I woke up the next morning and headed to the training grounds I wanted to see how thing were going.  Good morning Tanner Good morning Alpha he said bowing his head. So how's training been going? Good these folks learn quick I took it easy on them the first couple weeks we did the basics running, exercises and kicking and punching drills. We have up graded to full on sparing and blocking technics. Good well today I want to see how they do and maybe tomorrow ill join in. Sounds good. 

5am on the dot everyone was waiting for Tanners direction. Everyone remember Alpha Johnathan? Yes Hello Alpha they bowed. Good morning I said. I want to see what you have accomplished in the 3 months I've been gone. Everyone pare up and spare. Wow I'm impressed I said to Tanner.

I stayed the whole training session and helped out and even showed them some moves. I was showing off a bit. Good job pack your training is over for today carry on with your day. They bowed and everyone left. Tanner the guys need to train a little harder than the woman I see the men slacking a bit. Yes Alpha ill work on that.

I went to the dining room for breakfast Jay was sitting at the table with Mia on his lap. They seemed to be in a disagreement. Alpha please tell Mia here that she does not have to continue her Omega duties. I have a job to do Alpha they are counting on me to be a part of the team and me sitting in here with my mate is not getting it done. She said bowing her head. Mia go ahead and help with breakfast and we will talk later. Ok Yes Alpha and she hurried out. 

Jay you need to respect her decision to help. If she wants to continue to help in the Pack House let her until she is marked she feels like that is her duty. I suggest you find out what she would like to do after her job ends so she still feels like she is doing something. I'm sure it will be hard for her to see her friends working and waiting on her while she just does nothing. Yes Alpha Jay said I better go apologize.

He came back and sat down with a smile on his face Thanks buddy. Your welcome Ding Dong I said laughing. Well Good morning dad sleep well? Actually yes I wanted to see training this morning and slept right through it. He said stretching. Eh it looks good Tanner is doing a fine job no worries there. Good he said Yawning.

After breakfast I thought we could check out the buildings and land. Check on the Groundskeepers Then head over to the school and meet with the Principal and make sure all is good there. From there go see the Hospital and make sure Dr. Evee doesn't have any complaints. Then well head back for lunch sound good? Sounds like a fine idea son. We continued with our breakfast and headed out.

We met with all our head pack members and disgusted  anything they had issues with which wasn't anything to bad. I showed my father all the buildings and land before heading back. How big is this land son? We went to my office and pulled out the map I drew a circle around our land here. Well its about its about 726 square miles with a river dividing this land and the Silver Moon pack on the east side. Wow that's a pretty good size dad said shaking his head.

Yes it is and we are not even using a portion of it. Most of it is wooded and the river runes right through the east side along the border. You know there is so much to build here son. Yes I do but I simply don't have time dad. I said shaking my head. I cant bother Kate with this right now she is focusing on the pup and she does not need stressed out in any way. 

I agree son she has been stressed her whole life. What does she think about you running it? Dad she trust my decisions and she knows these people are in my best interest. They have been treated like slaves for so long following orders they do pretty well but getting them to understand freedom not so much.

I really want to wash my hands from all this but I need to figure out what Max was up to first. I'm hoping someday Kate will come around but she will not live here we have our home and we cant leave this place without someone in charge. Welcome to your first real problem as an Alpha son he said smiling. 

We ate our lunch and I decided to call and check on my princess. Once I was done with my call Jay and I hung out for awhile until Mia was done with her duties. Mia good evening Good evening Alpha she said bowing her head. Please call me John and no bowing your a part of my immediate family now ok? Yes John. 

Sit lets talk. She sat down wrapped in Jays arms. Once I knew she was comfortable I began. I think what Jay was saying earlier today was you are mated to the Beta and your Omega job is no longer yours. He needs you to help him with Beta stuff. I don't think anyone is going to hate you for quitting your position jealous maybe but they understand. The head woman of the pack don't need to do labor work because you help us with ours.

Do you follow me so far? Yes sir I do. I've always had to work always someone telling me what to do this is all overwhelming for me. Thank of it as a vacation like you went away to the beach and you have no responsibilities except taking care of your mate. I understand sir and thank you. Your welcome I said with a smile.

Jay can I give Mrs. Roz a weeks notice so she can find someone to replace me and they wont be short?  Yes my darling you can he said kissing her. She hurried off to the kitchen. Thanks buddy I was afraid I was gonna be in the dog house for ever. (pun attended) 

The next day came and gone and I still haven't heard from my man Brett. He will call when he finds something out Apex reminded me. I know but everyday makes me more nervous. I know john be patient. We joined in on a pack run and it felt great to stretch my legs but all I could do was think about my princess. I hate being away from her so long. 

I gathered my things and had them ready for our trip back in the morning. I went to bed lusting over my princess man I need her right now. This is gonna be a long night....
