let her in and directed my her to my sofa as I didn’t want to wake Ella up again as she had dosed off.

“I have news.” The doctor whispering and I nodded for her to continue.

“Ellas DNA no where near matches your so she isn’t yours and there is also nothing to worry about her health at all.” The doctor said leaving me completely confused of what to do next.

“Your dismissed.” I said realising how awkward the doctor looked after giving me the news, as soon as I said that she was up and about to leave when she bluntly stopped, turned around and said,

“When the test went to the lab they ran somethings and found the person who is.” The doctor said looking terrified in case she’d said too much.

“Name?” I asked annoyance in my voice.

“Robber Stewart age 35.” The doctor said and then left.

I pulled out my phone and called one of my best hackers to get me a file on this man as soon as possible with everything he’s ever done in his life.

After that was done I looked at Ella trying to figure out what I was going to do, her mother gave me her custody however me not being her biological father can change things, I don’t know how to raise I child, I can’t raise a child, I basically kill people daily how am I supposed to raise a child, right now I have too options, send her to an adoption home or to her father if he’s up to standard.

When Ella woke up I had no clue on what to do, I just looked at her while she looked at me, I ended up making the smart decision of calling for a nanny (we have many in the gang for gang members who have kids) my problem however is that Ella wouldn’t let anyone near her and I tried several nannies, I called back in the doctor who was able to get near Ella before but she would no longer go near her and burst into tears as she had with the nannies and would only stay calm if I was holding her.

“Boss maybe the reason she let me near earlier was because she was in kind of a shock and trying to grasp on to what was happening that people didn’t bother her but now that’s she seems more aware she’s scared.” The doctor said from a distance from where I was with Ella.

“Ok but what do I do now? How do I know if she’s hungry, what if she needed the toilet?” I said panicked and the doctors face showed how much she was not used to seeing her boss freak out like this but I couldn’t help it.

“She might be hungry I can get her a bottle, she’s pretty young and I would be surprised if she didn’t have a nappy so let’s hope she’s ok for now but she will need changed but maybe if you stay with her get her calm and she trusts you she will allow a nanny to come in and help you.” The doctor said and I just did what she told me to do.

After she left I talked to Ella and I had no clue of what to say so I talked to her about how I was clueless with kids and I showed her how much I was freaking out and she laughed. I just asked her simple yes or no questions which she just nodded her head to for answers.

Soon enough there was a knock on my door and once I said come in my hacker came in with a file on his hand confused whenever he saw Ella but didn’t say anything lucky for him, he gave me the file and then left when I dismissed him.

The file had a lot about this man, one he had been to jail several times, two he was married but now divorced and he’s ex wife has full custody of 5 of their kids and third he is an addict, this is just a scratch on the surface of all the information i have and I can tell you something there is no way I could ever send Ella to him but I do have a question how did a girl like Adriana at 17 years of age sleep with a man like this, I guess that’s something I’ll never find out and in some ways I’m glad I’ll never know.

Ella fell asleep as soon as she had her bottle and I decided to take her to a nanny.

The nanny confirmed she does where nappies, she changed hers and then gave me a bag with nappies and a bunch of other stuff she will need and she’s just a toddler she needs a lot, the nanny also wrote me a about 10 paragraphs of how I should look after Ella from how much she should eat and what to how often her nappies need to get changed she even wrote down how I should potty train her like wtf...
