I had shouted it but I really wasn't expecting them to stop, it was supposed to be my last ditch effort to save the life of my foolish sister, but after I heard nothing and opened my eyes again I was shocked to see Anna in one piece and Justin hovering above her, and father to the side with his eyes and mouth agape, and the guitar case loosely dangling in his hand, next to me Jason had a small smirk on his face, and a few feet away Anna and Justin were also staring at me. "Are you sure you want me to stop?" Justin asked, almost as if he wanted me to say continue, but how could I even answer that?

"She spoke, that's enough." Jason looked at his brother, both exchanging coded glances at each other and then looking back at me.

"So you lot are the famous Hunt family hm?" Jason placed his hand around my waist and pulled me onto his leg as if I was a child.

"Let her-" Father started speaking but Justin turned and stared at him with a terrifying expression, it shook me to my bones, even more so when father bit his lip and looked at his feet

"I don't know ow what kind of weaklings you lot have been killing here in Hollow Valley, but I promise you if you ever try any s**t with us we'll m******e you, your relatives, friends, neighbours, anyone at all who has even the slightest relation with you will die, we will personally see an end to your bloodline in a single day," Jason spoke again. "A few decades ago you chased our kind out of Hollow valley, and we decided to let it remain like that, but you hunters have grown too bold, hunting outside of your haven that we so bitterly granted you by allowing you to win... it won't happen again, the pack will arrive little by little over the course of a few weeks.

Hollow Valley belongs to the Jacksons now, you'd be wise to remember that going forward, it'll only take one misstep." He finished then softly placed his hand on my knee, as if we had known and been intimate with each other for years, I felt powerless, he wasn't restricting me from moving at all, but at the same time, I felt like I wasn't the one hostage there but rather my sister and father.

"What do you want with Mikayla?" Anna forced her courage and asked, and Jason smiled at her question.

"Among other reasons I'm not willing to discuss with the likes of a Descendant of the Hunter, I like Kay, I want her for myself, so I'm taking her." He replied and I felt heat rise up in my chest like some fire had been lit under my ass, I immediately tried getting up but his hand around my hip held me in place like an anchor.

"I'm not some kind of property to belong to you bustard." I tried turning but as soon as I saw the red in his eyes my body froze, and it wasn't even fear, I literally couldn't move when he stared into my eyes, as if my nerves had been shot.

"Naturally, you'll have full freedom inside of Hollow valley, you can go wherever you want, do whatever you want, and you'll be the mother of this entire city, nobody, no creature, no monster will dare approach or even look at you, because you will be the property of Jackson." He said, then looked away from me allowing me to move again, and my first action was to slap him and jump from his lap, running past Justin over to Anna.

"Hey now..." Justin reached out to Greg me but I felt a shiver travel across my entire body when Jason stood and walked over to him, grabbing his hand before he could touch me.

"I just said she's mine didn't I?" He asked, dragging Justin's hand away, but his twin just as strong as he was kept his hand firm and stared him dead in his eyes.

"So you're just gonna let her roam around this soon after marking her?" Justin asked, and Jason looked around him at me and smiled softly, contrasting the complete asshole he was.

"I promised." He said, and Justin who seemed to have been put in a bad mood let off a low growl before both their eyes turned back to a normal brown and they looked at me while I was helping Ann to her feet.

"If any of you try to keep her away from me, I'll kill you, if I find out that you did anything to her, whether it be charming, cursing or poisoning, I'll kill you all, if a hair on her head is harmed in any way, I'll murder the whole lot of you." Justin looked at both Anna and father and then stepped off.

"Mikayla Hunt... Mikayla Jackson, such a sweet name." Jason folded his arms smiling to himself whilst shaking his head. "Listen, it's a bad start I admit, but I promise you won't regret a thing, you'll come to love your new life, since it's so sudden ill give you a month to settle everything with your family... so, on November the third, exactly four weeks from today, I'll come and pick you up, but until then, I want to see you every day, even when you have no classes, show up, rain or shine, if you can't make it, I'll come pick you up from home.
